The Pawrade team is full of enthusiastic pet lovers. It comes across in all of their communication. They seem to love their jobs and really care about the pets they are placing. It was easy to send them questions via the portal during the process. Overall, we had a great experience and our two boys are thrilled with our new puppy. Tx a million to the Pawrade team!

My experience with Pawrade was actually pretty seamless; however my experience with receiving my puppy was not. The breeder did not communicate with us at all in regards to when the puppy was picked up and when we would be receiving her. In fact on Tuesday night at 8:30 pm she still had not communicated after being told that morning that the puppy would be with us late that night. She responded at 9pm and said the transporter is in Rhode Island, you are the next drop off and she'll be there either later tonight or tomorrow morning. well Rhode Island is at least 5 hrs from our house so we knew it would be the next morning. I would strongly discourage use of this breeder in the future unless she truly understands how important it is to properly communicate information!

Our experience with Pawrade has been easy and seamless from beginning to end. Our pup arrived right on schedule and happy as can be. You can tell by her demeanor and intelligence that she came from a loving home and was bred well. We took her to the vet the next day for a well check as recommended and she is reported to be in good health. We are very happy with our smart and cuddly fluff ball of a puppy!

The new puppy transaction went smoothly. She is a well behaved puppy and is picking up on potty training quickly.
As I said in a prior rating for you guys, the pup is aces, sweet end just too smart. The delivery man was very professional. We love Tanner and if we ever need another pup, we'll definitely use you. Would recommend your company to others. Thanks for the great addition to our family.

We had an incredibly positive experience with Pawrade! Joseph guided us with patience and professionalism, as we explored puppies, asked ALL of our (many) questions and then narrowed to the puppy our family fell in love with! Lindsay was responsive and helped us feel confident in our pick up and transition from breeder to our home. Corbin rounded out our experience with sincere follow up, once we got our puppy home. We're looking forward to years of memories with our new Bernedoodle, and are incredibly grateful for the support from the Pawrade team, to make that a reality!

Happy to have our puppy, however, we were upset when the pet delivery was later than expected. I had to change the vet appointment 2 times to accommodate and my daughter missed the arrival because of the later delivery date. I had tried calling Lois but call did not go through or vm. I was also concerned about my puppy being in the courier van for 6 days driving, that seems like a very long time for an 11 week old puppy, I wished flight service was an option.

The process was very smooth and very informative. But most importantly, we got the coolest, happiest puppy!!! I would recommend Pawrade!!!
Everyone who helped me with my forms was incredibly patient and informative. I'm two days in with my new dog Hank and loving every second with him.

Puppy is great, breeder must have done a good job socializing and training the puppy. He alerts us when he needs to potty and the vet and groomer says he must have been managed/trained well by breeder. No socialization and interaction issues. super cute and comfortable around the whole family.

After 20 minutes of receiving our puppy we found an infected bite on his neck. As we all know, the pups are supposed to be checked out by a vet prior to being put into the nanny vehicle for drop off, but come to find out, after taking our pup to the urgent vet the same evening as his arrival, the bite looked to be about 7-10 days old- meaning the puppy was obviously not fully examined or poorly examined by the exiting vet before travel. We have reached out to Pawrade with our concerns and worries. Also with any recommendation on the forced vet bill we experienced within 12 hours of receiving our puppy, but we have had no response from them. Before all of this happened, we would say that our experience with Pawrade was great, but this seems to be very unprofessional and unethical. Also- note if future purchasers ever pick the nanny travel by vehicle, please know that your pup will be in a crate, with 8 to 10 other puppies for hours with no guarantee of any care being taken.

Our experience was very smooth, following each step in the process of choosing our new puppy to picking her up to join our family. If we had questions, the staff promptly either messaged answers or even called to make sure we had the information requested. Tessa has been home with us for several days now and she is just as wonderful as represented on the website. We are so happy to have her in our family.

I love my new puppy! He is healthy, happy, and smart! From the time I reserved him until he was delivered Pawrade was in contact with me with information with each step. When to expect him, his delivery, how to care for him on arrival, and his care afterwards. I received the veterinarian"s paperwork for his physical and vaccinations. One month of pet insurance is included. I had a few questions and someone called me right away. If you"re wanting a specific breed of dog I would recommend Pawrade. Della

Thank you to all those that have been in contact with me especially Lindsey and Renee (I hope I spelled their names correct). My experience with Pawrade has been great. My only disappointment was the condition of my Pup. I traveled from New York to Indiana because I wanted to give her a smooth transport back home. I received her smelling awful, her fur is matted, her ears are disgusting (she keeps scratching) and has pieces of wood stuck in her fur. Honestly for the cost and the travel I expected to find her in a better condition. Breeders should at the very least bathe them before handing them over. I feel as if I purchased her from a puppy mill which I was promised by Pawrade that wouldn"t be the case. Again thank you to those that have been helpful along the process.

Communication was terrible after I purchased. It was hard to get in contact with the team that was over financing and travel. I left several messages in the chat and it took days for someone to get back. I called about 10 times before someone answered my call. Overall, I love my puppy but the communication is severely lacking. I wasn"t even told whether my puppy was picked up by the transportation company and when she"d be arriving. When I called to get more information, no one got back to me for almost 2 days. I then got a call less than an hour before my puppies delivery that she was on her way. The petpay department purposely kept spelling my name wrong after I corrected them twice- extremely rude and upsetting. The only person who deserves 5 stars is Joseph, my puppy concierge who helped my pick out my puppy and ultimately reserve her. He contacted the breeder on my behalf and all questions that I had. Joseph is the best person in this company and deserves a raise!
My experience with Pawrade was very positive. We were able to get our wonderful puppy very quickly. He is happy and healthy. I would like to particularly thank Janell who kept the process on track.
Our family loves our new puppy. The entire purchase process went smoothly and the puppy was delivered as expected. The delivery team was great and kept us updated regarding their trip.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful.only that there were 3 travel dates because of fecal testing. Not your fault. Other than that, everything was great ❤️👍

I had to give a four, because one Rep. was slow and incomplete in communicating my concerns- particularly when the breeder's vet check revealed a congenital anomaly (Class III Occlusion [Underbite.} I was able to reach out to Lois, who was fabulous (5 Star PLUS!), she gave the breeder my list of questions, which were answered by the vet through the breeder (in writing, of course) and Lois then arranged a three way call with the breeder, which made me much more comfortable with my decision to accept my puppy.

What an enjoyable experience! I was a bit apprehensive to buy a puppy online sight unseen. However, upon seeing our guy on their site and reading the reviews I bit the bullet and man am I glad I did. Every interaction I had was delightful. The people were all kind and caring and did their best to assure me whenever I had questions. Our puppy was delivered in a timely manner and was even cuter in person. Now the fun of having a new "baby" in the house begins.
She is so beautiful and active and happy. She. Is eating and drinking great. So much to see today. Running like a crazy puppy around the yard. She is doing so good.
The communication was great from the start. Puppy came as expected. The wags on wheels delivery was awesome. The puppy was very well taken care of and very socialized by the time we got him! 🐶
