I really enjoyed the process with Pawrade. Everyone was helpful and responded to me in a timely manner. My only partial complaint is that I received my pup on a holiday so the majority of vets in my area were closed New Year’s Eve and New Year’s, therefore, it made it very hard to get a timely appointment for Frappe and I lost my 14 day health guarantee. I feel it should have been extended for this reason.

I love him so much. Since he has been here he has made my days so full of life and happiness.
I found Pawrade after been ALMOST scammed 12 times on Facebook. It was like a dream come through. From the very first time I talked to them, they were very professional, helpful, acknowledgeable and nice. Throughout the process every individual in the various departments guided me through the process. I recommend them to anyone who would like to have a legit puppy!

I was a tiny bit worried about the process at first. I wanted the best travel possible for my new puppies. So I did pay for the flight nanny. The Nanny was very kind and took good care of my puppy until she delivered her to me at the airport. My puppy looked very well fed and very well taken care of. She had a fantastic veterinary visit and the entire process was very smooth. My new puppy is a doll!
Our puppy is perfect. She is lovable, affectionate, energetic, smart and funny. The Pawrade process was easy and straightforward. We are very happy with the new addition to our family. Thank you Pawrade!

Couldn't sleep and was searching for miniature poodle puppies and came across this site. I tried to dig deep to make sure it was legit and knowing that Pawrade had been in business since 2003 made a difference. I was also able to see the faces to the many people working there. It all helped me feel confident that I could send a significant amount of money and receive a puppy in return. I started looking at the different puppies and narrowed my search to female. The puppy Flora caught my eye, and I also have a stuffed Boyd's Bear named Flora B Pasley. So, Flora was reserved. Everything went nice and smooth. Everyone was so kind and organized. The adoption went well, and Flora made her first road trip from Missouri to Texas, then Colorado then finally to her new home in Minnesota. She is such a delight to have around. She is very social, and potty training is going extremely well. So happy with Flora. Most definitely will recommend Pawrade.

Wonderful, helpful people all along the process. The only thing they can work on is communicating the delivery info. We were told she would be picked up on Day X. When I asked if she had been picked up because I heard nothing, I was told to wait - the transportation people would contact me. I'm thinking they should have known at this time that she was not picked up. I waited until next day - still didn't hear anything - so I called. They reached out to transport people - who had just picked her up that morning. I asked them to have the transport people contact me. They did and I spoke to a very helpful person at the main office. That was the only glitch. The whole process was very smooth. We now have our puppy and are totally smitten with her. The breeder did a wonderful job with starting potty training. The transport people did a great job with her on the road. We are very satisfied.
I was very surprised to see that my puppy was more of a Moyen poodle vs a mini. I was also surprised that I did not get a notification that she was on her way.
We were so happy with everything Pawrade provided us.
Speed of information exchange from owners could use some work. It was said that she was kennel trained, but does not seem so. She cries, barks, and howls, in the dog pen for very long period of time.

In the beginning I was really nervous and anxious because it is my first time owning a dog and doing transactions purely online. I took a chance with PAWRADE because when I was looking through their site I saw the puppy that I really wanted to have. They didn’t disappoint because the transaction was smooth. They were responsive to my inquiries and even when I wanted to see the puppy, they have arranged a ZOOM call just for me to see the puppy since I couldn’t see him physically. When the dog arrived and took him to the vet, he said the breeders really did a good job on his vaccinations and the puppy was in really good condition. That is a plus for me because I got a healthy puppy. Overall I really had a great experience with PAWRADE. Thank you.

Our little Minnie has arrived and she is so precious ❤️ My Pawrade experience was good however I felt a little more convo between us and the breeder would of been nice. The gentleman who dropped her off to us was very polite and seemed as though he took good care of her during their trip. We are already in love. Thank you!

Amigo is so funny and wants to play all day, and chases me a grow woman running from a puppy so he will not bite my toes. I don’t know ifvhe is after my crocs or feet. I had knee surgery about almost a year ago. So i have been treating my knee as if i am disabled until Amigo my friend and love is helping me get back into shape. Chases me when ever i get off the couch. I just love the excitement he brings to my home. When my husband comes home from work he just loves my husband ..he takes off. Most full filling day trying to keep up with my baby. Very intelligent my Amigo. Thanks to all that had a part in getting my baby home to me. Love too u all. Karen

We've had a wonderful experience with Pawrade! Communication was excellent every step of the way, and our pup arrived healthy, happy, and on schedule. After delivery, we received a follow-up call to ensure we were pleased and that our pup was doing well. Although she is not our first puppy, we were very impressed with the extensive information provided for new puppy owners. We highly recommend Pawrade!
