Communication was terrible after I purchased. It was hard to get in contact with the team that was over financing and travel. I left several messages in the chat and it took days for someone to get back. I called about 10 times before someone answered my call. Overall, I love my puppy but the communication is severely lacking. I wasn"t even told whether my puppy was picked up by the transportation company and when she"d be arriving. When I called to get more information, no one got back to me for almost 2 days. I then got a call less than an hour before my puppies delivery that she was on her way. The petpay department purposely kept spelling my name wrong after I corrected them twice- extremely rude and upsetting. The only person who deserves 5 stars is Joseph, my puppy concierge who helped my pick out my puppy and ultimately reserve her. He contacted the breeder on my behalf and all questions that I had. Joseph is the best person in this company and deserves a raise!
