Pawrade's staff showed patience and answered all my questions throughout my adoption process while continuing to keep me updated on my new baby's status. A special thanks to Tara for all of her hard work. They offered financing and assistance with that process if that was the direction I had chosen to take. They also assured he was delivered happy and safely. Sean and Luis cared for him as he traveled 1400 miles and diligently kept me updated throughout his journey to his new forever home. It was love at first sight! We are a couple already. I knew I was dealing with a professional company by requiring all the verification information. It was as important to me as it was for Pawrade. I also want to thank you for the assistance you company offered me. The delivery company was professional and on time. I'm so thrilled with every aspect of this transaction! Absolutely Thrilled!!

Could not be happier from start to finish. Great responsive contact with staff. Transportation provider was so friendly and helpful. And, I have a beautiful, sweet, healthy pup. No contact with the breeder and I did not seek it, however, I can tell that he took loving care of my little one. He is so well adjusted and came with a care pkg. Went to the vet today and he is very healthy with good features. :).

Everything went smoothly. My puppy is adorable and such a joy! I would suggest, when sending emails, putting the role of the person in the email address if possible or subject line. Other than that, I enjoyed working with Pawrade.

I was impressed with the staff. I called and the person helped me with the process to reserve a puppy. I was sent several emails to keep me up to date on the progress of my puppy. I used the ground transport and they were wonderful. She was delivered clean and happy. She is a wonderful addition to our family. I will use Pawrade again when it becomes time to add another addition to our family.

We are so happy with the purchase of our sweet baby Angelina, we named her Abby. She is such a sweetheart and is always by my side. I had just lost my 16 year old Maltese and she is such a wonderful addition to our family. She also goes with me to work everyday and is such a love bug and everyone loves her; I don't know what I would do without her. I have been very pleased with Pawrade and the customer service they have given me and all the information and help receiving her. I want to say I was also very impressed with the delivery person that brought her to me. Thanks so much!@!

We could not be more thrilled with our Maltese puppy, Leanne. 💖🐶🐾 She is a sweetheart of a puppy! From the very beginning of contacting Pawrade until we had our puppy in our arms, was a very pleasant experience. They were so accommodating and personable and met every expectation we had. If we had it to do all over again, we would definitely use them again! We will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a healthy, sweet puppy!!

Hi we are very happy with the experience. She had her bath. Gave her the stress jell. Fell asleep on me. Now she is in her new bed napping. She ate her food water and treats. Everything went well, thank you. The process was very efficient. The fact that she was delivered to her door was amazing. The only negative thing I would say is the indemnification of you seems to be Extreme. Other than that everything was fine.
