Cindy on Sunday March 23rd was especially helpful as the original girl I spoke to on Saturday night had not responded to my emails and text. Cindy was so lovely and accommodating that I ended up purchasing the second puppy XANTI. If not for Cindy being so helpful, kind polite and accommodating I definitely would not have XANTI and I may have called another site instead of choosing Xena. Everyone else in the process was very helpful as well. The transport guys (Jesus and Louis) were also very polite and kept notifying me of their progress and the puppies were very happy and playful upon arriving. Working with Pawrade was very good. The delivery was a little questionable but it did happen. We got an adorable little guy and my wife was so surprised when he arrived. She immediately fell in love with him which made me very happy. He’s done great these last few days and is settling in to his new home. He found his voice this morning and is spunky as can be. The cavaliers get along great with him and he has more than enough love here. We are happy and he is a lucky little guy to have found such a good home! Thank you Pawrade

Overall had a positive experience with this company. If you want contact with the breeder and a lot of interaction there this is not the company for you. However, the puppy we got is amazing, we love him and I have ZERO complaints about him, his health, or the process of purchasing him. Two reasons I can't give five stars: I asked for pictures/video from the breeder through the Pawrade representative and I was told they would get me some in the two weeks we were waiting for puppy to be transported, and never got anything, and 2) the company that Pawrade (Furry Tails Transport) uses to transport the dog was spotty at best with communication and did not have their voicemail set up or respond to my facebook messages when they got a hold of me it was almost 48 hours after they said they were going to leave with the dog. All in all if you are looking for a breed that is difficult to find like I was this is a great option and we absolutely love Felix (who we have renamed "Teddy")

Overall, I had a great experience with Pawrade! I love my new puppy, Piper! The breeders were great and the transfer was easy. My only complaint was when I messaged them, they didn’t always respond to the messages I sent them. Even if they didn’t know the answer, it would have been nice for someone to respond. Let me know you’re looking into it and will get back to me within 24 hours.

We were very pleased with the entire adoption process for our fur baby. We used the Wags on Wheels delivery option for our pup and they were very courteous and our baby arrived safe and sound.

Huge Communication Gaps! From incorrect food information to incorrect travel data, transaction was a mess. I do not recommend purchasing puppies from Pawrade.

I read reviews and ratings of Pawrade before I used the website and they were all complimentary. I had been searching for a Maltese and Pawrade had several. Once I had reviewed all that I might be interested in, I called and the rep was so helpful. The one I had settled on had a dental issue which Pawrade had fully disclosed. I decided to get the little guy and he had be transported from Indiana to Nevada. He traveled in a puppy wagon, a large van that has been retrofitted to accommodate puppies' needs. I've had him for two days and the trip obviously didn't bother him at all. Pawrade staff are incredible - they're there to talk to you every step of the way and they're kind, compassionate and, most important, honest with you. This I learned when trying to decide whether to get a Maltese with a dental issue that requires surgery. So, I highly recommend Pawrade!

We love our Maltese puppy Ezra. He is friendly, sweet, affectionate, insanely cute, smart, and healthy. We couldn’t be happier with him. He is enriching our lives every day and filling the giant void left behind by our prior dog’s passing. I was very happy with Pawrade’s services especially their efficiency and the hand holding that I, a neurotic dog owner, needed throughout the process. My only issue is with respect to the transportation of Ezra from the breeder to us. I didn’t fully appreciate how long of a time he would be caged in a van during his transport, and had this been more effectively communicated to me I would have opted to pick him up from the breeder. Also, the transport service mistakenly believed he wasn’t vaccinated (he was), so they didn’t think they were allowed to walk him at all. If he had been given walks during transport then I would have maybe found the 40 hour plus transport time tolerable.

I can’t express enough how pleased I am with taking the Pawrade route. After years of searching for a Maltese puppy and talking to countless of so called breeders/scammers, I was fed up. I decided to go ahead and try Pawrade. If you know you know!!! I immediately found my baby Maltese and I knew she was the one when I first seen her pictures, I was hooked, although there were others to choose from. I sent Pawrade a message via the website and inquired about her and it was all uphill from there. She was 5 weeks at that time so I had to wait until she was 8 weeks or 2 pounds. I was sent updated pics while waiting for her. I tell you the process was smooth. Pawrade is 100% legit, the breeder (legit) We coordinated a pick up date and met on that date and I got my puppy on that date. All I wanted was a Maltese puppy because I had one in 09 before and she’s EXACTLY what I got. I’m obsessed with her, she’s so beautiful perfectly healthy. BIG THANKS to Shannon G, Emily R and Tara!!!

You did awesome! From start to finish at such a professional level. All involved were great in making this such a non stressful process. We had lost 2 Maltese within 2 days of each other and we were very distraught. We weren't sure getting another dog so soon was a good idea. But when we saw Sophie, she lit up our eyes. She has filled the loss with such joy. Later on down the road we are looking at getting a 2nd Maltese. Knowing we had such a good experience with Parade, we will definitely go that route. Thank you! It's really hard for me to leave a comment since our sweet Molly died 8 days after arriving to our home. She was not well when she arrived...would not eat, lethargic, would take a few steps & collapse, no bowel movement the first 2 days. We took her directly to the vet the day after her arrival. She did not improve, but we thought it was the too many days of travel. I took her back to the vet the next day & she was checked again. We began syringe feeding her prescription puppy canned food. She would fight it...not interested at all in food. I continued the nutracal. She slept all the time, but did have a BM & was drinking pedialyte. On Sept 8th, I ran to the store & came right back home...she was in her bed, limp as a dishrag...I grabbed her & we honestly flew to the vet, doing CPR on her all the way. The vet tried everything & she did not make it. Our hearts are broken. The next day I had to take her to the MS State Vet school for the necropsy that you require. All hard.

I chose my puppy, paid the fees, arranged for shipping by plane, had it cancelled twice by the Pawrade/airline due to weather conditions (too hot). Changed shipping arrangements. Requested by ground transportation. Best decision ever. Was able to track our new fur baby by Life360 and got him within 3 days to our doorstep. Puppy was happy, clean and well taken care of by his nannies. Thank you Pawrade I proved my husband wrong as he thought I was being scammed and I really was not getting a puppy.
