Pawrade was fine until they got all their money... then communication stopped. I had to beg for updated pictures and I had to call the concierge line because mine never called me back. The only time I was contacted by my concierge was to tell me she was off. Not happy with the process but very happy with my puppy.

The whole process was extremely easy. Dog arrived ahead of schedule and is perfectly healthy and loving.
Everything went very smoothly. The young men that delivered her seemed to enjoy their job. She has been fine since she got here. No negative effects from the trip. Today is the first day that she has had a real interest in eating. The vet saw her on Friday. She has a few minor issues that we will work on. She loves her big brother and he is very gentle with her. They have a big backyard to run around in. She has bonded very well with me. and her new name is Bobby McGee.

Pawrade was a great experience they had a ton of puppies to look through we found one and sent for info there was never any pressure from anyone they sent us updates when we decided to give Nora her forever home pawrade was pawsome payment was online no issue they sent us info on preparing for our fur baby we chose to have the puppy shipped by air we got the flight info and pawrade kept us updated and aware of everything that could happen we had no issues got Nora and she is a perfect baby adjusting well to her me home I would recommend pawrade to any and have

The service provided by Pawrade was outstanding - from the purchase to the delivery. Your communication was above our expectations. We were continually updated about our puppy, Opal. The photos and videos encouraged us, while we waited for her to arrive. We were immediately connected with team members who were caring for our puppy, as she was being prepared to make the long journey home. We were updated with her progress which was very helpful. The moment she began her two-day journey, from Missouri to New York, we were able to track her movement via the 360 app. This was totally awesome, and the excitement rose, as she was transported through each state. We even videoed the van, as it turned our corner! Thank you for all that your team does to make this process amazing! We highly recommend your company!

Update on original review. Pawparade has been very helpful with their customer service in trying to resolve the original issues with the breeder. They were quick to resolve the issues as best as they could. I would rate their customer service 5 stars. Also we love the puppy.

BE VERY CAREFUL WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY! PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE PROCEEDING! I was so excited to meet my new puppy. The information received was a bit overwhelming and not centralized. I received my puppy and brought her home. The following couple days were increasingly stressful, as puppy demonstrated concerning symptoms. Brought puppy for wellness visit at my vet, where she was tested for Parvo, due to symptoms, and was positive. I received no support and was told to wait at least a day to know what to do and if care would be covered. In addition, I was told my vet's testing was not accurate by Charlie, who identified as Assistant Operations Manager from Pawrade. My other dogs were put at risk from being sold a puppy that had a very contagious virus. My experience has been heartbreaking, emotionally draining and a financial disaster.

To be honest I thought it wasn't going to be legit at first but after receiving my puppy upon arrival she was perfect and looked well taken care of. If you are looking for a new fur baby I definitely do recommend buying through pawrade.

The 2 bad things are no communication to eta along route, 2nd they said between 2-5 days end up being 6.5 days she was super thirsty!

This is the first time I purchased out of state. I just lost my dog to cancer after 7 years, and was searching closer to home. I was unable to find the right partner. Found link to Pawrade, and was very happy with the process. Everyone was very helpful, and was in touch with me through the whole process. I am enjoying my new puppy, and would recommend Pawrade to anyone.
