Bailey arrived in good shape, and good spirits. He is very busy checking out his new surroundings. He has a good appetite and drinking water. Slept about 7 hours his first night without waking up or having any accidents. We are very pleased.

We used Ozark transportation to transport our puppy from MO to TN and David updated us throughout the couple days he was driving here. He was quick to deliver! Thank you!! Great team!

Buddy was exactly as advertised and came from a great breeder in Indiana. I couldn't be happier with him and I really appreciate Pawrade for making that happen. It would have been 5 stars except for the gaps in communication on the dashboard. I would still recommend Pawrade as you all did deliver!

We love Lilly! The process was really easy - pick your puppy, pay for your puppy and receive your puppy. When I was able to reach someone - they provided answers to my questions, But, the proactive communication was not great. I had to initiate almost all conversations. And, while I knew when Lilly was being picked up, I didn't get confirmation that she had been picked up until a day later. I would recommend Pawrade to others - just set your expectation that you will need to initiate communications.

In the beginning it was great! The communication was there and I got all my questions answered. When it came to transport which is the most important part for the new puppy owner but I was left in the dark. I just feel like it was more reactive then it was proactive. Now I've have the puppy and I take him for his wellness visit and he has an underbite (which is uncommon in Labrador's). Went to 2 different pet visits and both DVM's said it was a genetic defect. I am very upset to know I spent top dollar to get a dog that was born with a defect that was ignored by the breeder. I except for this to be made right because that is the reason when I used your service so I didn't have to worry about theses things.

We are overall super happy with Ellis! He is our "Ells bells" and is just the sweetest boy. He came to us scared and for a while, we thought he wouldn't ever trust us but he now sleeps in our bed like a bug in a rug. There are some things I'm not super happy with as far as pawrade goes such as the price to transport but overall really it can't be helped there. If you have the money, it is well WELL worth it to use their service. They connected us with a great breeder who still keeps in contact and wants to know how he is with us. He's happy and we are happy. :)

Love my puppy, but you where adamant about getting Jessie to a vet within 72 hours which I did this morning and when I purchased Jessi , she was supposed to be born on June 14 2021. The AKC records match up. But the vaccine records were that of a Daisy, birth date 6/21/2021. So I would really appreciate If you would straighten this out. The breeder is Katherine and the veterinarian is Janet Bailey. I understand mistakes, please correct the date of Jessi's BD and can I please get a vaccine record in her name.

The staff at pawrade was quite helpful.I got a wonderful little man.Who is quickly becoming a delightful addition to the family.The puppy wasn't taken as soon as possible so the breeder had a little time to work with him. So I got an almost trained pup. I have had him for a week now.And he is 90% housebroken.And he sleeps through the night.Great overall experience.

So I have a mixed bag . I am so GRATEFUL for a healthy beautiful puppy I do feel I was mislead regarding his transportation . I was told I was paying 699 for a FLIGHT the man I purchased the puppy from was helpful but he specifically said he would be contacted United with a companion . . I was so sad when the man pulled up in a PACIFICA WITH 28 dogs . He was filthy dirty . I will be disputing the charge of 699 this is ridiculous for a service not promised . I didn't fight it when I learned of ground transport because I was so afraid to lose the puppy . I didn't appreciate these tactics of manipulation.

We got our baby Jasper now Rudy home and he is a perfect addition to the family. He has been playing like crazy and already started training. I can't wait till he is fully vaccinated so we can have even more adventures beyond the house. This experience has been great, the only thing that could have been slightly improved was the communication. While most of the time communication was okay there was a few instances I believe could have had a quicker response. We travelled to go pick him up so I can't speak on the travel portion of the services. Overall we are very happy and can't wait to spend time with our sweet boy.

Bear is so adorable, he was exhausted but approachable! I agree with some of the buyers/owners, communication needs to be better. A little concerned with the courier services with multiple dogs in the van but I guess that's protocol?!

Finding a puppy to love was very easy with Pawrade. Communication with the breeder as well as Pawrade staff helped me feel prepared to well our new fur baby home. Only issue was in the shipping/ transportation of puppy from TX to CA. Puppy ended up being in a van broken down and trip took way to long. So worrying about him getting overheated and stressed. Things happen and I try to be patient and understanding, and he did get here safely eventually. Great overall service but transportation needs work.
