Excellent! From the minute I started searching with Pawrade for my new puppy, there he was. The process was easy and the customer care was great. Everyone I talked to was very informative. The whole process was very easy , just would have like some info from breeder , feeding schedule , crate trained? But over all very happy!

Lily and I thank Pawrade and her breeder for the care, support, love, professionalism, kindness and communications provided during the adoption process. We are living the dream as companions for a long life together. Working with Parade was easy, rewarding and instilled confidence breeders were vetted by various standards and puppies were consistently checked for health, handling and environment. Pawrade and the breeder answered questions quickly, provided videos and pictures as requested and shared advice consistently allowing for a wonderful adoption. Lily was affectionate, happy and well adjusted from initial meeting on out. Obviously a credit to her first few months of life with breeder and family. Lily was a celebrity going through TSA with people commenting what a beautiful happy puppy. Will recommend Pawrade concierge service as a worthy tactic in acquiring a puppy from a good, reliable and caring breeder.

I received my puppy and his papers.He looked great and he was just as cute as the picture.
Very pleased that everything went smoothly.
We absolutely LOVE our new havanese puppy. She came into our lives right on time due to a recent loss of a long time “soul dog”. Pawrade made the process so smooth and they were available for any questions and guidance. They communicated how to purchase the puppy, activate insurance, and even the results of her vet visit before travel. The employees are SUPER kind, supportive, and empathetic and I’m especially grateful for Ashlae, Emily, and Tina for being here for this new experience. The process may seem high, but I PROMISE it will be worth it for top tier service and an amazing new companion/fur baby.

Lem and Danial from Wags on Wheels transported Coco from the midwest to California and kept in contact throughout our puppy's trip. Although she was only 12 week old, she traveled through many states with stops only to deliver puppies to other lucky families and for water,food, and potty breaks. Coco (not the breeder's given name but her new name) arrived happy, calm, sweet smelling and ready for all the snuggles that my two grandchildren and I could muster at 10 p.m. I have been thrilled with every step in the process of adopting our little Havanese puppy. The instructions about my obligations as a new puppy parent were clear and very helpful. Thank you Pawrade!!!

Our interaction with Pawrade was 5 star from beginning to end. Everyone was professional, patient and knowledgeable. The 2 young men who delivered our pup were kind and gentle and kept us informed throughout the journey. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pawrade!
Not to downplay any other puppies, but this the cutest one EVER!!! Everything worked like clockwork from choosing him to delivery. I was skeptical about getting a puppy sight unseen, but they put my mind at ease; very friendly and encouraging. I was very impressed with Pawrade. My little Havanese and my kitten who is the same size and was born the same day are inseparable. They both give as good as they get in the fighting/biting area; the kitten even taught him to use the cat box!!! They’re sweet and hilarious, I couldn’t be happier.

Everything has gone beautifully. After only two hours of arriving, the puppy was playing with our other dog. He has been eating, drinking and going to the bathroom without any problems. He has acclimated wonderfully!

I'm very pleased with Coral (Havanese). In fact, extremely happy to have such a puppy. I started this whole process with a lot of doubt and worry. Is this for real? Am I really trusting a website to purchase a dog? I spent months looking for a dog; rescue centers throughout California and different breeders. I've wanted a Havanese for a long time but was considering another breed because there are so few breeders in Ca. I talked to a few Pawrade agents and finally bit the bullet and reserved Coral (now Buttercup). Emailed owners - they sent photos and information of parents. The delivery service was excellent. Fantastic guys. Paperwork went smoothly. All in all EXCELLENT!

Everything went smoothly. I’m so happy with Pawrade, I’ve even told my grandson who just received his vet tech license to persue a position with your company. I highly recommend using Pawrade. Thank you Donna, Cindy, and Ashley for responding so well to everything I needed. I appreciate you all being available day and night to ensure her smooth hand off. And, big thanks to our breeder, she made it so easy and her attentiveness to training my puppy before I took possession. We simply took her home and she went right to the pee pad and did her business! She slept through the night and she and I are well rested and ready to start our first day of training! We are happy this morning!!!!.
