I was very pleased with Pawrade in providing away to obtain a new puppy. He is a joyful new addition to our family. I picked him up in Indiana from the breeder. Every step of the way I was guided in a very professional way. He will provide my wife and I comfort for the years ahead.

Love my puppy. Pawrade/Petpay process was very confusing. Felt like I was jumping thru hoops to get them all info required. Night before driving to Indiana to pick up my baby, I was still receiving email requests in the middle of the night. Since I was out the door by 7am, I certainly had no way to respond. Until day of pickup, I had no idea how much he weighed, and had to purchase 5 harnesses before getting one to fit his tiny body. So, please, I'm 75.and this entire process could have been much easier. Left me exhausted. But Love my pup.

I am so happy for my little fur baby,spoiled already.she loves my lap,loves to run and play.my vet checked her , he said she is doing well,he gave her some shots,but said is fine and in good health,shots he said was due.will check back with you again.thank you so very much.

Pawrade was very helpful every step of the way. And we love our new puppy!
We have had dogs for over 60 years, however have never bought one sight unseen until now. We got the toy poodlepuppy (nicknamed Charlotte) (this afternoon from a private nanny (Doug) who flew her to us from Chicago to Durango, CO where I met him. She arrived healthy, happy, and cuddly. I was very impressed with his care and compassion.
Glitter is now JuJu Bee! She settled right in from the minute she arrived. I was worried because I had a houseful of family that day and I thought she would be overwhelmed. Nope! She immediately enjoyed everyone loving on her. It's been wonderful. Her vet visit went well. No health issues.

I love my new fur baby. The transition was easy. Down home transport is great. I tried very hard to not bother them while they were on the road. However when I didn't succeed they answered any and all questions.

From start to finish Pawrade has been excellent. When I first talked with Paul and the rest of the staff I had nothing but friendly and courteous service all the way until we received Oscar in our arms. In all honesty I can't remember a more professional and respectful service from anyone I have ever had dealings with. Thank you Pawrade, and Thank you again to Jaccob, Oscar's nanny who delivered him to us and explained everything in such a well mannered and professional way. Thanks to all. We are very pleased with our experience.

Our experience was great! From the first contact all my questions were answered and explained thoroughly. I was able to call & ask questions as they came up and our cute little baby was delivered to our door freshly bathed after traveling to us by auto (our choice) which took a couple days. I highly recommend Pawrade to anyone considering them.
Never going to purchase from you again.
We have enjoyed this little pup so much. Her new name is Ellie.
If you can afford the cost a great way to find your perfect puppy 🐶 The concierge delivery of our 3lb toy poodle was flawless. Very happy with whole process.

The whole team from every part of Pawrade did a great job and got my new toy poodle to me quickly and with very little stress on her. But the best part of the process is how wonderful and beautiful she is! She's immediately become a part of the family after one day. Thanks to everyone there!
We are thrilled with our puppy, a toy poodle. He is so cute and happy and also brilliant. The transaction was easy, Reggie (we renamed him, he is now "Sir Reginald the Woof") arrived exactly when he was supposed to, delivered to our door. He is already having a magical life and has passed his first vet visit and first few outings with flying colors. I am so happy I worked with Pawrade - they made it really easy!!
From my initial interest in my new baby to final delivery, everything was top notch. Communication was exceptional along with detailed instructions on how to provide the proper care once received. I first jumped in so excited then got nerves it was to good to be true, and I was just scammed! But the customer service was just so amazing!!! I got pictures in every step of the way!!!! If I had questions (WHICH I DID) they answered right away. I am just so excited to have my fur baby Aisha in my arms and safe and sound!!
