Pawrade was extremely helpful in the process. When I had trouble the y walked through the on-line process kept informed from the beginning to the end. This was s big deal for me at my age plus the passing of my husband this year. But when I saw her on , I knew she was the one .Parade 's personnel are awesome and the delivery people are wonderful keeping me informed when they were close to my home. This whole process has been a great experience! They kept me informed throughout the whole process. They were so sweet when they delivered my sweet baby to me. She’s beautiful and perfect and I’m already in love with her. I highly recommend Pawrade to anyone it was top notch and a safe process to find the right place to find your furbaby. Edmond arrived at 4am this morning. He looked at me and just smiled. I picked him up and his little tail started wagging. He crawled up my shirt and just started licking like l was desert....lol... Then he just laid against my neck like he has been there before. I absolutely love him!! We bonded immediately!! He slept my chest for a few hours! ❤️

Effortless transaction start to finish. Communication was concise and timely. Phone conversations were polite and encouraging. Hannah, Tara, Shannon and Donna were more than helpful. Puppy traveled by air and arrived in excellent health. All registration documents and health records were received. I will purchase again through Pawrade and recommend others do so as well. Gregory (renamed MUFFY) has settled in nicely as a little furball with cyclonic energy. He's so loveable & is constantly wanting to be lying on my legs/stomach while in the recliner watching a movie or a ballgame. Perfectly at ease during nighttime hours with no whinning or barking after the first night here. And quiet as a mouse until I say good morning MUFFY. Then his tail begins to wag & continues to wag for the better part of the next 12+ hours. And just like a two year old child he's into everything exploring or underfoot. Afterall he's now the 'BOSS' of this house now...

Everyone was very friendly, helpful. Grayson is adorable…a perfect fit. The only small issue I have is that had I known ahead of time the delivery was going to take him through multiple states and a couple days..I would have gone and picked him up. I had no problem with the delivery folks. They also were very friendly, and kept us up on where they were along the way. Again, I would have opted to go and pick him up opposed to waiting for him to be delivered. He is a sweetie! We adore him!

A very organized agency who loves puppies and placing them in forever homes. I have read that the puppies lived in a puppy mill in Missouri (where my puppy was from) before being obtained by Pawrade. I pray this is not true, but the internet is filled with these reports. Better communication is sorely needed after the sale. I never spoke on the phone with anyone ( although I repeatedly requested it ) after I paid over$4,000. I have many issues with how the puppies were herded into the van and there was no one to care for them. I don’t think we would do it again - working with Pawrade. Carol
