I was impressed with the staff. I called and the person helped me with the process to reserve a puppy. I was sent several emails to keep me up to date on the progress of my puppy. I used the ground transport and they were wonderful. She was delivered clean and happy. She is a wonderful addition to our family. I will use Pawrade again when it becomes time to add another addition to our family.

We are so happy with the purchase of our sweet baby Angelina, we named her Abby. She is such a sweetheart and is always by my side. I had just lost my 16 year old Maltese and she is such a wonderful addition to our family. She also goes with me to work everyday and is such a love bug and everyone loves her; I don't know what I would do without her. I have been very pleased with Pawrade and the customer service they have given me and all the information and help receiving her. I want to say I was also very impressed with the delivery person that brought her to me. Thanks so much!@!

We could not be more thrilled with our Maltese puppy, Leanne. 💖🐶🐾 She is a sweetheart of a puppy! From the very beginning of contacting Pawrade until we had our puppy in our arms, was a very pleasant experience. They were so accommodating and personable and met every expectation we had. If we had it to do all over again, we would definitely use them again! We will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a healthy, sweet puppy!!

From start to finish Pawrade was very attentive, professional and caring. The whole process is very organized! What a pleasure to work with. My new baby is amazing! Definitely recommend.

Hi we are very happy with the experience. She had her bath. Gave her the stress jell. Fell asleep on me. Now she is in her new bed napping. She ate her food water and treats. Everything went well, thank you. The process was very efficient. The fact that she was delivered to her door was amazing. The only negative thing I would say is the indemnification of you seems to be Extreme. Other than that everything was fine.

Pawrade went ABOVE and beyond throughout the entire process from answering any and all questions to helping through the adoption transition and delivery process. My puppy arrived safe and happy! I'm very happy he arrived hours before the schedule time. I will definitely recommend Pawrade to all my friends and family. Yes also sent plenty of food and his favorite blanket with him. I really appreciated that!
Pawrade has been Amazing! There follow up & Customer Service is Perfect! We receiced our puppy right on time as agreed & she had been so well taken cared of by the breader she was so clean and well gromed! & the delivery service was kind and courteous through the whole process! In these uncertan times were customer service has fallen by the wayside, Pawrade is the shinning example of how a Great company should treat there Clients! The whole process has been perfect! From our 1st contact with Pawrade to our Baby being delivered right to our front door! Its been truly Amazing! Triniti is a fantastic little Maltese. Everyone helped along the way to make it easy to complete the purchase agreement and answer everything I asked in a relatively short time. There was almost no waiting for an answer. She is very sweet, not timid about anything, knows her name and is about halfway house broken. She seems to know what a wee-wee pad is used for. Her personality is very sociable so I believe the breeder spent time with her to get her used to people. She is also gentle with my 2 cats

I'm so happy to finally get a puppy! I am happy. everything went fine with her travel, and my team help me feel, relaxed, calm. Because I was very nervous. Anyways I love everything. My team was on it! So a BIG THANK YOU…. To Morgan and especially KELLY!!🤗🤗. Kelly went out of her way for me. Arranged a Skype call so I can actually talk to my puppy and she could see me and hear my voice before she came I thought that was so so nice! I am so appreciative of Kelly and Morgan so thank you pawrade!!!! 🤗🤗🤗🤗😇😘 So far so good! Day one of our life together… my Tes/ Tessie!! I'm so loving her! She has a lot of energy and wants to play!
