The best Christmas ever! The entire Pawrade experience was seamless. I searched and searched for the perfect Christmas puppy for my daughter and knew I had found the one when I saw cute Rosie 5 days before Christmas. The Pawrade team was able to work with the breeder to guarantee a delivery of Rosie by Christmas Day. I elected to go with the travel nanny to make Rosie's commute less stressful. She arrive with the nanny on Christmas Eve healthy and full of love. Thank you!

Puppy is 21 weeks and is not house broken and has no commands. Dog was delivered having intestinal worms from Breeder. I would not recommend this Breeder or the website in the future.

Rochelle, pups do not come fully trained, some pups may be more more advanced than others but will require work when they transition to their new environment. We will be happy to support you with our Health Guarantee and Pet Insurance to eliminate any parasites. We educate each and every customer and you should have been made aware, that a puppy's immune system is not fully developed and requires de-worming as normal, regular puppy protocol. You will continue to administer de-wormers as normal protocol. Pups may acquire parasites literally anywhere and everywhere. This is not an indication of poor breeding or anything other than the puppy being alive and exposed to the environment and life.

Tulsy was an older puppy 5 months old. Seemed like nobody wanted him because he was older than 8 weeks. I thought an older puppy would be easier to deal with and so far he has been. He is very well mannered and somewhat obedient (as much as can be expected with a puppy). Trained him how to fetch and retrieve a ball and he loves that game. Does not bark a lot. He adapted in about 2-3 days to his new environment and now I have his full trust. Vets gave him a clean bill of health. If your new to puppy ownership I recommend Mobile Vet service so the Vets can walk through your home as well as review the puppy toys to ensure safety. So far so good, we go for two walks a day and he enjoys chasing the leaves blowing by in the wind.

Duchess is now named Maisey. She is beautiful, loving & sweet. She is not potty trained however & that has been stressful. Do not fear, we are smack in love with her. She has a roomful of toys, plenty to eat & treats. The transaction: Dan was great but the whole process could have been more clear & there were too many unexpected requests. I am weary of typing it all now.

I couldn't have worked with a nicer group of people! I've never adopted a dog from a breeder before, but they walked me through it step by step! I had several questions, but they were very patient and explained answers to all of my questions! We love our new little Golden Retriever and will always be grateful to the staff at Pawrade!🐾❤️

Was promised puppy in 3-4 days. Didn't get her until 2 weeks later. Called about transportation and was told I would get a call back in half an hour. After I called and left multiple messages the next day..nothing. Finally "I" got ahold of a different employee and asked for a delivery date. She said she would email a form so a family member could pick up the puppy. This never happened. Would not go with this company again. And will not recommend it anyone.

David, immediately after you purchased Lexi you were put in contact with your travel concierge, Morgan. In reviewing your communication with her, she informed you on 11/22 that your puppy would be picked up on the 29th and you could expected to receive her 2-4 days AFTER pickup. We never promised to deliver your puppy 2-3 days after purchase, that is simply a timeframe we cannot meet. Your puppy was delivered 10 days after purchase. We are happy Lexi arrived happy & healthy.

I was incredibly nervous to buy a puppy online! Immediately when I saw our new puppy's picture I just knew I had to give it a shot and I filled out an application. Within minutes a really nice lady called in assured of everything and how reliable Pawrade was. How it started and what they do. With this reassurance we moved forward and bought our puppy. We received in just under a week and we have been in love ever since. All the people at Pawrade have been amazing at answering questions, communication and checking in on us. Our puppy is just perfect! She has filled our lives with so much joy! I would definitely recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a new puppy!

Pawrade staff is very responsive and helpful, my sweet doggo is PERFECT. If I had any complaint, it is that there is no way to communicate with the breeder--my pup is 4 months old, not the usual 8 weeks, so I did have some questions that I could not get answered. Nonetheless, I'd recommend Pawrade as well as Williams Puppy Carriers.
