Im not a person who buys online but when I saw my little guy I took a chance . I was scared but I'm glad I did because it was an awesome experience . Everyone was very professional and kind at pawrade and I want to thank everyone at pawrade for answering all of my questions and concerns through this process . We named our pup Bruno and now that he's here our family is completely and we are excited to see this little guy grow up with our kiddos . 🤗🐾🐶 Thank you!!!

Peter made the transaction go smoothly. Transportation was delayed 3 weeks due to weather. Email communication was timely, however contact phone number for the travel coordinator and the travel contractor were not answered. We finally received a beautiful, healthy pup.

Upon reading this review, we contacted Patrick to hear his concerns. He was happy with his puppy who was received happy & healthy, but felt he spoke to too many people in the process. We have listened to his feedback as we are always looking for ways to improve.

Super experience w/Pawrade, from the consult w/Don thru Dan's help and the Customer Service team we had a great experience despite a number of logistical challenges (not related to Pawrade or Breeder). Team was informative, responsive and flexible to a number of changes throughout the process. The brother, sister Yellow Labs we received are absolutely perfect. At their first Vet visit today, our long-time care provider, a Vet of 50 years, said these were the 2 most perfect litter mates he had seen in many years. Thank you.

My only tiff is that the wrong address was given to the person delivering my dog so an extra two hours was tagged on. Also he arrived very itchy. I'll mention that to my vet at the wellness check

I found Honest, caring people who truly made Tristan's homecoming really special! Beth helped with answering all questions and was patient with me in choosing my puppy! Shannon took care of the travel arrangements where everything went smoothly. Renee educated me with all details that was expected for me to get done in a timely manner. Very friendly staff. Easy process and we are in love with Tristan. I will definitely use Pawrade again! Thanks to you all!

I want to thank form the bottom of my heart just how PawRade took cake of us. We had a horrible experience with Puppy Spot spent almost $5,000 for the same puppy with horrible customer service never got an updates no one knew info on arrival. Flash forward to me getting 100% refunded & searching all in the last 2 weeks & thankfully I found you guys! Perfect customer service from Don MacCord amazing till the very end. Again thank you for completing our new family of 5 my kids couldn't be happier!! Happy New Year!

Between the staff at Pawrade and the drivers to deliver Jade they were all in constant communication with me answering every question I had throughout the whole experience.
