I was rather scared about this whole thing because we had almost been scammed on a Frenchie before. Plus a dog going from Akron Ohio to Carlsbad NM? I was scared about the whole deal. I shouldn't have been. It seems like a lot of paperwork but when you get done you realize why you did it. Clean as a whistle. Little Tootsie was delivered straight to our driveway. I highly recommend. Dan and Mary were terrific to work with. Everyone on the Tootsie Roll team was great.

The whole process was very simple and straight forward. I really trusted the integrity of Pawrade and got my perfect puppy. I highly recommend using them!
Pretty smooth process. I think the company could do a little better with communicating at times. Otherwise we are very happy with our new puppy!

From our initial purchase of Bailey to her delivery to us a few weeks later, everything went smoothly in our interactions with Pawrade. Every step of the process was fully explained and lots of guidance was provided for handling her transition to our home. We were a little worried about how she would do during her long journey to us from her breeder, but she was very healthy when she arrived and had a good appetite right away.

Jack is a sweet boy. He has his vet check up tomorrow but the return communication with Pawrade has been minimal & the transportation service was awful. I would highly recommend not using their overpriced, unprofessional & mismanaged transportation. Poor little guy was stuck in a crate for the 4 day trip from Florida to Texas. The drivers were totally uncommunicative & unprofessional. I have no reason to believe Jack was properly cared for during his trip.

Pawrade made adopting a puppy so easy and calm. Jennifer walked me through all my anxiety and answered all my questions. Puppy transport was easy too! TJ showed up on time and was great with Yeti (formerly CH Louis). I highly recommend using Pawrade!

Thank you so much! I had been scammed by someone who was supposed to be a breeder, so I turned to them to find my new family member, and she's perfect! It was less than a week from the time I found my puppy to her being in my arms, hand delivered from Florida to Montana via pet nanny! She's everything I hoped she would be and is a perfect addition to our family! If I'm ever in the market for a furry friend, I'll definitely trust Pawrade to find them!
I had just lost my dog of 18 years and was then scammed buying a puppy online. Thank goodness I found Pawrade! They were absolutely amazing, supportive, reliable, responsive, helpful and sweet. I cannot say enough about them, they handled everything for me in addition to fighting against puppy scams and puppy mills. They do everything from vet the breeders, to secure transactions (PETPAY), logistics, travel arrangements, health guarantees and making sure I felt safe and comfortable. The breeder that they connected me with was also amazing. She answered all my questions, sent me pictures of my puppy, took him to the vet, provided all the documents, drove him to the airport and more. Now I have a perfect, sweet, cuddly and playful baby boy and I could not be happier! Thank you so much Matteo, Renee, Tania, Shannon and Mary. Wow so overly impressed! Great customer service! Tons of advice to help prepare for your future puppy. We are so happy with Simon, he is a happy pup. The only issue we had was he was delivered to my parents address instead of my personal. I think the billing address got mixed up with the shipping address. But luckily my parents live close by. This is def the best site to purchase ur future fur baby from.
