We had never bought a dog this way before. Everyone was very kind, patient, and available to help us through the process. It went very smoothly and everyone was thorough with reassuring us, with questions we had. So happy to have our puppy home for the holidays. The driver was even so gracious to get him here before the holiday.We felt it was a very loving and caring site. Our puppy is adjusting well to his new home. Happy holidays to everyone! Angel arrived yesterday with a wonderful gift bag from the breeders. Jess and her partner have been fantastic to communicate with during this whole process. Most of all my puppy, Angel is here with me now! Love her already!❤️

So happy with my Alfi. I was given the wrong delivery schedule so I cancelled a Dr. Visit and Thanksgiving Dinner with my 100 yr old Mom in the Nursing Home. Then found out about the schedule error. I think it would be nice if there was more status reports given during transporting that I didn't have to beg for. However, after all is said and done, Alfi is precious and I am happy at this point. Nanny was generous with information and instruction and cordial even after that exhausting trip with all it's problems. Happy Thanksgiving to all!

I was very satisfied with Pawrade, but was not happy with the delivery service they used for my puppies. I used the nanny service who flew stand-by. What would have been maybe a five hour plane ride turned into 12 hours on four different flights, which I thought was unnecessarily stressful on the puppies. For what I paid for the nanny service, they should have booked a reserved seat.

I was very weary getting a puppy from online, but the whole process was very smooth and almost alarmingly easy. I purchased a Havanese from Missouri and had him delivered via a nanny ground courier. Breeder also provided a care package and had great communication whenever I had a question. Puppy arrived extremely calm and has been great ever since. Nanny provided supplements throughout the journey and you could tell care was given throughout. GPS tracking was provided as well and was extremely helpful. Overall I would definitely recommend this experience to others. Will probably be purchasing another puppy in a year.

We were absolutely pleased with all our dealings with Pawrade. However, we were disappointed with the delivery nanny and delivery of the puppies. I would NOT use a flight nanny again.

Everyone at Pawrade was very professional and highly responsive. They kept me informed of all the next steps. The breeder definitely took great care of my puppy before her arriving to me. My puppy is very well trained (15 weeks on arrival) with the potty. My puppy is healthy and happy! Thank you!

Our new puppy is so sweet! We are so very happy with her and with the service from Pawrade, right from the start I was notified. I never had to wait for a response if I asked a question and when it was time for my puppies transport and arrival I was notified by the breeder every step of the way. I couldn't be happier with the service or my new Havanese puppy!!

Everyone along the path to getting my pup was extremely friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was with the kennel for neutering my puppy before he was three months old. Every thing I've read says to wait until they are six months old. Bane, whose name is now Ozzy, is doing well. I thank everyone for your help in getting my little package to his new home safely

He's beautiful and charming but He's quite timid/fearful. He cowers when we walk up to him. Not sure if he was socialized well or it's just his nature. He's gradually getting less so the longer that he's here. I wasn't thrilled with the fact that I was unable to have contact with the breeder. Everyone at Pawrade was very friendly and helpful tho. The only thing that was frustrating was the pick up instructions. I was told that the puppy should be picked up at the special baggage office in the baggage claims area. It made no sense to me since we have shipped animals all over the world in cargo (we are military) and have always received my pets at the cargo facility. But I did as advised. I parked at Arrivals lot and went to the office by baggage claim and guess what? I had to return to my car, pay for parking and drive to the cargo building. It was a good thing that I was early! T/hat said, we are thrilled with Harold, now Ziggy, and he seems happy to be here!

We could not have asked for a better experience...... From start to finish, the process was well understood and easy to navigate. A significant feat given the number of entities involved in getting Aden Bentley (yes, we kept the first name and added the second) from Missouri to our home in Maryland. The process was easy Everyone was friendly and answered ally questions. The only concern I had was my puppy traveling across country. When she came home she was clean and she looked good. I would buy another puppy from them and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a puppy.
