Everything has gone beautifully. After only two hours of arriving, the puppy was playing with our other dog. He has been eating, drinking and going to the bathroom without any problems. He has acclimated wonderfully!

I'm very pleased with Coral (Havanese). In fact, extremely happy to have such a puppy. I started this whole process with a lot of doubt and worry. Is this for real? Am I really trusting a website to purchase a dog? I spent months looking for a dog; rescue centers throughout California and different breeders. I've wanted a Havanese for a long time but was considering another breed because there are so few breeders in Ca. I talked to a few Pawrade agents and finally bit the bullet and reserved Coral (now Buttercup). Emailed owners - they sent photos and information of parents. The delivery service was excellent. Fantastic guys. Paperwork went smoothly. All in all EXCELLENT!

Everything went smoothly. I’m so happy with Pawrade, I’ve even told my grandson who just received his vet tech license to persue a position with your company. I highly recommend using Pawrade. Thank you Donna, Cindy, and Ashley for responding so well to everything I needed. I appreciate you all being available day and night to ensure her smooth hand off. And, big thanks to our breeder, she made it so easy and her attentiveness to training my puppy before I took possession. We simply took her home and she went right to the pee pad and did her business! She slept through the night and she and I are well rested and ready to start our first day of training! We are happy this morning!!!!.

Our puppy is entertaining, loving, smart and not even a little bit house trained. He's breaking our hearts, peeing and pooping in our home, we have a doggie door but he only uses it to go out and come in. We put him out and he comes in and pees! Our little boy is now 7 months old and really should have some control here. He "Stays", he let's me put his food down without coming in the eating area. He loves his crate. We love this baby but are terribly disappointed he is not potty trained. Maybe we should have him neutered? I don't know.

Everything went well. Needed more updates, but after asking, I got updated better. Which I appreciated. My puppy is perfect. Best little girl. I could tell the beeder cares for the puppies. Did a wonderful job. Thank you. The pet nanny was also very nice. And thanks to everyone involved.
Excellent experience throughout. Donna was extremely helpful and keep me informed through the whole process. The driver kept me informed of his ETA from the time he picked up my puppie to the time he got to the door. I would use Pawrade again and recommend them to friends and family. I'm very happy with my new puppy, she is very happy and well socialized.

My puppy was great, and the Pawrade folks were overall very good and responsive. The concern is have is with the breeder. I believe she may be a glorified puppy mill. My pup smelled horrible when i picked her up, and while the owner checked many of the boxes, I'm can't help but feel like I rescue my pupp from a not so great living environment.

I am really disappointed in my purchase. The change of who I recieved from the photo. The puppy came sick and needing medical care as well as eating his own feces, urinating everywhere and so on. A ton of health issues and costs within first day of arrival. Travel was terrible in communication with me , as I was told one day and not another word until someone randomly said they picked him up day and half after it was scheduled. No communication during the transport to me. I have shared my concern as he has not arrived as the sweet little puppy as advertised. It’s been so disappointing and nothing done after all spent to get him here.

Overall, the experience was very good. The only problem I had was contacting certain people once my puppy was purchased. These were people who sent emails and gave contact information. I found that very distressing and unacceptable.

Josephine is a joy & what energy. We are senior citizens and it has been a long time since we had a puppy in the house & Josy keeps us on our toes all day long. Josy needs a lot more training & as retirees we have the time to do just that. We have another dog, an 8 year old Bichon Frise, and the two get along just fine. Very smooth process with steps outline of requirements (documents, list of items needed to get prior to arrival, vet check up info prior to leaving destination, updates on status of arrival etc etc. I am so happy for the Company making sure the dogs are healthy and the owners ready to care for them.❤️
