The service has been good up till the time I received the puppy. Now I have been receiving emails from Jade Warner and I am not sure how to complete the form she sent to me. I have sent her at least 3 emails with no response and she keeps sending me emails. I have told more than one person about this and nothing has happen.

Great experience!! Everything went smooth from the beginning to time my little pooch reached home. I was so excited I didn't know how to act. My kids fell in love with him and we are really happy.
My friends and I had reservations about the service initially because there are so many scams on the Internet. I researched reviews and asked a ton of questions. They were patient and extremely helpful. Great communication! I would definitely recommend this service. I'm in love already with my new baby!

I was very nervous using Pawrade to obtain a puppy. The information on the site was very helpful. Consultants answered all my questions and the breeder provided pictures and videos. We named our goldendoodle Toby and he's been a delight since we obtained him. He's 10 weeks old so he's still full of energy. Everything happened just like the instructions said. Pickup was easy along with meeting the breeder. We are very happy with our puppy and hope others have the same good luck.
So far, so good. Kudos to Pawrade for excellent customer service and experience.
Pawrade couldn't have been better in working with us!We were looking for a black mini goldendoodle thathad a chance to grow to 30-35 pounds at maturity! We found a perfect litter in Missouri and Pawrade worked with us to accomplish the deal! We love that they're anti puppy mill! We were able to secure excellent ground transportation for our puppy from Missouri to Idaho. Our puppy arrived clean and in beautiful condition!
The process went smoothly for the most part. Communication was great in all departments. We were able to safely receive our puppy in a timely manner. There was never any concerns.

we took our puppy for her wellness check and it was discovered she had an ear infection. i called pawrade knowing met life has a fifty dollar deductible and was told i had to go through met life even though we both agreed the deductible was more than the thirty dollar drops. i dont really have the time to jump through all these hoops just to get my 30 dollars back when it should be a courtesy for you folks.it definatly left a sour taste in my mouth as the niceness seems to have stopped after we received our puppy.

Tucker arrived around 11:15pm Sunday night. He was very lethargic, refusing to eat or drink. His health did not improve so I took him to the vet for an emergency appt. It turns out, he has Parvovirus. When I received him he was very ill (had a blood sugar level of 35%). When he continued not to eat I called the vet again, they recommended he go to the 24 hour animal hospital. I brought him there immediately and he'll be spending the night in ICU. I am so broken hearted. Someone needs to contact the owners of the other two dogs that shared the same transportation with Tucker because their pups are likely ill as well.

Staff was good at communication early and often. Engaged with a manager who was empathetic and attentive to a small concern we had. Transport of dog hit some hurdles but dog arrived in good health.

Lots of information overload. Multiple e-mails and texts. Very hard to keep up with the rapid fire communication. It is easy for important messages to be overlooked b/c of too many e-mails and texts.

I cannot believe how wonderful this whole experience was. I was really nervous to buy a dog online, but she is everything our family could have ever dreamed of, and more. She is exactly as described, the pictures were great, and the staff handling inquiries did a good job communicating with me throughout the process. She arrived safe, happy, clean, and smelling great after a slightly long road trip using the ground transportation service. We couldn't be happier with our new sweet girl.

The "only" two areas I can say anything about that were an issue in my mind during this whole endeavor are: Disappointing Air Nanny service that was not available (in retrospect I am glad I went and retrieved the puppy myself but.... it was at a great inconvenience), and the "picking up the puppy from a Walmart parking lot" as this screamed "scam" once I googled pick-up location. Of course it all worked out but when I am to get up at 3 in the morning to board a 7hr plane journey to pick up the puppy and at 9 o'clock at night I google pick-up address you had sent and find out its a Walmart Parking Lot !!!! Panic set in. Would have been nice to have had a "heads up" that this was the policy etc of Pawrade not to go directly to the breeder's home. It also made me wonder if a puppy mill was being utilized AND that is why they don't send you directly there. What all of this does to an "otherwise pleasant" experience is heartbreaking. Someone, at some point, needs to make the buyer ware onc

Pawrade staff are the kindest, friendliest people anywhere. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgable, experienced, and supportive.
I am so pleased with my experience with pawrade! I have a beautiful, healthy puppy! They we very supportive and kept me informed the whole way. I used a nanny to fly my Jasmine to my nearest airport. It was worth the extra expense and she was wonderful. My puppy had no trauma and was happy to come into my arms! I got the exact breed I wanted, a mini goldendoodle at an affordable price. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone!
