A lot to say. Disappointing would definitely describe my experience. Happy my puppy was delivered safely that's probably the better part of this story. However many times information wasn't received in a timely manner. A few people I spoke with about an issue with travel arrangements was completely out of line being rude and demanding. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this company. I was told things about paperwork that has yet to be received & resolved. Like my AKC paperwork wasn't with my dogs travel documents. I will say Charlie the supervisor of resolutions was a great help. He is the only one who has been on top of fixing all the issues. I do appreciate him for doing his job. In my opinion they pawrade needs to change some policies in regards to travel restrictions & not making the same mistake that happened in my situation.Departments aren't sharing important information as they should making situations more complicated. Hopeful that this paperwork situation is resolved quickly

The best experience ever. Pawrade got me in contact with the breeder which provided additional photos, video, conference calls. All questions were answered promptly. The purchase transaction with quick followed up by a concierge who would deliver the new puppy to me. There was constant communication, documentation to ensure all parties involved, breeder, Pawrade, transportation nanny, that my new puppy would make it to its loving new home. I was so happy with the service that I purchased a second puppy from the same breeder a few days after receiving our first puppy. I highly recommend Pawrade!

We love our new dog very much and he fits right in with our family, however, we found concerning a few things, one the breeder was not honest when we asked questions about him and secondly he come with worms in his poo. We took him to our vet within 2 days of getting him and were told he had worms. The transportation service was amazing though and highly recommend them.

Our process was good overall. I would have liked to have had some expectation setting on the process regarding delivery times and moreover the reasons for it.

He is darling! It didn't take him any time to gobble down some food and water and then start exploring ( the few places he was allowed to go!) and then snuggling down into his fluffy bed for a nap. I think he likes it here🐶

My puppy arrived with a damage eye & requires surgery. The breeder most certainly was aware, per my vet. Extremely disappointing. Immediately called concierge for assistance & provided documentation from my vet. I NEED ASSISTANCE & GUIDANCE. Am again asking that someone assist me in a timely manner.
