OMG, so happy with my new baby Koda. He arrived healthy and full of curiosity about his new surroundings. We received great support and service from Pawrade. We were able to speak with the breeder, which calmed our anxiety. Emma and all the staff was great. Communication was timely and we received our sweet Gracie without issue.

Communication nightmare! Once we sent full payment, communication came to a screeching halt. You are definitely left to twist in the wind until they are ready to give you information. It took two weeks from the time we made payment in full (not a small amount) until we got the puppy. We had zero idea when the dog was coming. They didn’t call and ask what day worked best for us just booked a ticket and we were expected to be there. We had personal air travel plans that had to be changed the morning of because we found out the puppy was being shipped. Once our transaction got to the travel concierge everything fell apart. Very frustrating experience!

The whole went smoothly and better than expected until we were set for a scheduled flight delivery and there was no night before (as scheduled) 3 way call. I reached out the day of to find original nanny not available and additional 2 day wait to receive puppy. I understand they fly stand-by but that was not the issue. Nanny was not even in the country and No one reached out to let me know. Poor scheduling and communication. The nanny that did bring my new addition was very through keeping me in the loop the entire trip and for that I am grateful.

We were so impressed with the professionalism exhibited by Pawrade when purchasing our sweet Frenchie. From Emily answering questions prior to sale and Donna taking over after the sale as our Puppy Concierge, to Reagean coordinating travel and Ashlae handling the health clearance, we felt guided and well supported with knowledge and kindness. The contract was thorough, and communication was excellent, and the health guarantee gave us confidence in the process. We love our little puppy so much, and she is worth every penny we paid.

This was my first experience buying an animal through a website and Pawrade made it the best, smoothest transaction and overall experience. There was so much communication with Pawrade team members to ensure our puppy’s health was great, to make inform us of his diet, medical records, pet insurance, we were informed each step of the purchase process all the way to organizing his travel home. I highly recommend Pawrade! We are sooo happy to have our new fur baby with us and I will definitely use Pawrade to bring another fur baby home in the future!

Colter the puppy came with a small noticeable mass near the abdomen. I hope he doesn’t have a long term disease. Otherwise he has immediately adjusted to the house and family.

Our little puppy Bella is incredible and the hand off and communication with the flight nanny was top notch! Stan was the flight nanny and had to take the puppy to his house because he was bumped from his flight! He bought her food and took great care of her!
