The pup is great, however, communication could have been better. First of all we had no idea we would have a middle of the night delivery. Also all the messages I received said NOT to get any vaccines for 10 days, however, the paperwork we received from the breeder's vet showed no vaccines. At her first vet visit here, I called several times to get clarification but couldn't get anyone on the phone. We went ahead and vaccinated her here hoping she wasn't getting them twice.

Pawrade did an excellent job in helping me find Tyson. He is a good boy, already potty trained when he arrived and learning commands. Well tempered. However, the delivery service they provided was far from a a pleasant experience. The delivery driver got into a car accident and my puppy was delivered late with an ear infection and had worms. He was supposedly checked on 11/9 and sent to me on 11/12. We went for his check up on 11/14. Not sure if he was ever fully checked.

This has been a life changing experience, if I was to give any kind of a 5 star to anyone that raises puppies Pawrade would get a 5 and above from me they kept me informed all the way through my whole process of getting Calista I highly recommend them to anyone that is searching For a puppy, they went far and be on the call of duty kept me informed I had questions I called them I didn't understand something they were right there to walk me through every step of the way each one that I had talked to. I had to upmost respect for all the way down to the in the morning to sweet gentleman when they delivered her that's when it became real to me and we are both happy and doing great. I also have to give a five star on them in potty training we have had no accidents whatsoever in my home. I'm absolutely in love with this puppy thank you Pawrade,for trusting me, if I was looking for another mini goldendoodle it would be only throughPawrade.

All the process with Pawrade was helpful. However, they should have a better filter for choosing their breeders. We got our puppy with ear mites and an infection in both ears also, he was vomiting a couple times big pieces of towels. Apparently, the breeder didn't check on him during his time with him and also, my wife and I can tell that he didn't do a proper vet inspection of the puppy. Now we are taking care of our mini Goldendoodle puppy and trying to make him feel better soon. We are still waiting what and how Pawrade can work with us about all of this since our puppy has a three years of a health guarantee and he didn't came home healthy as they and breeder promised.

Some of the process to get my buddy had some hurdles but we got over them and I couldn't be happier! The people at Pawrade were very caring and they did see the whole thing through to delivery. Only suggestion would be I wish I had more information on the breeders as you really have to trust this process as they will not share any information with you.

We got new puppy in 10days since when we first saw my puppy on the website! Before we found this website, we encountered a nasty scam, because of bad experience worry until the puppy arrived. I'm sure many others have had the same experience. If I were to suggest advice for getting another star, it would be that people get nervous every time there is a change in the number of people in charge from the beginning. If possible, the person in charge should take responsibility and maintain contact from beginning to end. When the puppy was delivered, I was very anxious because several people contacted me and their names were involved. If possible, I would be happy if there were videos and photos of tracking and getting on the wagon. But so far we are happy! Thank you for all!

We absolutely love our new puppy! We were hesitant to buy a puppy online due to hearing how frequent puppy scams occur, but we are so happy we took the chance because our Lyla (previously Nicole) is everything we were hoping for. Only reason for 4 stars was due to communication. It was very difficult to get quick response times and felt like it was never the same person to respond, we also never got contact information from the breeder or talked to them directly. Due to us reserving her at 5 weeks old, we asked for an updated photo of her at 8 weeks which took about 2 weeks and asking 3 times. On a positive note, they really do have a "puppy first" approach which we appreciate!

We are delighted in our experience with Pawrade in finding a new puppy! We loved being able to see photos of the available puppies while looking for that special one that we just knew would be the perfect one for us! Pawrade was always available by email or telephone to answer our questions and to keep us informed along the way. The option of having a flight nanny to deliver our puppy ensured us that she was well taken care of on her journey to her furever home. We couldn't be more pleased with the service and extremely happy and in love with our adorable puppy! Thank You Pawrade!!

The breeder documentation shows that the puppy has no heart murmur, but our veterinarian has found a heart murmur issue. The breeder isn't being entirely honest with the health condition of their puppies.

It was quite a trip from Fort Wayne to NJ with a new puppy. After the 1st hour, he did great! We're all happy to be home! He's perfect!

I am glad that I was finally connected with a beautiful puppy. However, this whole process was fraught with challenges and anxiety. Several different people reached out to me. My initial puppy concierge handed me off to a customer service liason. Then I was contacted by a different transport person. Then a veterinary liaison reached out to me. Finally a contact person from the breeder texted me. He was in contact with the breeder, but I couldn't get breeder info until the last minute. The whole problem centers around the fact that that none of these people seem to communicate with each other. There was an issue with the puppy failing his first vet exam. But when he passed his second exam, no one informed me. So pick up dates were not coordinated in a timely manner. It was confusing & heart-breaking, esp since I was traveling from 2 states away to pick up the pup. Don't get me wrong, I totally love my puppy. But I would never recommend PawRade to anyone that I know.

Overall it was a great experience. Pawrade very helpful throughout the process. I had a little anxiety about purchasing puppies online but the staff managed to put my mind at ease. We received our Titus, although it was in the wee hours of the morning, and we are enjoying every moment with him. Thanks for making this process less painful.

Love my new puppy Goldie. However, after taking her to the vet as required in our contract, it was disappointing to learn that she had ear mites, giardia, fecal ova parasites.

My puppy arrived in great shape, she was bright eyed and very docile. They said she did not eat or drink the first 2 days, but she has been fine since she has arrived at her home. The Travel people were wonderful, they arrived on time and explained everything to me took our picture and I signed off delivery papers. Great service!! She is everything they said she would be and more, I couldn't be happier with my choice of puppies. What a loving and smart dog she is, I am blessed to have her, if the breeder wants updates on her I will gladly forward any pictures if needed or wanted. Thank you for helping me get my perfect dog, she means the world to me. My 2 sons are just so in love with her also, she does not lack for any attention or cuddles.

My Puppy Concierge, Tony, was FANTASTIC. He was helpful, responsive, and deserves a promotion! We love our new puppy, Aspen! 🐶❤️ My only issue, and it had nothing to do with Tony, was the communication for delivery. It was a little broken and stressful, but THANKS to Tony, our sweet girl is home, and my kiddos, and I, love her, and my older doodle has a new sister! Thank you!!!

This was the smoothest puppy purchase ever. The communication was amazing. And the transporter took such good care of my puppy. He was freshly washed and fed and his transition seems so easy. We are so happy!!
