The process from start to finish was totally painless. Everyone I worked with was kind understanding and always got back to me in a timely manner. I did have to turn down a puppy because the breeder vet found an issues with his mouth. It was brought up to my attention immediately. Gave me to what i wanted to do. Take the puppy and ask the breeder for a large discount. Or pick out a new puppy. My thoughts were to pick out a new puppy. I did take another puppy from the same breeder. He was perfected. I am very pleased with Pawrade. They did an outstanding job coordinating my obtaining my puppy Toby (I renamed him from Travis). All of my concerns were addressed in a professional and timely manner. His transport team was the best. They kept me informed every day and ensured my puppy was in good hands. When he arrived at my door he was clean and fed. When I took Toby for his Wellness check my vet was please with his previous care. He was up to date on all shots. Thanks everyone involved in this process and for bringing such joy into my life.

Ranita now called Lexi, arrived at 10:15 on Super Bowl Night and adopted us right away. The delivery man said that she was spunky, no lie there. She took to our home right away and appeared to feel comfortable and welcome. We had her local Vet checked and was given a clean bill of health. She has the run of most of the house and likes shoes which is why the bedrooms are off limits. She is very playful with us and her toys. She eats her Royal Canin and drinks water when hungry or thirsty. When we go out she has her own room which is where she also sleeps. A real active puppy and we are happy in all respects with her.
