I was very impressed and pleased with how professional and patient the staff were. They paid attention to every detail and question we had throughout the process from start to finish. I will happily recommend Pawrade to anyone without reservations at all. It was a wonderful experience. Every step of the process was easy and clearly communicated, my questions were always welcomed and promptly responded. They were always available. Overall, a great experience. We love our Mini Golden Doodle. She's adorable!

Some of the info required seem a bit over kill to me, even though I knew it was for everyone's protection Really did not care that I was not allowed any direct communication with the owner/breeder even though the dog was already paid for in full Honestly, would not go this route again I liked it better when I was able to communicate with the breeder,we were able to do this with the last dog we had--especially since he was purchased out of state also

Love our puppy!! I was nervous about purchasing a puppy I didn't meet in person. I can only hope they are honest about their no puppy mill pledge. When our puppy arrived it was the correct puppy and she arrived healthy and relatively happy all things considered. Our vet gave her a clean bill of health and said she's in excellent shape. Overall, we're very happy with our experience with Pawrade and we LOVE our sweet baby girl. The reason for 4 stars is the same as I'm seeing in many other reviews; I could have used more clear and consistent communication about the transport process, dates, and timing. That being said, the transport left on the day originally specified and the transport drivers were pleasant; our puppy was hand delivered in great condition.

Communication was very terrible when delivering the puppy I was advised that I will get updates and tracking. I didn't get none of that and I felt like a nuisance just to get an update on a puppy I purchased.

This was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a dog!! Thank you so much for your professionalism in this process and making it so easy!! Dealt with several different members of Pawrade and each of them were so easy to work with and very informative both on the phone or online!! Overall good. Puppy arrived dirty, smelling like he's been vomiting and the timing of delivery was initally set to be 1-3am when I asked that to be changed to an earlier time they said its not possible - my son was sleeping and had school next day . delivery charge was $795 I think for that amount the should be a better timing that people receive their puppies for the first time specially if they have an excited kid at home whose waiting to see them.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this service. Pawrade was so easy to work with and always responsive. It was so easy to keep in touch with them. All paperwork went smoothly between Pawrade and the breeder. I highly recommend purchasing a puppy through Pawrade. Everything went exactly as planned. You can trust this company with your new puppy purchase.

We were not notified of all the price additions in the beginning. We were not notified that there was a transfer of ownership and who it would be coming from until I email Pawrade asking for this. The Consierges were non responsive for days. I would not recommend this place to anyone else. Our puppy arrived at midnight which is hard on the puppy and hard on us. There should be a cutoff time to deliver puppies. This whole process was so cold and uncaring. I'm very disapointed.

Pretty sloppy overall, communication was tough, response time slow, but you better be ready to pay ASAP. Argued with me when I proposed an issue, and had to reverse their attitude when the client was correct. Overall a pretty frustrating organization to deal with. Everyone knows everything at Pawrade, enjoy and make sure you ask any and all questions before moving forward, I mean all... They will be ready to try and prove you wrong, even when they are wrong... There was a ton of pressure to pay immediately and then communication was broken and very frustrating. I would not use this service again.

First; Completing this sale has been far more complicated than necessary. Between Pawrade and Petpay there has been way over 50 e-mails generated many of them in triplicate. Second; you require e-signing of documents which arrive pre-filled in with incorrect information. Trying to correct that led to multiple payments needing reversals and triggering a fraud alert which needed multiple phone conversations to un-lock my card. Even though you are aware that I have already acquired a dog I continue to receive e-mail advertisements trying to sell my another despite having attempted to unsubscribe three times. I continue to recive requests from an individual claiming to be from Petpay and requesting me to sign a transfer of ownership document. I suspect this is a phishing expedition so I have not clicked on it. If it is, you guys have been hacked. If it isn't then I have payed the money and have the dog so I consider the ownership already transferred.
