At the beginning we were a bit skeptical, however, after the holidays we were able to finalize our transaction. He had a vet check up and passed with flying colors! Super excited to have a new puppy roaming our home.

I am very very happy and pleased with Muriel and the ease of the transportation she had in coming here. I was disappointed in the correspondence I had in trying to get information and answers to my questions about her during the process before she left. My customer service representative had a lot of excuses all the time on why he could not give me answers.

I was EXTREMELY impressed with Pawrade as we searched for the perfect pup! From the first call, Carlos provided excellent service overall- professional, articulate, patient and very helpful with the process. Our pup flew in to OC with a nanny on the day we requested, just in time for the holidays, and we knew our pup was handled with care and love. From beginning to end, up until getting our pup was in our arms, the staff from Pawrade was amazing! They followed up with us and we are so happy with mini goldendoodle! We've already recommended Pawrade to our friends! Thank you!

First I will say, we love our new puppy; healthy, playful, charming and bit of a goofball! Wellbeing for pup evident. Didn't love the process; on line information wasn't 100% accurate-age at purchase was correct, weight was not. Working w/ Pawrade is complicated. Dealt w/ 4 different people, lots of texts, phone messages, emails to get warranty/payment questions clarified. Some info inaccurate/contradicted what was on line--everyone polite, happy to help, but all the handoffs resulted in lots of duplication. We picked up pup-given an address, no phone number or breeder name. Told by breeder all medical records already uploaded to "our Pawrade account" yet no info from Pawrade or breeder on how to access/locate the account. More calls, messages left-its supposedly located thru payment acct, but Pawrade rep actually sent it. Persistence is key. Maybe impacted by holidays, be prepared to ask lots of questions vs assuming they will provide all the process information. Pup worth hassle:-)

The process was long and envolved. I think I understand why. Transportation took a while. But, to have delivery door to door was a pluss. except for it being at 2:00 am!

What an amazing experience from searching for the perfect puppy to having him delivered to my door. Joseph was extremely helpful, responsive and professional. As a first time dog owner, I had A LOT of questions. All answered and never ignored….even the silly ones. Thank you so much for an amazing experience! We have already fell in love with our new addition, Hudson!

Everything was on the mark and went smoothly. Puppy is adorable and we love him so much already. He was even cuter in person! Delivery went great also. Good communication through whole process.

I adopted a mini golden doodle from pawrade, I love the fact that every single personnel I interacted with was very helpful and acted so in a professional manner. Larry made sure I was connected to the right puppy, Alisa and Rene were very helpful in providing all the necessary information. My puppy is beautiful and healthy. I would not go anywhere else if I were looking for another furry friend. I highly recommend Pawrade to whoever is looking to adopt a dog. No hidden costs.

Very pleasant experience Communication was excellent But I must say the people who transported our puppy were very top Notch they communicated with us the whole way They were careful They really generally cared about what they were doing I applaud the two men Our puppy is happy , playful and we just love her to death a very merry Christmas for our daughter and a great addition to our family of a dog a cat and a bird Thanks to all involved

I would like to give a special thank you to Morgan, my travel concierge who kept me informed, followed up on my questions and concerns in a very timely manner, and she was so polite and extremely professional. We all love our new puppy! The process was seamless and Pawrade really cares about the wellfare of the puppy from the start of the process til finish.

It was a great experience all but a couple minor things. Our puppy is the cutest, lovable little girl, she loves to play and cuddle. She did come with a cough which seemed to bother me more than her. It did cause her to throw up a couple of times.

The process was so incredibly easy! From inquiring about pets we were interested in the beginning all the way to the delivery of our puppy, the concierges were all so helpful, answering questions very quickly, sharing photos from the breeder. We are extremely pleased with Pawrade! Thank you for helping us find our sweet puppy!
