We named her Aerial and got her for a service dog. She is so smart. We already have her rolling over, sitting, giving us her paw. And when she runs we tell her to jump she jumps in our arms. And she paticakes and rings bell to go outside. We love her very much. We take her everywhere we go. We haven't left her by herself. Thank you for such a wonderful puppy.

Your team was very responsive and provided what to expect. I had a problem with my first pup she wasn't growing, I couldn't get her and she passed. I felt a bond it was terrible. Then I got another pup with same breeder. I was concerned about weight and pictures. Didn't get them but connected with breeder day before pick up. She provided info to put my mind at ease. My new pup, Angel is amazing. So spunky, cuddle bug and she's eating and drinking fine, no stress.

Without getting into deep.... all the contracts that really indemnify pawrade and the breeder to the extent you could deliver a brick and I would have to accept it or loose my money and pay shipping yet again. I get it once upon a time I purchased a puppy with distinct markings and clearly was delivered another but the puppy sent was beautiful and and gave me so many good years actually that is who Jackie replaced anyhoo take a minute put yourself in the buyers shoes and really read the contracts as if you were a buyer and ask yourself would I sign those. If you can separate your heart from the transaction? Would you?! It all worked out fine but man was I terrified. Thanks for all your help Much appreciated Jackie is all I had hoped for. Five stars on the puppy, 3 stars on the contracts.

Cindy on Sunday March 23rd was especially helpful as the original girl I spoke to on Saturday night had not responded to my emails and text. Cindy was so lovely and accommodating that I ended up purchasing the second puppy XANTI. If not for Cindy being so helpful, kind polite and accommodating I definitely would not have XANTI and I may have called another site instead of choosing Xena. Everyone else in the process was very helpful as well. The transport guys (Jesus and Louis) were also very polite and kept notifying me of their progress and the puppies were very happy and playful upon arriving. Overall had a positive experience with this company. If you want contact with the breeder and a lot of interaction there this is not the company for you. However, the puppy we got is amazing, we love him and I have ZERO complaints about him, his health, or the process of purchasing him. Two reasons I can't give five stars: I asked for pictures/video from the breeder through the Pawrade representative and I was told they would get me some in the two weeks we were waiting for puppy to be transported, and never got anything, and 2) the company that Pawrade (Furry Tails Transport) uses to transport the dog was spotty at best with communication and did not have their voicemail set up or respond to my facebook messages when they got a hold of me it was almost 48 hours after they said they were going to leave with the dog. All in all if you are looking for a breed that is difficult to find like I was this is a great option and we absolutely love Felix (who we have renamed "Teddy")

Huge Communication Gaps! From incorrect food information to incorrect travel data, transaction was a mess. I do not recommend purchasing puppies from Pawrade.
