All in all this has been a very satisfying experience. The new member of our family got here right on time, healthy as can be, and ready to play with all his heart. He is the cutest little thing and is giving us an awful lot of enjoyment so far. I would refer any of my friends to Pawrade, and I would certainly use them again should the desire arise. They were very easy to work with, and provided me the flexibility I needed to believe that I meant a lot to them.

Our experience with Pawrade has been pretty fantastic. We got a beautiful, healthy, snuggly Goldendoodle puppy. The delivery service was very good. The puppy arrived clean and healthy at 4am in the morning. Thank you, Pawrade.

Honestly did not know where Nala was when I first saw her and it really didn't matter. However, the folks at Pawrade and associate driver were all very friendly and kept me up to date during the process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience (as a 1st time dog owner). Even after the purchase and deliver of Nala I have been given resources and support if I ever need it. I can already tell me and her are going to be lifelong pals!

Love my new puppy.. we called him Teddy! The whole process was great.
Pawrade actually did very well. Answered all my questions promptly and kept me informed throughout the process. Since I've never purchased a puppy this way before, I didn't realize the amount of time it would take from time of purchase to time of arrival to my home. It was two weeks from the time I paid in full, before he was in transit and five days of travel. We are very happy with our new fur-baby, but, between the timeline of purchase to delivery, having to complete line items for Pawrade, PetPay, Metlife insurance, and vet at exact times made it a little stressful. I don't know that I would purchase a puppy this way again.
Great Experience! Love my puppy. The Breeder was very helpful and full of information and Pawrade/Petpal were very detailed and communicative.
Karma is happy here with us and we went to the beach yesterday. He's been here for a week now and every day we learn and he learns how this living together works. Thank you for this sweet puppy.
Our puppy was delivered on the 4th day of travel. The puppy had vomit on him which the person tried to clean him. It was sad to see him in a terrible condition. He was so skinny you could feel every bone his body, he was weak and had diarrhea. We were told he wouldn't eat the whole time of car ride. I brought him to vet next day and he couldn't believe the condition . Vet gave him a shot and medicine to give him for next five days and gave him canned food and he devoured it. I have been mixing dry and wet food and he can't get enough. Vet said he was sick more than four days and only would've lasted maybe 2 days. I don't know if Pawrade checks each dog before they leave, but they should. I don't know if breeder knew how sick this dog was and I was told the vet in Missouri checked him and knew about his skin infection so he should've known he was skinny and not eating. I'm disappointed in condition my dog was in . He's doing better and will be alright. Thanks

We absolutely love Marley. She is a wonderful addition to our family. She has settled in nicely, getting used to her new surroundings and learning new things. She is a very happy puppy and we are looking forward to watching her grow. Williams transport was a pleasure to work with and delivered Marley safe and sound and kept us informed the entire trip. We had a positive experience with Pawrade. The team kept us updated from the moment we purchased our puppy all the way through her plane ride to her new home. They sent us a picture of Willow(now named Lola) when they were changing planes. We love our new adorable addition and would recommend Pawrade for anyone looking for a new puppy.

Dog was malnourished and had hookworms upon arrival underweight the delivery was delayed multiple times and when he finally did come it was supposed to be at 9 PM and ended up being 3 AM very disappointing the whole process will not do it again
