Our puppy arrived with numerous infections and parasites. He was malnourished and covered in feces and urine. You lied and said you arranged for air transportation. Three days later he arrived via "wags on wheels." He was coming from Arkansas - our vet said he was most definitely from a puppy mill. You and whomever WHELPED him should be ashamed of yourselves. You lied about everything. The fees you charged are criminal. I would never, EVER recommend your service to anyone. I am so happy our sweet boy is doing okay. Thank goodness we provided proper medical treatment ASAP. Do better.

I received a healthy beautiful pup via travel nanny-who was a star! The one thing that needs improvement is communication prior to delivery from Pawrade staff. It was difficult to get photos and updates on pup while waiting for delivery arrangements.

I managed to pick Poppy, ( now Nala) in Kansas and returned to Las Vegas. I was not happy with the fact that none of the information along the way was forthcoming until I was using strong comments to find out the next steps were each time left without forwarding to me. Your reps were friendly once I contacted them, just not a smooth service.

While we adore our new puppy; the process was rigorous and chaotic. Multiple different parties reaching out and sending the same documents repeatedly (after first set was signed) The puppy while wonderful was not at all as advertised on her profile. I was given contradictory information three times. I don't regret her; I do regret this path. I should've just stuck with rescues as I always have.

Picking our little girl was the easy part. But the transportation was an issue. Their communication was poor and our little girl arrived with an eye injury. $640.00 later, I'm still dealing with the trauma that was done while she was in transportation. This was the most stress=free experience. We selected the dog we wanted. The representative called me right away and went over the whole process, answered all my questions. We needed to breeder to hold the dog for an additional week due to an already planned vacation. I would give y'all 5 stars but my puppy arrived 4 hours early to the airport and no one through Pawrade let me know. The airport in Myrtle Beach called when she arrived and gave no notice. I also am only giving you 3 stars because even on the vet paperwork my puppy came with stated that my puppy was free from ticks and flees she arrived constantly itching and I found multiple ticks on her body.

We found Pawrade purely by chance online, and found the puppy which seems to had been destined to be with us! After reaching out to Pawrade, we were given constant contact and seamless help arranging for our new family member! After contacting the Breeder to coordinate our pickup date, we found the Breeder's name was the same as our youngest daughter, and her father had my name (Shawn) and her uncle (Father's brother) had the same name as our middle son! So I think our new Aussie puppy was definitely meant to be with us! We highly recommend Pawrade as the Company uses choice Breeders, provides excellent help and coordination, and will help you find that perfect family member! Thank you so much Pawrade!

Unfortunately, it is always too late after the fact to make good choices. Your policy of "Not sharing the Breeders contact information BEFORE PURCHASE is a terrible way to buy a puppy. Even your breeders adds suggest talking with the breeder BEFORE purchasing a puppy. Your policy will unfortunately result in us not using your services again. We cannot trust YOU as a measure of compatibility for such an important purchase. We have learned a serious lesson. NEVER PURCHASE A PUPPY UNTIL YOU SPEAK WITH THE BREEDERS FIRST.

So the purchasing experience was good, the puppy is amazing albeit he certainly is not the age that was told to us he's younger. The delivery experience wasn't great. One driver for 3 days and when she handed him to us he was wet with urine. We had to bath him immediately. Packed in her mini van with a bunch of others …. If I were you I would reconsider that mode of delivery.

I would have to give it an honest 5 stars. In my experience, there were some funny setbacks However, the team at Pawrade made sure to correct those setbacks. If I had any comment, it would be correct the issue of auto charging on the invoice even if you uncheck the health insurance policy. Other than that, my concierge, Tara Mir, was an amazing communicator and representative to your company. My highest regards go out to her for the care she took in getting my puppy to me!

I am very happy with my new puppy Drax… He is definetly a bundle of Joy! This was my first time ever using a service like this for a puppy… I have to be honest and say there were breaks in communication and unclear times when Drax was available and then pressure to have one day to put do6 rest of payment… I was thinking this was a total scam company the way it was handled. Luckily it wasn't and everything worked out eventually but as a new buyer I would have appreciated a more streamlined way or better communication on how things were unfolding…. Other than that I am going to give Drax the best life I can! We have already gone on walks every day and visited a lake where he waded in and played with my sons dogs… We are going to have a great life together.
