We named her Peanut because she is a little peanut. Sometimes things became kind of Markey. WE mostly conversed by text to people that were in different states and in spite of asking several times we got little or no answers. We were getting concerned. We drove down to Arkansas to get her. We had to meet the breeder at a gas station I really wanted to see where she was raised and her parents. We love her now. The vet check up was fine so all is good. My one concern was a lack of transparency

My new little family edition could not be more perfect. The experience was positive, and I felt connected during the entire process. I was not able to pick up my little girl at 8 weeks - she was almost 12 weeks old when I personally picked her up from the breeders. So, the additional pictures, the zoom call, and Emily (with Pawrade) were all terrific! TY so very much!!! I love my new little maltipoo & she has been just what I needed after losing my other little girl last year.

From beginning to end it was an efficient, friendly, exciting, wonderful experience. The company that delivered our puppy, called us to be sure they had our correct address and kept us informed of when the delivery time would be. They arrived with our precious puppy within the two hour window they had given us.❤️♥️♥️🥰

We are delighted with our new baby girl who now goes by the name of Willow Haven! Pawrad made the process so easy and exciting! I cannot say enough about the staff! Our puppy connoisseur Tony was the absolute best! Christien who took care of her on the ride out to us was amazing! It was an overall great experience! Thank you for finding us this adorable puppy who has already captured our hearts as hers! His bless!

Overall it was a very good experience but somewhat nerve wracking when we could not get a timely confirmation of when to pick up our puppy. Fortunately our requested pickup date was honored but it took a week and only 2 days advance notice to find that out. Other communication via chat was good. The puppy is wonderful and when we did get the breeder info we had an excellent conversation with great coaching on feeding and habits. The Pawrade to-do list ensures we will make sure we have a happy healthy start to our puppy’s new life with us.

We had an amazingly smooth experience with Pawrade. From purchase to delivery took two weeks. She was delivered by a ground travel service and the whole process was smooth, including communication with all parties. Definitely recommend!

Truly a very tough experience. They were eager to close and get our puppy sold to us. However, when we got him he was extremely sick with a stomach infection. He was throwing up black and was a pound lighter than we were told he would be, less than 2 lbs. At 8 weeks, he was driven down from Missouri to Florida and was listed as not having eaten during the whole trip (food was offered, not consumed). In under 24 hours our little guy was almost catatonic, and we had to take him to the ER where he needed to stay overnight. The cost of the visit given the tests they needed to run to make sure they can save him was incredibly expensive, and because a symptom of his infection was hypoglycemia, the guarantee may not cover it, and we are now in debt to pay off his care. The problem with their plan is that so many sicknesses have hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) as a symptom and this essentially makes their "puppy guarantee" very risky. I don't know yet whether they will cover this.

I got Goldie on Thursday and she has been at the vets Thursday Friday the emergency clinic Sunday vet Monday and Tuesday. So I am not happy that u sent me a sick puppy. She has an intestinal parasite and will not eat and when she does eat she throws up

Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional and helpful. Weston is so adorable, smart and just amazing, and we’re totally in love with him! The only negative things are that he has had Giardia since right after we got him, he’s on his 2nd round of medication, and we also have to do ball therapy with him for his teeth.
Smooth process, Excellent customer service, All the reps were in contact with me from the beginning to the end. Highly recommend this service

The dog is everything the breeder said. Breeder was very helpful with getting a nanny and transporting the puppy.
