The process with Pawrade was wonderful in the beginning. However, once we purchased the puppy we had a lot of difficulty with communication. It took a few days to get updated photos and the transportation process was even worse. We had called several times wanting to know the location status of our puppy and no one had any idea and no one could connect us to anyone that could. What they were saying was scripted, not helpful and not answering our questions. At the end of the day we love our puppy and he has made a perfect fit in our home, but the process of transportation could be substantially better. We were not pleased how the communication went with Pawrade and because of this we will be hesitate from using them again.

Excellent service super happy with our puppy. Communications and delivery were the only reason I gave 4 stars. There was a delay in response and delivery communications were not the greatest. I know there is a lot not in the control of the pet nanny but updates would have been appreciated and made pick up a bit easier. Overall I still would recommend the service.

Frankie is awesome and is in good health. My only feedback point would be better management of expectations to prospective buyers. The sales department implied that Frankie's travel time would be about 10 hrs given the distance from Arkansas to Chicago post vet visit when reality it took two weeks for Frankie to arrive. Also Frankie was with Puppy transport for a week (pcked up on the 22nd, arrived on the 28th). The online system was not updated to share the transport route or any other delays. Again great dog, surpassed my expectations but the waiting and unknowns could have been avoided had my expectations been managed upfront.

This review is a little late (3 months to be exact) but we got our Leo (then Nate) when he was three months old and he quickly became the king of the family. So much so that he's dethroned the cat and thinks everything is his, including the cat. We have watched our little bubs go from a 20 pound baby to a now 60 pound big boy with so much more growing to go. He is silly, crazy, energetic, loving and insane and we couldn't have done it without Pawrade. Everyone that helped us throughout the process, the endless questions, the uncertainty, the frustration, and ultimately the happy tears when we received our boy never once made us feel like our questions were ever stupid or unreasonable. I wrestled with either I should or not writ this, but I must let others know, we wanted a golden retriever to make company for our other golden retriever. After days of back and forth, we finally received our puppy, after a few days, I have realized that this is absolutely not the puppy in the pictures on pawrade. After taking puppy to the vet for a check up, vet who has 2 golden retrievers, tells me she isn't sure our new puppy is a golden retriever... Frankly neither am I, I'm of the suspicion he us some kind of lab mix, the disposition of this way much older puppy than what the post said has led us all here to believe we not only got a different dog, but not even a golden retriever, we will love him regardless, our other golden is a spark and nothing but pure smarts, this new puppy is total opposite, after this I cannot recommend pawrade to anyone. Matter of fact I'd never want to hear from them ever again, all my friends and family will hear from me.

My pawade experience was good the dog was exactly as described and in good health. He did test positive for gardia but my vet said this is common with pups. I chose to have him driven to me and he arrived 2 days early which was good . he was in shock from the travel but he's good now. I would not hesitate to purchase another dog this way. I could have waited 6 months to a year to get a golden pup but pawade had dogs available and at a reasonable price very quickly!

This is definitely cool way on buying a puppy online. So many options with the different breeds and ages. We bought our golden retriever on here and the minute we seen him we fell in love. Some downsides of Pawrade.com are : Poor Communication throughout the transportation process. We definitely were worried about our Golden Retriever when traveling since puppies can become stressed out so throughout that process we were more worried than ever. Definitely more communications through that. Other than that Pawrade is a great company with Delivery that absolutely takes care of the pets. When we received our Golden retriever, he was happier than ever and cleaned. Either way this a great company to buy a pup from again.

Whole experience with Pawrade has been amazing so far, from the first day I got on the phone with Gabriel and his help on reassuring me about their service, to the follow up calls and information from Morgan and all the staff, until I got my beautiful puppy, now named Anakin. The only challenge I had was with the delivery/carrier company as communication was not always clear, and the final delivery was a little bumpy, but at the end we got Anakin safe and sound and he is perfect. 100% recommended.

I love my new puppy-she's lovely! I also appreciate the "no puppy mill" pledge. The process of getting the puppy included a number of mix-ups by the company, but the owner got involved and straightened things out. The one concern I have is that the delivery service assigned to my puppy committed only to a six day schedule, with the day count not beginning until 5 pm on the day of pick-up. The min time was 3 days, but the guaranty was to only the full 6. I believe such long travel could be dangerous to a puppy. I would up picking up my puppy myself.

Pawrade's process in helping me get my handsome, golden retriever was very professional. There's constant communication with me to keep the process smooth and always giving me the do's and don't's. I was a bit scared just incase it was a scheme but as I saw the transport pull up to my house with my baby, I couldn't help but cry. It took approximately 3 1/2 days of traveling and I was given the opportunity to track the travel; it was like waiting anxiously for a baby. It was all worth it and Pawrade made it so much easier for me. I recommend Pawrade to anyone that is considering getting an out of state pet. Devlyn and Shannon we awesome. Devlyn answered all my initial concerns which helped me choose the right pup for me. Shannon handled the process and continued to answer my questions. Thank you so much!

I had a great experience with the agent I worked with. Pawrade was very informative and easy to reach for questions. I was hoping to have a little more background on the breeder before I received my new puppy , but that's something they guarantee and you get once the puppy arrives. Our new puppy is a Golden Retriever, super playful and a ball of love! Be careful with the finance option through Credova. Luckily I was able to pay my balance within a month, but if you don't see that being possible, you should just wait until you have all of the funds so you can avoid paying close to 6k on a 3k puppy baby with travel. Overall a great experience, my family feels complete.

Billy has adjusted wonderfully in our home. His first vet visit went very well. As soon as our vet saw him she commented on how big he was. He enjoys playing with my wife's grandchildren when they visit. When my wife goes out to the backyard to water her garden he wants to play in the water. We'll be glad once he's 4 months old and has his final parvo shot so we can finally take him on walks of the neighborhood and to our local pet stores.
