Received 10 week old puppy late. Was charged a ridiculous price for the puppy. Had to escalate and make over 10 calls to the office. Escalated to manager still no call back. Was delivered a French bull dog puppy that was Diablo with (Globular skull) known as hydrocephalus. My family is devastated especially my 10 year old. How do you tell your 10 year old son the puppy of his dreams is not to make it and is going to doggie heaven. I would highly recommend not buying a dog from this company. Huge disappoint and beyond furious !! My family will now need months to recover !!!!

Eric, we are deeply saddened by Mikey's diagnosis. Please note this is not something that could have been detected by his breeder or vet in standard well visits. Unfortunately, French Bulldogs are more prone to hydrocephalus as are other brachycephalic dogs.
