Moritz does not appear to be the same dog that's in th photos. Hie ears do not stand up yet the pics show that they do.

Payment for pet and transportation updates not as seamless and clearly communicated along the process. Process should be more transparent without redundant/ extraneous documentation. -A.Lee
Excellent experience from the time I found the puppy , till puppy was delivered. Every step was explained of what was going to happen next. Very easy to make contact with someone and very fast response to all questions I had . Very friendly and courteous. Even sent pictures of puppy from time to time . A big thank you , to everyone .
Great experience from beginning to end. Pawrade has an established process, and everything went pretty smoothly. Our puppy is healthy and happy, and was well cared for all along the way.
Getting Osian was a dream come true. My son is Autistic and has challenges with social interactions. The first week Osian has been with us, my son is already bonded with him. He kicked a ball for the first time, for Osian to fetch. Osian sits next to the tub, when my son takes a bath. My son laughs at all the goofy things, Osian does. I can't thank Pawrade enough for bringing Osian into our lives.

Pawrade was fine until they got all their money... then communication stopped. I had to beg for updated pictures and I had to call the concierge line because mine never called me back. The only time I was contacted by my concierge was to tell me she was off. Not happy with the process but very happy with my puppy.

The whole process was extremely easy. Dog arrived ahead of schedule and is perfectly healthy and loving.
Everything went very smoothly. The young men that delivered her seemed to enjoy their job. She has been fine since she got here. No negative effects from the trip. Today is the first day that she has had a real interest in eating. The vet saw her on Friday. She has a few minor issues that we will work on. She loves her big brother and he is very gentle with her. They have a big backyard to run around in. She has bonded very well with me. and her new name is Bobby McGee.

Pawrade was a great experience they had a ton of puppies to look through we found one and sent for info there was never any pressure from anyone they sent us updates when we decided to give Nora her forever home pawrade was pawsome payment was online no issue they sent us info on preparing for our fur baby we chose to have the puppy shipped by air we got the flight info and pawrade kept us updated and aware of everything that could happen we had no issues got Nora and she is a perfect baby adjusting well to her me home I would recommend pawrade to any and have

The service provided by Pawrade was outstanding - from the purchase to the delivery. Your communication was above our expectations. We were continually updated about our puppy, Opal. The photos and videos encouraged us, while we waited for her to arrive. We were immediately connected with team members who were caring for our puppy, as she was being prepared to make the long journey home. We were updated with her progress which was very helpful. The moment she began her two-day journey, from Missouri to New York, we were able to track her movement via the 360 app. This was totally awesome, and the excitement rose, as she was transported through each state. We even videoed the van, as it turned our corner! Thank you for all that your team does to make this process amazing! We highly recommend your company!

Update on original review. Pawparade has been very helpful with their customer service in trying to resolve the original issues with the breeder. They were quick to resolve the issues as best as they could. I would rate their customer service 5 stars. Also we love the puppy.
