Pawrade was great. Everything was pretty seemless, from reserving my pup to her delivery. I also really appreciated the guide they sent. It is my first puppy and I would have been completely lost without that.

I am very happy with my new silver Labrador puppy. He is everything I could have ever imagined. He loves the farm, he stays by my side, when I call him he comes to me, and he loves the other dogs. Initially, the service was great and things move forward smoothly. I was surprised when the transportation service sent a text message that included a sentence stating “gratuities are greatly appreciated”. Nowhere in the price description was there any indication that tipping would be requested or suggested. When I asked my assigned Pawrade concierge to please explain and provide a range of what the transported expected, she gave me her personal opinions and suggestions, which I found frustrating. I would suggest that all associated costs are explicitly explained upfront to customers. Outside of that, the service as and coordination was great and more importantly, I love my beautiful healthy, energetic puppy and am very grateful for bringing us together!

I am in LOVE with my puppy, Cooper (Blaze,) and Pawrade FAR exceeded my expectations! I was very skeptical about buying a puppy online with all the scams out there. After researching Pawrade, its process from pre-screening breeders, saying no to puppy mills, health guarantee and more, I found my puppy and reached out with my list of additional questions, Pawrade responded quickly, answered my questions, gave me additional information, provided safe and secure options for payment and for my puppy to be delivered to me. Michaela, Shannon Gregor/Travel Manager, Donna Conner/Customer Service Liaison and the PetPay Team made the process enjoyable and so easy from start to finish! I highly recommend considering Pawrade!

Emma is a little sweetheart. Very smart, seems to be at least half way potty trained. She seems to be very mild mannered (which we both like). Curious about everything around her. She seems to fit right in. Very glad she's a part of ouir family.

Monroe was on time, and seems very happy! My one concern is according to the last text I received Pawrade, I was supposed to be provided with the Met Life activation phone number so I could activate heath guarantee policy and I have not received any number to do so. I call Donna Conner yesterday 3 times and have not received a call back. So do I get the health guarantee policy? Please advise.
