After they receive payment customer service is terrible. Getting responses to important travel arrangements became a nightmare. The "travel concierge" stopped responding. I was told the breeder would send me updated pictures and I never got them. The payment service they force you to use charges fees, pawrade charges fees and then they don't tell you they will charge you sales tax until after you've paid. The total price jumps up with no itemization or explanation. Arranging for economical travel options is near impossible. I was told it would cost near the price of the puppy (additional) for a travel nanny and that their other (cargo) flight option wasn't available in weather over 85 degrees. So I had to fly and get the puppy myself and then pay an extra 225 charge for breeder to bring the puppy to the nearest airport. The portal again collects money on the breeders delivery charge and adds sales tax onto that fee also! 2 stars for broad selection of puppies and "no scam" guarantee.

We picked up Liam (Now Grizzby) this morning and it went perfect. We think he already loves us as much as we love him. The whole prosses has been wonderful.

Pup is healthy no food was given as promised. I had to Order and it will not arrive until 3-27-22. Nanny was nice but arrival at 5:44pm was not ideal. I was stuck for one hour in traffic .

Everyone on the Pawrade team is knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful. The whole process from getting Fernly (renamed Kiki) to our home was super smooth and very simple process. I thought it would be much more challenging but it was surprisingly very straight forward.

Pawrade did more than meet my expectations. They were friendly, personal, and so accommodating. My little Havanese was so well taken care of as a puppy, with accolades to the breeder. This little creature is calm and so lovable. The process of getting a puppy was easily executed and the whole process went very smoothly. You can tell that everyone involved has deep respect for these little creatures. I'm happy and fully satisfied.

First, your website is well organized & easy to follow; fun to see the puppies & anticipate buying one. The entire process of obtaining Nikki (previously Lavon) went smoothly. Pawrade was available to answer questions, gave concise & thorough information & clearly stated instructions. Four days prior to original flight plans the Travel Concierge made me aware of breeder's flight changes d/t stormy weather. Of course, I was disappointed yet grateful for the advanced notice. I have no regrets. And am very happy with Nikki.

This is the second puppy I've gotten from you and I couldn't be any happier with him. The whole transaction was very smooth, I was very happy he came into an airport closer to me it made the final stage a lot easier, I live on Martha's vineyard Mass, it's an island off Cape cod, it's expensive to come and go off it, so having an airport closer helped a lot. I will definitely be using them again.

Angel arrived yesterday with a wonderful gift bag from the breeders. Jess and her partner have been fantastic to communicate with during this whole process. Most of all my puppy, Angel is here with me now! Love her already!❤️

I was very satisfied with Pawrade, but was not happy with the delivery service they used for my puppies. I used the nanny service who flew stand-by. What would have been maybe a five hour plane ride turned into 12 hours on four different flights, which I thought was unnecessarily stressful on the puppies. For what I paid for the nanny service, they should have booked a reserved seat.

Everyone at Pawrade was very professional and highly responsive. They kept me informed of all the next steps. The breeder definitely took great care of my puppy before her arriving to me. My puppy is very well trained (15 weeks on arrival) with the potty. My puppy is healthy and happy! Thank you!
