This is our second time using Pawrade this year! We loved our first pup so much we had to get a second ❤️. We now have two happy and healthy girls that we adore! If we ever look for a 3rd, I know I will be coming back here to find her :)

I was happy with pawrade! I was sad that during nanny transport, my new baby did not have a good cage that I would approve to travel long distance in. She laid on a grate the whole time that was hard and had wide spaced holes in it. Looked to be very uncomfortable. I asked the driver for pictures when he stopped and let her walk around. He sent me one of her walking and one of her in her grate. I sent the photo to message we had been using and asked them to ask tyler the nanny to lay a blanket/tshirt/hoody or something down to make her comfortable. He said he would but he didn"t have anything. I didn"t want to push it with him but I do think it was unreasonable she did not have a soft bed for the 12+hour drive that I spent $1400. No one did anything about it, even though I asked nicely, and no one at the company responded to me. I realize it"s holiday weekend so that may play a part in the silence. I would like the company to repair this by taking ownership and ensuring change

This is just a money making scheme to take advantage of people that have never bought a dog before. I get its a business and you should make money , but when you pay the price we did you should have one point of contact and they should handle cradle to grave. This has nothing to do with the dog or making people happy just greed. Once they get your money they don't really care.

Overall i love pawrade and will adopt another dog in the future. There was a mishap, the dog that initially adopted passed away a few days prior to shipping which i understand that does happen. The breeder was nice enough to offer another dog in her place for the same price. once everything was switched over i did not hear anything else other than the generated emails that are sent out, i had to call to see when the dog would actually ship only to hear the breeder was waiting an additional week to set that up due to what happened with the other dog, now that's perfectly fine i just wished pawrade would have told me without having to call them. Pawrade is a good site i think they should work on better communication with both sides.

Omg they so awesome. At first I was reading the reviews and some of them was bad customer service but not did they say they didn't receive there puppy. So I went with pawrade and from my experience they walk me through process. They kept a professional great customer service experience to me. My puppy came early. The delivery drivers were also awesome as well. You will hear from multiple concierge because they have different departments and stages you go through. But the are wonderful.
Our experience was great, with the exception of some minor follow thru items. We loved being able to feel secure about our transaction, being able to talk with your reps and questions answered. The breeder was amazing, and we would definitely purchase thru your company again.
What an amazing experience. From start to delivery Pawrade is hands down one of the best organizations I've encountered. Complete professionalism since our first phone conversation. I was updated during the entire process. I hope that everyone has this wonderful experience when getting a puppy from Pawrade. If your puppy is luckily traveling with Wags On Wheels with Aaron and Karen, then I can say that your puppy is in the best care and comfort possible. We were so anxious about this purchase as it was an expensive purchase and we couldn't be happier with the end result. I was nervous at first and all the customer service support to the delivery driver communication put me at ease. Our boy left on a Monday and was in our arms by Thursday happy as can be. Thank you so much for making this process really pain free. We will be back for our second.

Although the initial service was fairly prompt and attentive, there was a complete breakdown of communication regarding the final pickup of my puppy and his related health status in the weeks leading up to the pickup. I would have a hard time recommending this service in the future.

The first dog they sold us was already sold to someone else. Didn't find out until the kids had their heart set on the dog. We also had trouble getting photos of the parents from the breeder.

Such a pleasure working with all the staff and her delivery went off without a hitch!
I would recommend purchasing through pawrade to anyone!! All of my liaison and concierge people were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I highly suggest that you require the breeder to use Pawrade's transport company. Sadly, my puppies breeder did not! She ended up being transported with 39 other puppies, got into an accident and was impounded by animal control. I had to drive almost 18 hours in total to get her released from animal control (who thankfully saved these poor dogs) and brought home safe and sound. Pawrade suggests that you use there transport so PLEASE for the health and well-being of your fur baby, listen! Even though my horror story was out of their control, Pawrade did everything they could to help and assist me. They even refunded my puppy travel fee! They're amazing!!
