Working with Pawrade was very smooth until the puppy came. The trip was way too long! I suggest you have a 2 state maximum distance for travel. Our puppy came stressed out, feeling sick, refusing to eat.She was totally overwhelmed being in a crate for 3days. I had offered to fly to come get her and buy her a ticket so she would be on plane. The breeder didn't want that. The breeder did not leave any instructions on her feed schedule amount. The doggy door potty training is just lazy and teaches dog to pee & poop on concrete, flooring etc. We have retrained her to pee on grass. I am still waiting for paypet to respond to me sending her proof she was seen by Vet. She did on first day because she was sick. We are experienced with dogs and had so much puppy information from our other breeder that we followed her instructions for this new puppy. Lois from pawrade was wonderful and help us get puppy eating again. She is doing great now.

I enjoyed doing business via Pawrade. They were very attentive and walked me through the process every step of the way. If I had any questions, I had my designated point of contact via phone call, text, and message center, who would reply promptly to give me that piece of mind. My puppy arrived happy and healthy which made the whole transaction that much better. I highly recommend doing business with.

I am in love with my golden doodle puppy. The process was fairly painless. My questions were answered along the way and she arrived as scheduled. She was not microchipped. I thought she was supposed to be. Happy to have her home with me.

I am THE WORLD'S BIGGEST SKEPTIC so when it was presented to me that I could pay someone online a large sum of money without ever speaking to them and this would result in my dream puppy, I NORMALLY would have shut it down right away. But I agreed to roll with it and I'm SOOO glad I did. I have spent my day today rolling around in the grass, playing and getting kisses from the sweetest, most adorably puppy goldendoodle that I have ever seen. I am so happy with this girl. She came from a breeder in Kansas who had turned out to be a wonderful person and everyone at Pawrade has made all of this possible. Everyone there has been very helpful, very thorough and very accommodating. I will NEVER buy a PUP again unless it is thru Pawrade as they do all of the work to make sure the breeders are reputable and that the buyers are serious about a puppy. They make sure both parties comply with all of the necessary requirements that makes for a very smooth and honest transaction. Thank you all!

The process was difficult and unclear. I had to wait days sometimes for responses from people. No direct contact with the breeder. If the person I was speaking to at one point had a day off, I had to wait for them to come back (understandable) or wait for an agent to fully acclimate themselves with the adoption to get back to me… They don't provide enough information for travel. My puppy was delivered absolutely covered in his own poop to an airport I didn't want him to be flown to originally. However, the agent did accidentally forward me an email from the breeder and I was able to search the breeder. 5/5 rating for him. My puppy is healthy. I'm happy. The process was extremely stressful for my type A personality.

Draya (now Callie) arrived safely. Pawrade was great. Our vet was not happy that breeder started vaccines at 2 weeks instead of waiting until 4 weeks -- said a puppy's immune system may be compromised when vaccines are begun too young. But that's on the breeder -- not Pawrade.
