I recently purchased a puppy through Pawrade and have mixed feelings about the experience. While we love our new puppy, there were some concerns with the process. We weren't able to meet the puppy's parents or communicate directly with the breeder, which was a drawback for us. We also had issues with receiving accurate pictures and updates, which caused some anxiety. That being said, the puppy has brought immense joy to our family, and we're grateful for that. However, I would caution others to carefully consider their options and weigh the pros and cons before working with a third-party service like Pawrade. If you're looking for a more personal experience and direct communication with the breeder, you might want to explore other options. Overall, our experience was neither entirely positive nor negative, but I would recommend prioritizing direct communication with breeders and doing thorough research before making a decision.

It was nice to have a middle person but Pawrade made a couple of mistakes. 1st mistake they tell me my puppy had an umbilical hernia. That he had an operation to fix it & was ready to come home. I asked for a photo of where and what the results of the surgery looked like. They sent me the before photo not the after photo that I had requested telling me this was his after photo surgery photo. It really concerned me because the puppy had a big protrusion. Later I find out it was the before photo. 2nd problem the transportation company delivered my puppy at 3:17 AM IN THE MORNING!!! Delivering a puppy at that hour was outrageous!!! This is a live puppy not some package. 3rd they sent me several emails asking me to sign the transfer of ownership which I did at 3:17 A.M. & a photo was taken of me & my puppy. Overall they need to improve their communication skills & find a transportation company that can delivery your puppy at a reasonable hour. On a positive note my puppy is wonderful.

We are so excited to welcome this new beautiful puppy into our home. She arrived when expected (the delivery folks were EXCELLENT), she got a clean bill of health from her new veterinarian, and she is sweet, playful, lovey, and she seems to already know the word ‘no,’ which helps us keep her safe. Great customer service each step of the way during this process someone was available to answer questions and give me reassurance everything was going accordingly. The process took about 1-2 weeks to complete from the purchase to our puppy Marley (Kevin) to arrive at our doorstep!!

I’ll start by saying our puppy is smart and beautiful and healthy and we love him very much, BUT the whole experience was a bit disappointing. When I found Luca on line at Pawrade I requested information and the next thing you know I’m buying him without really knowing a lot about the dog. It was fast. Just check all the boxes and put in your payment kind of thing and once I did find out all I wanted to know and more I wanted to change dogs and with a pay tag of 3,600 out the door you would think that would be no problem, but NO they told me I could only choose from the same litter. With only a couple of puppies left. They put me in a corner. Told me I would loose all my money if I didnt take him. And he has an under bite and they said it didnt matter. Our puppy is much much smaller than I wanted. I have titanium hips knees and spine and I cant reach the ground and this dog is soooo much smalller…We love him, but its going to be tuff on me.

Pawrade made it very easy to adopt our puppy. The online portal and email and phone call follow up was very thorough and answered all my questions. We opted for delivery from the breeder in Indiana to New Jersey and it was turnkey. All in all it was a seamless experience and our beautiful puppy is wonderful and exhausting.
