I was afraid of being scammed (again). Apparently it is big business to fake a puppy for sale, take the money, and run. Not these guys. They operate like a well-oiled machine with every consideration to make sure that both you and the puppy are safe. thanks y'all

Dan, Renee #1 and Renee #2 could have not been more accommodating and knowledgeable. It was my first time using a service such as this (I normally prefer to get to know the breeder myself) but they answered any and all questions I had, explained how everything would work, and really gave me and my family a great piece of mind. All three would answer questions well in to the late hours of the night and on weekends, making sure I was never more than 30 minutes away from an answer. Truly an incredible team you've built and whatever you're paying them, I can tell you it's not enough. These people love what they do and that love spills over into the adoption process. My thanks to them for helping me bring Beaumont (now Ansem or Handsome Ansem as my daughter calls him) into our home. He's been doing incredible and has already made fast friends with our other dogs. Thank you again Dan, Renee, and Renee! You all made this happen!!
I had my puppy transported by ground travel. She was delivered full of energy, happy, and she is eating very well. We had a great experience.
We picked up our sweet boy from the breeder in Ohio. It was about a 4 hour drive but very well worth in when we laid eyes on our sweet Joey. Both the liaison with Pawrade and breeder were great at communicating and everything went exactly as planned!
Everything, though a little rushed, was done very thoroughly and professionally, right down to the pampered delivery service. Michael, the driver, was wonderful, and Banks was in perfect condition upon arrival at our front door. Our vet's wellness check found him to be strong and healthy. He is a beautiful little mini bernedoodle with an even and delightful temperament. We absolutely LOOOVE him. Thank you so much for your good work❣️ Linda Latella

The first person I talked with was Janelle Hester. She put my mind at ease and together we worked to to find the perfect puppy for me. What an immense help she provided. Then after I had paid for the puppy, Sandra Turner who was so patient and walked me through the next steps of preparing for the puppy's arrival and what I needed to do. She also was so patient and kind! Renee Reamy stepped in to help me with the paperwork and what we needed. Being such a non-tech person, Renee needs a raise for all of her help. I can't thank the staff at Pawrade enough for everything they did and helped me through. I now have a puppy that won my heart at first glance and she seems to be quite happy with her new home as well. Sincerely, i thank each of these people for their help!

We love our little puppy. My only complaint was she arrived at 11:30 pm which made me nervous. Also didn't like that 2 men drove a van and had to delivery so many dogs.
This was a great process. When I saw my pup I knew she was the one and she did not disappoint. She is healthy and happy and just extra joy in my life. The delivery worked out great. They called and updated me along the ways and delivered when promised. I am not lonely anymore.

I could not be more impressed with your company. Aaron Wood was absolutely fabulous!!! He answered every question we had, made each step easy as possible and even followed up after we had Alfie wanting to see pictures of him in his new environment. I will recommend Pawrade to all my friends.

I wish communication had been more consistent. And I wish I was better informed belle was just having her crate dropped off. And at the time of her arrival, I was frustrated I wasn't able to get a hold of my concierge. Otherwise they were good at getting back to me with my questions and we were able to at least coordinate a phone call. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to and belle (now Maxy) is like a dream come true. Thank you :)

Through Pawrade I was able to find the most beautiful Bernedoodle. Their service, coordination and communication has been excellent throughout the process. I would highly recommend Pawrade~

The communication was very good but was disappointed that we could not get any direct contact info for the breeder for questions that may come up in the future.

Pawrade did a wonderful job in getting our new puppy to us and handling all the details. It didn't go perfect. There were weather delays and flight cancellations but what was really important is how they handled it and me when those things happened. I don't usually name drop. But Renee was amazing in her care, concern, attention to detail, tracking and Coordinating the travel air, travel land, buyer and seller. She made it all work and it truly is because of her that every time someone sees my cutie. I tell them about the site and the lady that made sure I got my baby quickly and safely. Cheers Renee and Pawrade. Well done! We love our new family memeber.

Everything was good but I took her to the vet yesterday and he said she will probably be 70-100 pounds which is NOT what they told before I bought her. The place where I live has a weight restriction of 45 lbs. I could get kicked out if she gets that big. I can't understand why the people at Pawrade told me she would only be 45 pounds at the most. So, needless to say I am very upset.

First, let me say, we love Snow (Yarah). She is so sweet & so smart!!! Secondly, representatives Lauren Krill, Renée R., Renée Smith, & Jade Warner represent Pawrade with excellence. They were friendly & professional. If there was any disappointment, it was with the breeder in not responding to our questions in a timely fashion. To enhance the experience for the buyer, Pawrade might develop a form for the breeder to complete, that contains some basic information regarding the pup, & submit it to the buyer upon signature of the contract (to include a current picture of the puppy). As an example, this form might contain information such as puppy's: Current Weight Brand of Food How Often & How Much Puppy Eats Favorite Snacks Brand of Shampoo Puppy Uses In general, any information that the buyer might find useful & that would help with the transition. Our vet found an umbilical hernia, which was listed on the shipping paperwork only and now we'll have to take care of it.

Libby( now Phoebe) is the sweetest, smartest, most calm puppy girl ever. I am really enjoying my new best friend. The Pawrade adoption process was very straight forward and the folks were informative and patient. My only concern was with the transport process which took three days and she arrived very panic stricken smelling of urine and poop to high heavens, and sooooo thirsty that she literally drank 6 cups of water!! I would not use the transport system for my pet's delivery again! Otherwise, the process was great and she is simply the best!

Our puppy is here she is healthy and a happy girl
Puppy is awesome and more adorable in person. Communication with Pawrade was good and Pup was in my arms 9 days after purchase. I'm not a patient person so that part was really hard on me. After 4 days of travel, he arrived extremely dirty and covered in feces. The courier drivers were very nice but it apppears they made no attempt to clean the puppy during his voyage. The good news is that the puppy was not traumatized and was very happy upon arrival. I don't know how the other dogs did. I was very skeptical of the process but at the end I received a beautiful healthy puppy now named Bogey. The only reason for low review results was due to the transportation process. Minimal communication and very dirty upon arrival.
Pretty much the entire process of getting our sweet puppy with Pawrade was awesome. There was some miscommunication with pick up because the breeder did not have my info to tell me she was running late and Pawrade never updated me so I ended up waiting almost 45 minutes. I would suggest let the breeder and buyer communicate after payment so that a local pick up can go smoothly.
The process was very good and pawrade stayed in constant communication with us as our dog was transported to us. We are very pleased with how it turned out!
