Fantastic experience purchasing my puppy. It takes about a week to process everything, but well worth it. Only knock is the breeder to customer is not transparent till the last day before pickup.

Up until we actually picked up our puppy we were very satisfied with Pawrade. We drove 3 hours to meet the breeder but when he arrived he had a female dog instead of a male dog. The picture on your website was definately this dog but you listed her as a male (Nano). We were not planning on getting a female dog but on the spot we decided to take her since we would have to start the process all over again and wait for another dog that we could afford. The breeder was very nice but clearly stated that he told you this was a female not a male. We are wondering if there is any compensation that could be given to us. We picked the dog up on Mothers Day and then noticed on your website that you were offering 10% as a Mother's Day special had we waited. That would have been a $350 savings to us. Sometimes you just know this is the “one”, true! Saw my Frenchie pup and of course continued to research and shop from other sources I kept coming back to named Yoda. Got a little nervous, was having a little problem confirming the connection for the pick up. Left messages with Pawrade but didn’t hear back until I chose the option to purchase a pup. The associate I spoke with jumped right in with my concern and got things going, thank you! I had previously booked a flight a couple of weeks earlier to fly to the breeders state and they graciously agreed to met me at the airport made with Pawrade. They don’t phone you or follow up on those type of things, they text. It wasn’t until the night before my flight that the breeder phoned me and confirmation was made. It did happen and was a wonderful experience, most people would rather have pup delivered to them but not me, I wanted to experience the trip w/Yoda and meet the breeder, yes it was exhausting but worth it!! Thank you 🤗

Pawrade was great from start to finish. My contact was Tara and any questions I had she responded in minutes no matter the time of day. My girls are loving their new Frenchie. I have to also say the breeder I met at the airport was great as well. Gave me a lot of good tips on what to have when the dog arrived and has answered any questions I have had since.

I was not in the loop with anything. When I had questions I had to send several messages or call a ton of times or even send Facebook messages. Communication is very lacking with this company. The delivery company was great. But I wish I had more communication with them as well. All in all I am surprised I got what I paid for and she is healthy.

The man that dropped Tinsley to us was really very nice. It was pouring down rain when she was delivered, so he put Tinsley in his jacket so she wouldn’t get wet. He answered all our questions and was very polite. We are in love with our new puppy.
