we instantly fell in love with our Frenchie puppy when we saw him on the site. Our puppy concierge was very helpful in walking us through the purchasing and shipment process with lots of pertinent information provided along the way. Overall, we've been very satisfied with the process and would use them in the future.

They were there for me every stage of getting my puppy.
The process was easy and I felt comfortable what I was really getting what I paid for. I found a couple of scams when I was searching for a French bulldog puppy. I named her Posey, she is so curious and sweet. She is such a Roly poly! We are already in love with her. My only concern was with the transportation.
Wow! Just wow! Got my puppy delivered late at night but was so worth the surprise look on my husbands face. We love our frenchie and will be using pawrade again in the future
He's darling
My little girl hit the ground running straight to her blanket, took off w/ it then grabbed every toy she could find. She instantly knew she was home! She is so beautiful & a snuggle bug. Her name on here was Lily & changed to Ms Scarlett Lilly Sassypants & her little Frenchie butt fits her name perfectly! She has 2 Yorkie brothers who aren't to sure of her crazy ball of playfulness, but they watch her & are teaching her how to walk on leash. Her driver Michael was great, he kept me updated & took great care of her along w/ her travel buddies.
I just got my 2nd Frenchie from Pawrade 🐾. Bambi was my first puppy I bought in June of 2021. She's a beautiful girl, When I bought Bambi (formally Marribell) she was only 6 weeks old so it felt like forever to get her, but I had excellent contact with all of Pawrade & the breeder. Bambi was a happy healthy girl, when I did take her home she did have a parasite- but the stress of traveling as they warn us, does cause them to be more detectable- it was easily taken care of. I choose my 2nd puppy Gamora (formally Addie) within a day I was signing paperwork this time I choose an older puppy so I didn't have to wait, plus she was just shat I was looking for- as like last time communication was awesome - but in that 6 month time period they had changed things for the better now they have a 30day free trail of pet insurance, and they offer ground transportation even for long distances while that wasn't an option with my first puppy. I have nothing but great things to say about Pawrade.

We love love love our new baby frenchie! Pawrade was great, professional and excited for us to receive our pup. Everything went smoothly and he was delivered to us safe and sound. I highly recommend using pawrade if looking for a puppy online. We are SO pleased with the process and jack 💙🐾

The customer service I received was incredible. I will use Pawrade again and also recommend anyone to use this service to find their ideal puppy with zero hassle.
Everything was very smooth from beginning to end. Everyone I talked with was very helpful and nice. Got my puppy Jeb this morning via ground transport and the were right on time coming from MO to CA. Thank you pawrade. Jeb is very healthy and happy. I would definitely recommend you.
Morgan was great to work with and the transport team Galen and Rita went above and beyond in getting Bruno (formerly known as Duke) to us in timely manner, delivering him two days early, which was a huge surprise for us! They maintained contact with us from the minute they left until the minute they arrived at our home. It was a cross country drive for them and anytime I texted for an update, I got a text back immediately as to their location and a screenshot of the map on their phone to show where they were at. They let me know each time they stopped to let the pups out for water and feeding and to use the bathroom, when they stopped driving for the night, when they started driving again for the day, and most importantly, how Bruno was doing the entire time. They are the kindest people and truly care about not only the puppies, but also the new puppy parents, and people in general. They are good hearted people and I'm so thankful they drove Bruno to us.

Amazing experience! Right from the start the communication was thorough and excellent and any questions were answered very timely!!! It took away any of the anxiety I thought we would have going through this process!

I had a pretty good experience on here overall, but am giving it a four out of five stars because the follow up after the adoption was lacking. I felt like I was simultaneously being spammed (like how this is the 6th request for feedback in 10 days since we got him) but didn't have valid questions answered that were time sensitive...like why they would only send 2 days of food with the pup and what we were supposed to do about weaning him off Costco brand, when we're not Costco members. It got a little frustrating. Turns out the puppy had a month's worth of food with him. Also, the delivery drivers were the nicest guys and you could tell he'd been treated really well driving across the country. Thankful for them and for this being a relatively smooth process. Worth noting: we received him within a week and a half of purchase, just before Xmas, and all the way in Seattle!

Great interaction with Parade, I recommend them to anyone looking for a puppy. Our concierge, Dan, was always available to answer questions in a very timely manner. There was no pressure while we were deciding, and once we did we were put in contact with our breeder who made sure we felt prepared to bring Ina home. Ina is a sweet girl who came already crate trained and mostly potty trained even at 11 weeks old! She has fit right in with our family and we are so happy to have her.
Pawrade was great with helping find the best puppy that we wanted with their vast range of breeders all in one place. Only negatives that we encounter was a lack of communication, and responding to our requests. Example we asked for pictures, we received two the week after we purchased him and then received one the day prior to picking him up. Was a span of 1 month from purchasing and then receiving our puppy. Lack of communication with the breeder as well until days before pickup. Food that was recommended by Pawrade was inaccurate and even the breeder at pick up said, yea you're the 3rd buyer who was recommended that food that he's clearly not even on. One last thing, if an employee is going to be off for sometime, maybe relay information to another worker, not just let emails build up and then apologize weeks later. Thank you.
We adopted Don, whom is now Walter, and we are just so in love. His temperament is amazing and he is quite the snuggle bug. We would recommend Pawrade to anyone.

Stella (who we now call River) has been a complete angel!! The ground transportation was wonderful and efficient! The entire process from beginning to end was well communicated and we were assisted in completing everything timely enough to have our new fur baby within 2 weeks. We cannot say thank you enough for our best new member of the family!

Tootsie Roll
I was rather scared about this whole thing because we had almost been scammed on a Frenchie before. Plus a dog going from Akron Ohio to Carlsbad NM? I was scared about the whole deal. I shouldn't have been. It seems like a lot of paperwork but when you get done you realize why you did it. Clean as a whistle. Little Tootsie was delivered straight to our driveway. I highly recommend. Dan and Mary were terrific to work with. Everyone on the Tootsie Roll team was great.
