We are so excited to welcome this new beautiful puppy into our home. She arrived when expected (the delivery folks were EXCELLENT), she got a clean bill of health from her new veterinarian, and she is sweet, playful, lovey, and she seems to already know the word ‘no,’ which helps us keep her safe. She’s very smart and we are happy to have her. The Pawrade team was great to work with. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

Great customer service each step of the way during this process someone was available to answer questions and give me reassurance everything was going accordingly. The process took about 1-2 weeks to complete from the purchase to our puppy Marley (Kevin) to arrive at our doorstep!!

I’ll start by saying our puppy is smart and beautiful and healthy and we love him very much, BUT the whole experience was a bit disappointing. When I found Luca on line at Pawrade I requested information and the next thing you know I’m buying him without really knowing a lot about the dog. It was fast. Just check all the boxes and put in your payment kind of thing and once I did find out all I wanted to know and more I wanted to change dogs and with a pay tag of 3,600 out the door you would think that would be no problem, but NO they told me I could only choose from the same litter. With only a couple of puppies left. They put me in a corner. Told me I would loose all my money if I didnt take him. And he has an under bite and they said it didnt matter. Our puppy is much much smaller than I wanted. I have titanium hips knees and spine and I cant reach the ground and this dog is soooo much smalller…We love him, but its going to be tuff on me.

Pawrade made it very easy to adopt our puppy. The online portal and email and phone call follow up was very thorough and answered all my questions. We opted for delivery from the breeder in Indiana to New Jersey and it was turnkey. All in all it was a seamless experience and our beautiful puppy is wonderful and exhausting.

Disappointed to say the least. The puppy had his facial hair chopped off due to “matting” per the breeder. The puppy was dirty and smelled horrible when picked up. When you are spending the amount of money we paid the puppy should be given a bath. Per the website and the breeder the puppy was socialized, social and happy. The puppy was terrified and has an extreme level of fear which isn’t improving which leads us to believe this puppy was not socialized to any degree. I was also informed the puppy was up to date on all vaccines. I took him to my vet and the puppy is not update on vaccines. The breed was listed as a mini bernadoodle which is incorrect as the mother is a miniature bernadoodle and the father a miniature poodle which would be a petite or micro bernadoodle. The vet certificate from the breeder labels my dog as a female when he is a male along with is rabies vaccine certificate labels the puppy as a female. The breeder told me to have my vet correct. Bad breeder=puppy mill!

Lack of communication with the buyer. The buyer pays a good price for the puppy then there is no communication. Also, due to my age, I was not pleased by where we had to travel to, to puck the puppy up. I'm not sure if that information is on your website. It should be posted with the puppy's information. We had to drive 4 1/2 hours to puck ours up. Therefore, we left the day before and stayed overnight. I did not get the information and address until we were on the road. This was only because I called and begged for it. I was told at 1 point he was in Dayton, OH. Turns our he was in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Quite a difference apart. I did not meet with the breeder. His helper came out and just handed us the puppy. She had no information for us and could not answer our questions. The breeder told me on the phone to call if I had any questions. I did and he still has not returned my call.

My only complaint was 10;15 PM delivery. It was 1 AM before we got to bed. There should be a 8 pm cutoff. The puppy is precious and everything we could have wished for.
