Thank you so much for this service, my precious puppy was delivered at my door 10 hours before the scheduled delivery. My puppy adjusted so very easy and very well. I would not hesitate in using this service and encouraging others to do so also.
She is more adorable than her pictures. She arrived ready to play!
Tina was lovely and even after the nanny got a little lost the pawrade team helped him get to the right house! Excellent service!

Everyone along the path to getting my pup was extremely friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was with the kennel for neutering my puppy before he was three months old. Every thing I've read says to wait until they are six months old. Bane, whose name is now Ozzy, is doing well. I thank everyone for your help in getting my little package to his new home safely

He's beautiful and charming but He's quite timid/fearful. He cowers when we walk up to him. Not sure if he was socialized well or it's just his nature. He's gradually getting less so the longer that he's here. I wasn't thrilled with the fact that I was unable to have contact with the breeder. Everyone at Pawrade was very friendly and helpful tho. The only thing that was frustrating was the pick up instructions. I was told that the puppy should be picked up at the special baggage office in the baggage claims area. It made no sense to me since we have shipped animals all over the world in cargo (we are military) and have always received my pets at the cargo facility. But I did as advised. I parked at Arrivals lot and went to the office by baggage claim and guess what? I had to return to my car, pay for parking and drive to the cargo building. It was a good thing that I was early! T/hat said, we are thrilled with Harold, now Ziggy, and he seems happy to be here!

It was a pleasure to work with group. The concierge, Sara, was wonderful and reassured me on the safety procedures they have in place. This site ensures both the buy and the seller are protected. My experience with them was wonderful

We could not have asked for a better experience...... From start to finish, the process was well understood and easy to navigate. A significant feat given the number of entities involved in getting Aden Bentley (yes, we kept the first name and added the second) from Missouri to our home in Maryland. From the management staff, to the breeder, to the nanny / escorts......this was a well orchestrated event. Thank you so very much. We will recommend you to all our friends and associates. wl
Puppy was well cared for and no I'll effects from the long ride.And she is the most gorgeous girl ever!! Full of energy and has my other king Charles getting in shape! Kacye was great as well as the other people that helped me.Kayce helped me get through the hoops and made my experience much easier

The process was easy Everyone was friendly and answered ally questions. The only concern I had was my puppy traveling across country. When she came home she was clean and she looked good. I would buy another puppy from them and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a puppy.

Everyone was wonderful throughout the process of bringing my little guy home. I was so worried in the beginning because I was afraid of being scammed but it is NOT a scam. I'm so happy I was able to have such wonderful staff ease my anxiety and making the process easy to bring home my little guy Boomer. Thank you !

Everything was exceptionally handled except for the puppy coming to San Diego and all the way from Missouri in a cargo plane in the hold. Very bad way to transport a very small puppy . We were under the impression that the very high plane fee included a flight nanny. Very disappointed and no one explained this is how she would travel.

So, first off I'd like to say this service is legit! I gave 4 stars because I think the communication AFTER the purchase could have been better. Multiple times I had questions and would call or text and never heard back. After I had the breeders phone number and could communicate with her, everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend and would 100% use pawrade again if I wanted another puppy. I would say the whole process took about 3 weeks or so. Now for oreo(given name Lance), he is AMAZING. The breeder raised him well. He loves people and children. He picked up potty training pretty quickly and he's very calm and loving. Everyone who meets him instantly becomes obsessed with him. He's better than I could ever imagined.
He is beautiful, and so sweet. He will go to the vet on Monday. Where should I send the vet's report?
Best experience ever they answered all my questions. When I texted they answered. The nanny was great and explained everything before they left. I thought Henry would be shy but he not he been hopping around since last night. He is a great dog and so energetic. I would definitely do it again. Thank you
