The transporters were extremely nice. More than willing to ask any question we might have. Took photos of both of us with Shiloh And Shiloh, he is beautiful. He is cute, he is a bundle of energy. Lots of kisses along with nibbles. He's a joy. Thank you, all of you. Shiloh is definitely loved.

Drue arrived Thursday evening. We are happy with her. She has a broken tail and has had it a very long time. She was vet checked on Saturday morning. She was again vet checked with a FULL exam with our regular vet on Monday. Pawrade was helpful in choosing our precious pet. She is a happy puppy

Had great support from the Pawrade team who kept me updated re where Patrick was at in the process. They responded to my questions quickly, and provided good info about preparing for a new puppy. Patrick arrived a little tired on Friday night, but was otherwise happy and healthy after a 4 day cross country road trip. Would highly recommend pawrade!

Very very please with Sandy. I thought the added prices were a little too much and then I was told I was also paying an adoption fee. I was buying not adopting. Which I thought was wrong but I had already been under contract. Then to have the flight added separately was a surprise.

I am not happy with Pawrade , the way puppy was handled during tha travel was pathetic ! I see that the puppy's is not used to sunlight and if we take him out for a walk , he is always tired ! He is scared of veichles and especially red color ! Really not happy with the services

Everyone should think twice before start having deals with this company! We bought Labrador Puppy in MO. Until we pay final amount $2,470 We had so much attention from them! When we have got puppy at home, We found out Puppy is absolutely wild. She started biting and scratching our kids. When we called them to asking help, they said that amount is not refundable and on top of that we were supposed to pay again almost $800 for them to take puppy back to previous breader. All those conversations was 2 days ago and since August 27 and they not even call us to ask how we are doing. No any attention at all!!! They are only concentrate about MONEY! This is most horrible experience that we have had ever! Because the way how present themselves. We thought they were one of the best company but they end at up one of the worse company!

We are very happy with our new puppy. He is so smart and silly💓. Parade made it so easy to find,and get a puppy. He was delivered right to our door. The only thing I would change is the three day limit for the vet check. Some places,like here,its very hard to get an appointment. So for us its 3weeks instead. I'm just thankful we did get an appointment, most of the vets here,like the physicians, are not taking new patients. Anyway,we had a very good experience & would definitely recommend Pawrade.

Everything went exceptionally well and the steps were all very clearly stated. The puppy concierge was incredible and made my family and I so comfortable with the idea of getting a dog from a different state prior to ever actually meeting the puppy to check compatibility.

The people were very knowledgeable and great until we put our money down. Then it was lots of miscommunication, met several different people that we had to talk to and then a bunch of miss information about when we were getting the dog and then the process of him coming on the plane our dog was terribly traumatized when we got him, no one brought him to us. We didn't get to check him out before he left the airport. He was on appellative a bunch of dogs he had fleas and he was in very bad shape when we got him. I know they said that travel is hard on them, but when nobody is there to hand him off to the purchaser, his new family, and he was two hours, left with other screaming dogs and everything, and they are all buckled in a cage on a pallet like that they were a piece of merchandise , that's not OK and then all this stuff with you have to get the 30 day insurance and it doesn't cover anything. What is the point of giving people the free insurance and then they're trying to sell you

We had a wonderful experience with Pawrade. Devin was very helpful on the front end, Kelly, our customer support liaison was always there to answer questions, supply pictures, and generally putting me at ease with the process, and Reagean, our travel concierge helped round out the strong team. Where it may not be exactly the way we've purchased a puppy before, we understand the levels of protection put in place to ensure everyone's safety in these unpredictable times. Our puppy had a clean vet check once home, and is thriving in her new environment. Thank you Pawrade!
