Everything was great! The two gentlemen transporters were excellent and very friendly and professional! They were very caring with our pup! We named her Coco she is perfect and went to our vet Saturday hand he said she is great! Thank you all for so much you are a great company! Do you know if the microchip is in our name? I am so impressed with my beautiful Havapoo puppy. She is amazing. Thank you for all your assistance getting her safely in my arms. Your staff Kira, Dan & Shannon were so sweet and professional. They helped me through the process. I called and they responded. All my questions were answered and I probably called a little more than I should. I'm so thankful for their caring and time. The process of selecting and purchasing the puppy was perfect. The little guy is perfect and precious. The process fell apart at the delivery stage. Morgan Elliot failed to deliver by air in her first two attempts. She then advised that I could go to ground delivery and receive a refund in the difference in cost. I have not received that refund in more than a week and have not received an acknowledgement that it would be forthcoming. Wags on Wheels ground delivery was excellent. Pawrade was overall a good experience. I believe that avoiding Morgan would be prudent.

We were very impressed with the entire Pawrade process. Our new little bundle of fluff is the sweetest and was very well socialized prior to bringing her into our home. We were skeptical about not working directly with a breeder in the beginning but found this to be as smooth of a process as possible.

This place was so great to get a puppy from. I love my puppy and she's so sweet!!! The process was real smooth and easy, but most of all their was a finance option which was really helpful to me. If I'd have to add anything, there were times I called and couldn't get anyone but I did receive a call back after leaving a message. If you're looking for a puppy this is the place to look!

I could not be happier with the process. Patrick came trained on pads, which I wasn't aware that he would be. That was a great surprise. He is eating wel and is such a happy little soul❣️We bonded immediately and are so in tuned to each other. He doesn't wake me up at night. He seems to just know that it's bedtime and sleeps thru the night. I thank the breeder so very much and Pawrade for your help in finding him. With love from Patrick and I.

Everyone at Pawrade was professional and so helpful answering my questions. The only issue was that the breeder did not post a video, after several requests. The puppy was exactly like the photo and she arrived happy and adjusted quickly to our home. She is such a love and we are very happy.

I still cannot process what a horrible, devastating experience this has been for my husband and I. There are not enough negative stars to give a rating. After a three and a half days transport from Ohio, our tiny 3 lb puppy arrived here 2.6 lbs. Fuzzy Trails Transport arrived Friday morning, rang the doorbell, handed us the puppy, got in their van and drove away. We had no information if the puppy had eaten or drank. The puppy refused to open his little jaws to take in any kind of nourishment. After numerous IVs and force feeding every two hours, Roscoe passed away Wednesday morning. We are heartbroken. Your Health Guarantee is a joke and should be advertised as such. If a puppy arrives hypoglycemic, travel stressed and unable to eat, this is not covered. You cannot possibly imagine the pain we are going through nor do you care. I'm sure these comments will not be read , posted or responded to. There is another emotion we are also feeling right now, and that is anger that p

Pawrade made it very easy to find exactly the puppy I was looking for. The transaction went smoothly and the concierge/nanny service that delivered our pup was top-notch. Our new puppy arrived looking just as we expected, tired after his long day of travel, but healthy and is thriving in his new home. My only feedback for room to grow is that I wish there was a more streamlined way to complete and submit the tasks required and for communication. Some things were communicated (and documents needed to be sent/uploaded) through the app, others via email, and still others via a separate text. I'm still not sure I "checked all the boxes". But we are very happy with our pup!

Rowen arrived after small hiccup with airline schedule and has never stop being a joy. Does lots of zoomies around the house. Personnel at Pawrade were very helpful in answering any questions.
