My puppy is great, but the process was often not what I had hoped. I did not receive pictures or videos when requested and the delivery time was changed so I had to pay an additional $350 in order to get my puppy when expected. This is not a scam but I have to admit that some of the delays and changes made me concerned during the process.

Hi Debbie, I have reviewed your transaction and I see your puppy JayJay was supposed to be picked up on 9/5 by one of our transport providers, unfortunately on 9/2 we were notified the driver tested positive for Covid-19 and the transportation had to be cancelled. As a result of the cancellation, we worked with you to find the best possible alternatives to get JayJay delivered as soon as possible. We provided you with 2 options, move the delivery of JayJay to 9/12 at no additional fee, or we could have JayJay picked up on 9/4 (one day earlier than previously planned) for a private transport at an additional cost. You decided to go with the private transport and we got JayJay delivered to you earlier than originally scheduled! We sincerely apologize for the troubles, Covid-19 has made it a challenging time for all of us, but we are delighted to hear JayJay arrived happy & healthy!
