This is my third puppy that I have purchased from Pawrade. I received numerous pictures whenever I asked for them and everyone was friendly to me. I was a little skeptical on them bringing him by driving my little boy and everything went perfect! I highly recommend Pawrade. The breeder was a wonderful lady in which he had multiple vaccinations, including rabies and his microchip. Thank you to the wonderful breeder that I experienced for my little guy Shadow, previously Pappy.💕💜💕
I had the best experience getting my new pup from Pawrade. I was a little nervous as I've never looked for a puppy online. Right from the beginning of my search to after my fur baby came home Pawrade was so helpful. The communication from everyone involved was top notch! The delivery process was so smooth. The puppy concierge was amazing. His name is Kenny, and he responded quickly to any question I had and was helpful with the process of purchasing the puppy. Once it moved onto to Morgan the travel person the service dropped off. We wanted to make arrangement to get our puppy on Saturday which Morgan said oh that is pretty quickly. After meeting with the breeder we found out the travel agent asked the breeder to push off the last vet visit to this week. Well trying to get travel set through Morgan was very difficult. They only would answer until 10:00 am and it was stressful. If you aren't going to be available during regular working hours then say so! I am beyond happy with the breeder and my new puppy. Pawrade needs to work out the bugs with arranging travel if you are flying in to another state to get your puppy.

The whole process was very structured and easy. The communication was great and the signing of forms/payment was super simple. Best of all, we love our puppy!

Everything went ok. Some computer stuff was complicated. But, might have been my system. Pick up went smoothly. Still trying to get free 30 day pet insurance. All in all I live my new puppy 🙂

I picked Royall up at the airport, he has the sweetest personality and soft fur, it was a joy to finally meet him! What a sweetie! He now has an older sister, who is spayed and she 9 years old, named Celeste Babette Bouvier. lRoyalll will also soon be getting a new french name as well. I shall keep you posted! Great experience, no issues, my puppy Marlee, she is beautiful health check was excellent and the plus was she was delivered directly to my door.

Really great service. They are on top of everything, great communication. Great response time. Lois was wonderful to work with, explained everything couple of times to me till I got it, she really helped calm my nerves threw all of this. I am really happy with my sweet puppy.

A first puppy purchase from Pawrade. We took a very long time to proceed with purchase, primarily because we were unsure of getting a puppy based on pictures from a website. We only have one word for all the awesome people (Dan, Destiny, the guys from the pet transport company, and the owner of Frankie) who made it possible for our pom Teddy, previously known as Frankie, to reach our doorstep - AMAZING! The process was seamless, and everything falls into place with every step being taken care of by the respective personnel from Pawrade. Teddy is a ball of bravery, sweetness, and playfulness all at once. From the moment he set foot in our home, he made himself right at home, and it was as if he knew us even before we knew him. He is our 1 yo Cheagle's bestie from Day 1. We are so blessed to have him in our lives. Thank you!

Love the little Guy. So tiny And has learned to use gravity To get off the bed. And loves To play. HE especially loves his papa, a full grown HUSKEY I rescued from the shelter. They play as if the little guy SGM, or Sgt MAJOR, is beating UP the big guy. I have 2 puppies And the big guy. But SGM, sweetiest DOG ever.

Our newest family member is home! It was a bit of a bumpy ride, thanks to the FAA outage, but it just proved how amazingly calm a Pom can be. Pawrade has been such a great find for me, ridding me of any fears of puppy scams or mills. They were very supportive from beginning to end.

I will say this , puppy buying is a scary thing these days this is why I chose Pawrade. I didn't have to worry about someone taking 1000's of my hard earned money and never receiving a puppy ! This company is petty fast to respond, if you want fast response just call there customer service is so far above the rest. They only deal with reputable breeders and highest quality. My lil puppy came well socialized and ready to give all the puppy kisses in the world . She even is ok with my cat :) . She is so perfect in every way . I give actually a 10/10. !! Go here to get your next pup! Ps don't use Terrence financing. Find your own there customer service was the worst . But this is no way of any doing of Pawrade .
