My family and I are beyond happy with our pup. Everyone at pawrade was so nice and attentive throughout the entire process. No other company was going to bring my beautiful pup to my doorstep, but this one did. A million thanks! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Pawrade. Kenneth was so nice to work with. He emailed me very quickly after I was interested in my pup and set up a zoom call with Candace the breeder right away. He answered all of my questions which made me feel very comfortable with going with Pawrade. Overall amazing experience and I am so in love with my Penelope! I would definitely recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for their new pup ❤️
Pawrade has wonderful team of people working together seamlessly and help me get my lovely puppy. I thank all the staff including the breeder.

This is a very good system. Everyone was very supportive and communications were very good. My puppy came to me in very good condition. He is already the darling of the block and with the family. I'm blessed to have come across this service. Transport was WONDERFUL! Really special people on your team. I highly recommend using this service.

What a wonderful company! So helpful and kind during this process, as it was our first pup! They provided lots of guidance and ensured we were updated every step of the way, including adorable pictures and videos!

Pawrade made the finding, purchasing and receiving of our new puppy so easy. The staff answered all of our questions in a timely manner; they even told us when they wouldn't be available. Pawrade's procedures made sure that all three parties of the transaction, the breeder, purchaser and puppy, were protected. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a new addition to their home.

Overall great experience love my pup
Pawrade was absolutely a delight to work with. They were totally in touch throughout the entire process from reservation to delivery. Everyone I communicated with was pleasant and caring about my experience and dogs in general. In the delivery process, the driver texted me to let me know he would arrive in 20 minutes, but needed to give my pup a warm bath first. Very thoughtful. The only thing I think would be more helpful is to provide a more detailed explanation of the Ground Delivery Service. I was really surprised when I received the route and realized how long my pup would be on board for the ride. Thank you Pawrade Staff.
I am so grateful for our new little addition to our home! He is perfect and the sweetest pup ive ever met and fits right in to our big family! This experience was beyond amazing

This service was extremely easy to use. There was always someone available to answer questions. Their communication is outstanding! We just picked up our puppy and from start to finish it was flawless! We couldn't be happier!

Every concierge was outstanding pleasant and helpful. We were misinformed about the transport company. We were told that it would be 2-4 dogs in the van and they stop every few hours. Our puppy was never let out of the van for almost 4 days!!!!! Puppies need sunshine. We believe this was abusive. The gentleman, Aaron said it was against FDA laws to take them out. We should have been advised. I would have flown to get him or hired a private transporter. We were sick knowing our dog had to poop and pee in his crate!!!! Against all housebreaking practices. You should be ashamed to misinform and show cruelty to animals. I paid $800 for my dog to be abused!!! I would appreciate a call from a supervisor or manager from Pawrade please. Thank you, Marci

I appreciate everyone's help to make the transaction flawless!! We've had Chloe for 2 full days and enjoyed every minute! Potty training has its challenges but im sure I will be able to read her a little bit better as our time together goes on. Thanks Tina Bradford

Working with Parade to find our new family member was AMAZING!!! They were professional, responsive, and very detailed. Our sweet new love was healthy, intelligent, and ready to go home. We will use this company again and look forward to many happy years together with our new baby.
