I was incredibly nervous to buy a puppy online! Immediately when I saw our new puppy's picture I just knew I had to give it a shot and I filled out an application. Within minutes a really nice lady called in assured of everything and how reliable Pawrade was. How it started and what they do. With this reassurance we moved forward and bought our puppy. We received in just under a week and we have been in love ever since. All the people at Pawrade have been amazing at answering questions, communication and checking in on us. Our puppy is just perfect! She has filled our lives with so much joy! I would definitely recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a new puppy!

Pawrade staff is very responsive and helpful, my sweet doggo is PERFECT. If I had any complaint, it is that there is no way to communicate with the breeder--my pup is 4 months old, not the usual 8 weeks, so I did have some questions that I could not get answered. Nonetheless, I'd recommend Pawrade as well as Williams Puppy Carriers.

Hope (now Juliet) came in amazing condition, and although I was nervous to have her flown to us, a Pawrade representative helped to ease my mind and she made it here in perfect condition. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Quick, easy, smooth purchasing process. Everyone was super helpful at every phase. Each person I interacted with was very knowledgeable. The transportation with the air companion was wonderful. My pup had a great trip and arrived stressed free! I love that Pawrade followed up with me even while awaiting my pups arrival, and that they continued to follow up afterwards he's arrived. You can tell they care about the pups and their transition into their forever homes. I've recommended this site and service to anyone who's mentioned they're looking! We absolutely love Hadley (now Bailey) and she was everything we hoped for and mostly healthy. I would recommend the the breeder and last vet check before sending would have noticed the ringworm she had on her front paw. We are treating and bathing twice daily with vet recommendations but it's a hassle we would have rather known about in advance as we do have a child and other dog that we now have to watch for.

I'm so happy with my new puppy. Pawrade provided excellent service and communication throughout the whole process. The only thing I didn't like was their short term health guarantee. It wasn't an issue for my pup because he is very healthy, but Pawrade requires you to get into the vet within 72 hours of arrival, but COVID, all vets are booked out for weeks, so there's no way that this is possible today. Overall I'm very satisfied and I would definitely recommend Pawrade to a friend

Great website, it was easy to navigate and search for our perfect puppy. They go fast so you have to be quick with your choosing! Customer service was good and friendly. Due to the high temperatures in Tampa, we drove to the other side of the coast (Daytona Beach International) to pick up our puppy. It was an experience well worth a life time. I would recommend family and friends to use Pawrade service!

They worked very hard to make the transition pleasant and as smooth as possible. I don't like that you can't know who the breeder is or anything about them. Also don't like that I had to take possession of my puppy in a Walgreens parking lot. But puppy is great, healthy and happy.

THANK YOU! Hulk is settling in absolutely amazingly, he such a good boy! He's smart, handsome and full of love. We lost our first Golden one year ago and our lives haven't quite been the same without him. Hulk is helping us mend our hearts and has already brought so much love and companionship back to our family. We are so lucky to have not only have Hulk but his brother Bud is only a few blocks away with my daughter. We find so much enjoyment in watching them play together. Thank for being so caring and supportive through our process and providing us the comfort to know we were making the best decision for our family.

Pawrade was absolutely AMAZING to work with! They were so open with communication and made the adoption/buying process extremely easy! We were weary at first but after speaking with their representatives we knew this wasn't a scam. HIGHLY recommend! They also assisted with changing the travel plans at the last minute from ground to flight and we got her the NEXT DAY! Dolli is absolutely gorgeous and so extremely well behaved. ♥

Her new name is Freyja, and she is amazing. Janell was awesome at helping fix an administrative error I accidentally made. I wish there was better communication between teams as I had to explain the error over and over again. Please don't make a mistake or you might have to wait a couple extra days. The puppy came in healthy but def not happy. After a day she came out of her shell and we have bonded really well. I would recommend again to a friend.

We got our pearl (now named bailey) this afternoon. She is a beautiful girl. Pawrade was excellent to work with. The transport had some issues but in the end worked out excellent. Pearl was delivered clean and seemed happy and well cared for. The folks transporting her were very nice and considerate. Thankyou to all of you who brought pearl home to us.
