From start to finish the process was great. We love our puppy- she is so sweet and just the cutest thing. When someone was out, somebody else covered so we always had our questions answered. The breeder Ashley actually was the one who delivered the puppy with her daughter -they both were lovely. She gave us lots of information and when I went to the vet today-he. commented on how thorough all were in terms of care for our new family member!

Absolutely adore our puppy and was very impressed with the breeder. My initial interactions with Puppyrade were great and Holly was wonderful to work with. After the puppy was paid for was not so great. I was supposed to get the breeder info, vet report, etc. 3 days before pickup but didn't get it and texted and called multiple times with no response at all for over 48 hours. That is terrible customer service. Destiny was my concierge and I was very unimpressed. I never did get the vet report, I just received it from the breeder. I will go directly to a breeder net time.

Got pup with a genetic defect and didn't get the $100 credit promised due to delays transporting the pup. Not a good experience this time around.

Communication was professional, timely and helpful. I was able to ask the breeder questions through Pawrade representatives. My puppy was 13 weeks when I picked her up. She is the most well adjusted puppy I've had. Probably in part due to age, but I applaud the breeder for doing things right. 100% Satisfied.

Words can not express how helpful the staff of Pawrade are. They have answer any questions I've had in a timely manner. Never once made it seem like I was a bother no matter how many emails I sent them. I also love the fact that they work directly with the breeder and their Veterinarians to make sure you are getting the most up to date Vet results so you know what you are buying and not being blind sided. Also a shout out to Wags on Wheels!! I love they keep in contact with as soon as they pick up your fur baby and are giving up to date texts and a GPS so you can track them all the way until they drop off your new family member. 200% satisfaction in my book.
