My entire experience from the moment I reserved my puppy to the time I received her was so smooth and hassle free. I was expecting a lot of roadblocks but there were none. The entire process is very smooth.

Everyone I talked to was very friendly and helpful. They kept me updated throughout the entire process of getting the puppy. The paper work was a bit cumbersome but the staff was very helpful. I would rate the entire process as a 9. Would also recommend Pawrade to others considering getting a puppy. Tim

It was a totally new experience for me to get a new puppy that I had never seen. The teams that worked with me kept me updated on the next phase of the journey. Beatrice is sooo teeny but very sweet. She has been somewhat trained socially and has amazing amount of energy. thankyou
I am thrilled with my new addition to the family. My puppy arrived happy and alert, and the people who transported him were great. I was hesitant to get a pup online, but everything turned out great!

I could not open any texts they sent to me. They never fixed it. I would open them and get the script behind the text. As far as the puppy goes she is adorable and so smart. After 3 days she can get up and down the stairs. Very happy with my new baby girl. Love her so much. Thank-you for helping me get her. So precious.
Cash is the sweetest puppy ever! He is sleeping all night in his little kennel. He is doing well in potty training and, with the exception of a yeast infection in his ears, he is in perfect health. We are very pleased with our experience with Pawrade. Thank you!

Kenny, now named Cooper, is a sweetheart. He and our other dog Chloe, who we adopted last August, get along great. He has only had 2 accidents in the house as the breeder mentioned he is 95% potty trained. Cooper is a great addition to our family.

Responses took to long. Waiting for a refund of $750 for travel which I was charged twice. Puppy arrived looking very sickly.

I felt very comfortable the way things were lined up to get my puppy. Unfortunately the breeder ran into some very sad problems. However I was informed and given choices about receiving my puppy. Despite all the problems on the breeder's side everything went absolutely smoothly. I think that was to the credit of the breeder and to Pawrade. My little puppy is beautiful lively smart and healthy. She gets along great with the other dogs and fits in the family perfectly. I loved the process and I loved the people I worked with. But I love my puppy the most THANK YOU ALL!!!

Wonderful organization and fantastic people to deal with.
I have my precious little puppy. Process with Pawrade went smoothly and quickly. She is registered now and goes with me wherever I go. She went to church this morning, and of course every child had to hold, pet, or both with the puppy. She never made a sound during the service. Then she went to the restaurant with me. She hadn't had any people food before today. She really loved the fresh buttered mashed potatoes and the green beans. She wolfed down the pork tenderloin. The food didn't seem to upset her tummy. Pawrade is wonderful to work with.
The puppy was larger than what we were led to believe and not completely pad trained as reported. A little frustrated with these things however, the experience with pawrade and delivery of the puppy was seamless. Would have liked to have had conversation with owner prior to delivery.
Very impressed with the quality of the staff and commitment at Pawrade! The communication was just fantastic, no questions were left unanswered. Definitely a great place to find your next furry one! Looking forward to my next pup :) Thank you all! Our family is so happy!

But when I looked at your web page and saw the Maltese. And Renee called me, you were so good with me. That a real person would call. I love the puppy and the breeder was awesome. I have a problem though, receiving the info that she uploaded for me such as Twinkles health records and his pedigree. I liked the service however, she would send pictures and videos upon my request that didn't actually get forwarded to me right away. Other than that I was really grateful to feel secure that I was not being scammed by disreputable breeders it getting a puppy mill puppy. The dog is super well socialized and healthy. Thanks! Please do reach out with my pedigree or info on how to access the records the breeder sent. Thank you. Also info on how to register was not offered or discussed. That would be helpful to your future clients I think. Carol Schrum
