At first I was going to leave a three star review because it was quite the hassel dealing with all the separate people had like 4 contacts at pawrade, one at petpay, and then the delivery. It got quit confusing at times and still not sure I did everything. But I will say that we receiveded a happy healthy absolutely great puppy. And I can't thank them enough. But I do think there is room for improvement. Maybe one contact and a document with all the details on one page not going back and forth with pawrade petpay and delivery service.. but I'll give our pup a five star he is exactly what pawrade said he would be and we love him!! And I will use them again and do recommend their services.

This puppy is uncontrollable. She bites hard and fights when I pick her up to put her harness on, play with her or basically anything I do. I realize that puppies need training and I have that scheduled, but this one is wild and mean. Of course, I spoke with the breeder and no refunds, so I'm out over $5,700. Her suggestion was holding her down until she submits and that's great if she doesn't bite your hand into shreds. I already have scars. I have had many puppies and she is clearly hyperactive. I would recommend that buyers beware of your service and your breeders. This is a NIGHTMARE!

Ann - we are sorry to hear you are having issues controlling your new puppy. We do highly recommend training classes for all puppies as this behavior can be easily redirected. It's impossible to predict how a puppy will behave when they leave their littermates and enter their new home. The communication was great and my puppy made it to her forever home safely. I did have an incident where they were trying to pass on the cost of the breeder flying her out to me, but after discussed with them, they honored the original price of the Airpanion.

I had a wonderful experience working with Pawrade in getting our new Maltese puppy! From my initial contact with TJ, to Kayce and Shannon, I had all good experiences! I worked with another puppy site and found that their prices were very high, so when I found Pawrade, I was thrilled! I would recommend this site to any of my friends!
