The staff at pawrade was quite helpful.I got a wonderful little man.Who is quickly becoming a delightful addition to the family.The puppy wasn't taken as soon as possible so the breeder had a little time to work with him. So I got an almost trained pup. I have had him for a week now.And he is 90% housebroken.And he sleeps through the night.Great overall experience.

So I have a mixed bag . I am so GRATEFUL for a healthy beautiful puppy I do feel I was mislead regarding his transportation . I was told I was paying 699 for a FLIGHT the man I purchased the puppy from was helpful but he specifically said he would be contacted United with a companion . . I was so sad when the man pulled up in a PACIFICA WITH 28 dogs . He was filthy dirty . I will be disputing the charge of 699 this is ridiculous for a service not promised . I didn't fight it when I learned of ground transport because I was so afraid to lose the puppy . I didn't appreciate these tactics of manipulation.

We got our baby Jasper now Rudy home and he is a perfect addition to the family. He has been playing like crazy and already started training. I can't wait till he is fully vaccinated so we can have even more adventures beyond the house. This experience has been great, the only thing that could have been slightly improved was the communication. While most of the time communication was okay there was a few instances I believe could have had a quicker response. We travelled to go pick him up so I can't speak on the travel portion of the services. Overall we are very happy and can't wait to spend time with our sweet boy.

Bear is so adorable, he was exhausted but approachable! I agree with some of the buyers/owners, communication needs to be better. A little concerned with the courier services with multiple dogs in the van but I guess that's protocol?!

Finding a puppy to love was very easy with Pawrade. Communication with the breeder as well as Pawrade staff helped me feel prepared to well our new fur baby home. Only issue was in the shipping/ transportation of puppy from TX to CA. Puppy ended up being in a van broken down and trip took way to long. So worrying about him getting overheated and stressed. Things happen and I try to be patient and understanding, and he did get here safely eventually. Great overall service but transportation needs work.

Our little guy arrived safely at our home. His travel team communicated and sent pictures along the way with updates. The only reason I am providing 4 stars rate than 5 is the lack of communication from the breeder when I asked questions about my pup's current routine and skills.

Our new puppy, Lilly, arrived two days ago. So far our experience has been positive and welcoming. We received several communications from Pawrade prior to Lilly's arrival and the Breeder reached out to us to send us updates before her arrival. Lilly travelled via plane and I felt prepared to help her adjust because of the calls and messages from Shannon and Renee. She is a healthy and happy pup and we're delighted she is part of our family.

The Pawrade team does a good job at reaching out to coordinate everything with the breeder and to ensure we are prepared with all we need for the puppy as well as our obligations. They truly care about the puppies they place. Our puppy, Charlie, is very happy in his new home.

Angela (now Sadie Mae) arrived on Friday evening, and I was so excited to meet her. After a bath, I took her to meet the rest of the family. We purchased our new Lab through pawrade. I had my concerns but they were fantastic. Shannon and Aurora both were very responsive to my text messages, and provided additional photos of our new dog upon request. They even got us photos of the mom and dad upon request. We arranged to pick up our new dog, and once final payment was made, they provided the sellers information, and they provided their address for pick. everything went off without an issue! I woul highly recommend Pawrade to anyone considering buying a new pet.
