We were coming off a scam of a breeder. Pawrade handled the adoption with extreme professionalism. All our questions were quickly answered and whenever we called, our concierge representative returned our call in a very timely manner. Our Chief (formally known as Gideon) has been a wonderful addition to our family.

Everyone was so helpful and made the whole process a breeze. We even got our boy " Winchester " almost a month earlier then expected!
Picked my puppy up 2 days ago and all went completely smooth. She is doing great. Happy with how smooth the process was.

It was such a pleasure to find my forever puppy at Pawrade. I never questioned whether they would get back to me; their communication is top notch! Everyone I spoke with was professional,knowledgeable, and patient. Questions? No problem, they were right there responding in a timely manner. This morning my puppy arrived and he is the sweetest Bernedoodle! He had a bath, then breakfast and a drink. I took him outside on his leash and we stopped at the mailbox. I have no complaints. Start to finish Pawrade was thorough. We are so in love with our new family member! It was very reassuring to deal with them with all of the scams out. And I love the health guarantee. Beginning with Tara helping negotiate finding a pup and location and all of the coordination and then Emily as well. Very responsive. I highly recommend going through Pawrade for a breeder

The whole process was pretty seamless. Puppy arrived on time as expected, the driver kept in touch. I also received updated pictures. The only glitch I encountered was I reached out and was told I would get updates on the kind of puppy I was looking for and I didn't receive any. I kept checking the website and found my pup. Now I am getting all kinds of alerts that there are new Bernedoodles, however, I now have mine and don't need the alerts. Not a big deal, I guess my contact info fell through the cracks. Otherwise, I am happy so far. I have my pup 2 days and he's great!

I lost my heart on Pawrade! I found a furry forever friend and was helped along the way by kind assistance. This was my first dog after a cat of 19 years died last year. I can't say enough about how good my experience was with Pawrade. The staff was caring and professional. The process of adopting my puppy was seamless and well organized. I was especially impressed the puppies have Vet exams and report the findings to the purchase prior to leaving for their new home. If I were to look for a pup from a breeder I would not hesitate to go through Pawrade again!

Communication was a little slow at first, but maybe I was expecting too much? Anyway, our little one arrived on Easter Sunday via a transportation company and we couldn’t be happier! Kudos to the breeder too! She is very relaxed around noises and settled in the first night. Very unusual for a puppy. I knew she was meant for me after I kept searching for a puppy like her, but closer to Maryland. There was some reason I kept going back to her and thankful I did! ❤️❤️❤️ She had a long trip from Indiana and is pure joy!

This was a good experience, but there is still alot of anxiety with it. Prior to sales via the internet, I could meet breeders and talk directly to them during the entire process, from picking out the puppy until delivery. Your process has more fear in it for the buyer, since contact with the breeder is not included regularly in the process. I cannot believe people buy puppies online without ever talking to the breeder! As a customer, this is a scary process: to pay a company thousands of dollars, and not be able to see the puppies "live" (facetime video or zoom calls), or talking with the breeder. Even getting updated pictures seemed like a big ask. I feel that requiring full payment a couple of weeks in advance of pickup and withholding the phone number of the breeder are 2 things I did not like about this process. There are so many scammers online today selling puppies with stolen pictures, and requiring large deposits without knowing you really have reserved a puppy.

You say you don’t have puppy mills and I strongly disagree. The puppy we picked up was filthy and smelled of urine and some god awful perfume spray to cover up the odor we could hardly stand the 3 hour ride home. The amount of money we paid and the fact that breeder has multiple breeds is certainly different from the home raised puppy image you portrayed. I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone other than saving these dogs and getting them out of that environment.
