Initially, the service was great and things move forward smoothly. I was surprised when the transportation service sent a text message that included a sentence stating “gratuities are greatly appreciated”. Nowhere in the price description was there any indication that tipping would be requested or suggested. When I asked my assigned Pawrade concierge to please explain and provide a range of what the transported expected, she gave me her personal opinions and suggestions, which I found frustrating. I would suggest that all associated costs are explicitly explained upfront to customers. Outside of that, the service as and coordination was great and more importantly, I love my beautiful healthy, energetic puppy and am very grateful for bringing us together!

Monroe was on time, and seems very happy! My one concern is according to the last text I received Pawrade, I was supposed to be provided with the Met Life activation phone number so I could activate heath guarantee policy and I have not received any number to do so. I call Donna Conner yesterday 3 times and have not received a call back. So do I get the health guarantee policy? Please advise.

While I did not physically receive the puppy, I was involved in the transactions. Christian received the puppy and he is terrific. From pictures, videos and discussions, Dwayne (now Remington) has adapted to his new home very well. He has gone into several environments - apartment, yard, pet store. and workplace and he has adapted to all. He was a star in the workplace and the vet's office. He was functioned well with potty relief outside and making a nest at home and in the workplace. A good boy and from his looks and paw size he will be a big boy.

Pawrade was wonderful.You & your team did a wonderful job of communicating with us almost every day. I was a little leery at first using a breeder online as I've heard so many bad rumors but you guys were great Sophia, we named her Shasta is doing OK a little over energetic and quite a handful I'm sure she'll calm down overtime. I would love to know a little bit about her background eg. was she an outdoor dog or indoor dog? Was she locked in a crate most of the time how often did they feed her? did she have any type of training things like that it would be nice to know, because at times it doesn't seem like she was trained at all. She learned how to use the doggie door within a few hours which was great & she's only really had one P accident in the house since we got her last Friday that's great she hasn't had any #2 accidents in the house at all ! But she grabs everything $ walks away with it and takes it out to the corner of the yard & drops it.It was funny at first but not anymore!

Found our new puppy on Pawrade. He is home now, had his first well check by our Vet and is in wonderful condition.
