Pawrade went ABOVE and beyond throughout the entire process from answering any and all questions to helping through the adoption transition and delivery process. Every representative was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and were just as excited as we were to adopt our little one. Five star service! I will be telling everyone about Pawrade!

Pawrade has been Amazing! There follow up & Customer Service is Perfect! We receiced our puppy right on time as agreed & she had been so well taken cared of by the breader she was so clean and well gromed! & the delivery service was kind and courteous through the whole process! In these uncertan times were customer service has fallen by the wayside, Pawrade is the shinning example of how a Great company should treat there Clients! The whole process has been perfect! From our 1st contact with Pawrade to our Baby being delivered right to our front door! Its been truly Amazing! Triniti is a fantastic little Maltese. Everyone helped along the way to make it easy to complete the purchase agreement and answer everything I asked in a relatively short time. There was almost no waiting for an answer. She is very sweet, not timid about anything, knows her name and is about halfway house broken. She seems to know what a wee-wee pad is used for. Her personality is very sociable so I believe the breeder spent time with her to get her used to people. She is also gentle with my 2 cats

I'm so happy to finally get a puppy! I am happy. everything went fine with her travel, and my team help me feel, relaxed, calm. Because I was very nervous. Anyways I love everything. My team was on it! So a BIG THANK YOU…. To Morgan and especially KELLY!!🤗🤗. Kelly went out of her way for me. Arranged a Skype call so I can actually talk to my puppy and she could see me and hear my voice before she came I thought that was so so nice! I am so appreciative of Kelly and Morgan so thank you pawrade!!!! 🤗🤗🤗🤗😇😘 So far so good! Day one of our life together… my Tes/ Tessie!! I'm so loving her! She has a lot of energy and wants to play! I could not open any texts they sent to me. They never fixed it. I would open them and get the script behind the text. As far as the puppy goes she is adorable and so smart. After 3 days she can get up and down the stairs. Very happy with my new baby girl. Love her so much. Thank-you for helping me get her. So precious.

Cash is the sweetest puppy ever! He is sleeping all night in his little kennel. He is doing well in potty training and, with the exception of a yeast infection in his ears, he is in perfect health. We are very pleased with our experience with Pawrade. Thank you!

Kenny, now named Cooper, is a sweetheart. He and our other dog Chloe, who we adopted last August, get along great. He has only had 2 accidents in the house as the breeder mentioned he is 95% potty trained. Cooper is a great addition to our family.

Responses took to long. Waiting for a refund of $750 for travel which I was charged twice. Puppy arrived looking very sickly.
