I very happy with my puppy however, I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service Pawrade provided. I called to ask about the different modes of transportation and was recommended the ground transportation. In my conversation with the concierge person never was it explained that my puppy would be traveling with over a half dozen dogs, would travel all the way up the Northeast coast and then back down to Miami, FL. My puppy was traveling for five days and was one of the last stops. Had I known this, I would have opted for different travel. Secondly, I am getting the run around to receive my puppy's health guarantee, which only required proof of a vet visit, which I provided the invoice on letterhead for and then as a courtesy provided my puppy's vet's doctor's notes. To my surprise, I am now being asked to go back to my puppy's vet and ask for the doctor's notes in PDF format, which was not even a required document. This is absolutely ridiculous, I'm very dissatisfied customer.

This was a scary experience that had a happy ending for sure! We tried a site first that was 1/3 the price, Greenfield & instead of getting a puppy, I got my credit card that I tried to use for 'zero charge to my card' just to prove who I am,then it glitched out with a card I know works. I gave up, the next day I got a fraud alert that my card was used for an escort service while I slept!! Pawrade worked. The puppy pick up is shady as they have you meet in a public place not seeing where your puppy lived and what conditions he had. You don't get to talk to the breeder until after you purchase the dog which seems weird too. We didn't know where the puppy was but wanted to pick him up to save him the trauma of getting shipped, he was 1,059 miles away… the site should let you know approx where the pups are before you buy, right up front without having to ask. That's important basic info. Anyway- the staff at Pawrade are wonderful & My puppy is perfect!! He was freshly bathed too

From start to finish the process was great. We love our puppy- she is so sweet and just the cutest thing. When someone was out, somebody else covered so we always had our questions answered. The breeder Ashley actually was the one who delivered the puppy with her daughter -they both were lovely. She gave us lots of information and when I went to the vet today-he. commented on how thorough all were in terms of care for our new family member!

Absolutely adore our puppy and was very impressed with the breeder. My initial interactions with Puppyrade were great and Holly was wonderful to work with. After the puppy was paid for was not so great. I was supposed to get the breeder info, vet report, etc. 3 days before pickup but didn't get it and texted and called multiple times with no response at all for over 48 hours. That is terrible customer service. Destiny was my concierge and I was very unimpressed. I never did get the vet report, I just received it from the breeder. I will go directly to a breeder net time.

Got pup with a genetic defect and didn't get the $100 credit promised due to delays transporting the pup. Not a good experience this time around.
