Received a healthy puppy. Transportation had issues with weather and overbooking. On the third attempt flight nanny drove to Chattanooga from Atlanta. Drove back to Atlanta boarded flight to Tampa. Puppy not stressed went smoothly.

The people I worked with were delightful and helpful. After making my purchase I would have appreciated even more hand holding, but I was essentially very pleased. My pup's first Vet visit confirmed that my little guy was in excellent health, and I couldn't be happier.

We are happy with our pup. The communication could have been a little better and not sure why they are not able to tell you flight information until 5 days out. It made our planning more difficult as we have a pretty busy calendar as most do. Took our pup to wellness visit and they were surprised she received 7 deworming already at 17 weeks which they said was a lot. Love our new girl and very happy with her.

Overall I am happy with the conscientiousness of Pawrade to provide the safest transaction and adoption process for the breeder and the consumer. The only thing that I would say which it may be my expectation was too high, is that once all the documents were signed and payment was received, I just would have hoped for a little more communication and updates regularly. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Once I expressed my concerns with the communication the breeder had reached out to me personally. I would recommend.

Pawrade was very awesome throughout the entire experience. They were very helpful and always willing to answer any questions. We had to the best that they could even after we got our puppy. They still continue to answer questions that we had I definitely recommend going through them to bring your new for baby home. We love our toy poodle so much Thank you so much Pawrade for an easy experience in bringing our baby home to us.

I highly recommend Pawrade. They were very prompt getting back with me with any questions that I had. And the ground Carrier kept me informed every step of the way and way. I absolutely LOVE my puppy from Pawrade. I liked working with a company that I could look up, knowing it wasn't a scam. When my little guy arrived he was even CUTER than I expected. I've never had a puppy before so I had a lot of questions. My only minor peeve is that the company and the breeder gave some conflicting information about how to care for my puppy. My real annoyance, which still bothers me and that you don't see in the small print until you have reserved (payed) for your puppy, and for me I had already shown my kids, was that the contract states you are not allowed to breed your dog later. Well I wasn't sure I wanted to, but I wanted the option. Also minor, the 'only' food my puppy could eat was a type of fancy and expensive food that the breeder earns a commission from, but that is more a problem with the breeder. The staff at Pawrade were super kind and knowledgeable and even the drivers were so kind. Overall very good experience.
The whole process from the beginning until I received my puppy was wonderful..
