A bit unusual to buy a puppy this way - never before have I "ordered" online -site unseen - but things went like clockwork and we are very happy - ok only 5 hrs into dog ownership - but love at first site. Very responsive team - thanks Lindsey and Renee

Pawrade is one of the best ways I have found to find a pet! The process went incredibly smoothly. Pawrade was so wonderful in helping me find my furry companion, that I can't help praising them for their assistance. My concierge, TJ, was exceptional in his customer service...and I cannot say enough about him! He was AWESOME! I'm so happy to have found my Bernedoodle, Romeo. Y'all are GREAT!
Puppy is wonderful and sweet as can be. Experience was very smooth. I would use pawrade again.

You communicated very well. The only problem was it was handled awkwardly when my credit card address was different from my residence. Should not have been hard. She is a beautiful little dog and very fun. Seems to have settled in well.

My interactions with Pawrade were with kind people. From Gabriel to Morgan to Renee…to David from Ozark Transport who brought Max (now Haku) home. So glad he is here with his boundless puppy energy :)
Everyone we were in contact with are awesome. Renee Smith is awesome! The nannies, April and Doug, are excellent at what they do. Ashley, the breeder, answered our questions and her recommendations are appreciated. Thanks again everyone!
They kept me up to date throughout the entire process and were very kind. The breeder I worked with was also amazing

Henry is perfect, looked exactly like his pictures. The only issue is that he came sick with Giradia which is not easy to get rid of and makes potty training difficult but we will make it through.

We were nervous about puppy scams and buying a puppy via the internet. Our experience was great. Well informed articulate people answered my phone calls. There was great communication throughout the process. We really appreciated the concierge service. They organized everything and made everything come together. Well done!

I was skeptical at first using a company unknown and unseen. But they were excellent at communication and answering all of my questions. Kacie was great to work with. Our puppy Clark was delivered safe and happy. He seemed well cared for in travel fromOhio to Chicago.

Very quick and easy process! 1 week from payment to having our puppy in our hands. Everyone was great to work with, including the transport company.

After previously getting scammed by a different website I was so apprehensive about trying another web service to find a puppy. I was constantly googling them so scared to be hopeful. The team was understanding of my anxiety and did everything they could to calm my nerves, they walked me through their process and were always available to ask questions to and my puppy arrived at my house healthy. We had a couple of days of being scared due to the big transition but have already bonded and I'm absolutely in love with him.

Pawrade was easy to work with, their website was accurate and the people were friendly. We had one hiccup with responsiveness which was quickly resolved. We also struggled with a flight nanny due to the location of the breeder. Pawrade worked with me and we resolved it.

We recently purchased a bernedoodle from Pawrade. At first I was skeptical, as I had been searching for a puppy for awhile with different breeders, and I had heard about people who had been scammed. However, the Pawrade professionals were great at communicating, arranging a video call with the dog breeders and making all the arrangements for us to pick up our puppy. We drove to pick up our boy and he was there waiting. The exchange was quick, the paperwork was all ready and we got to go home with our little boy. Our puppy is healthy and a wonderful addition to our family.

Was a very easy transition very friendly knowledgeable set of ppl to work with made me feel at ease when it came to the purchasing of our new addition we love her so much she came to us named Selena and we have named her Bella Bear thank you from the bottom of our heart you have made our special needs child very happy after the loss of our other dog
Pawrade helped me find the perfect puppy! Devlyn was a huge help and even set up a zoom call with a breeder so I could see the pup in action. They called me a few days before Ivy arrived to make sure I had all the essentials which was very helpful and comforting. Would recommend!
