I would say everything was great other than the fact that we can't get a response related to our MetLife puppy insurance. We've emailed twice asking for information with no reply

Everyone was super nice and helpful but I do wish that there was more information about the breeders because it otherwise feels a little sketchy. But overall the people on the pawrade end were very nice and answered so many questions.

My experience with PAWRADE was superb! Every staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Emma helped me purchase my puppy "on the spot"! Lois, Morgan, Brittany and Reageen helped with all the details, to get her home! The Breeder and family were so kind! God gave me THE BEST PUPPY ever! THANK YOU to everyone, who made this adoption so special!

The two guys that delivered her couldn't have been better. A little more information on our puppy would have been appreciated. We have bought other family members where we got photos of the parents, siblings and puppy. Would have loved more information on how much to feed and how often to feed. We truly couldn't be any happier than we are with our new baby. Just constructive criticism.

He is everything you said he was, and arrived just as promised. He did have 2 ticks, which were detected upon arrival and immediately removed. He is beautiful and is crate trained! Thank you. We are already in love!

The staff at pawrade were very nice but the traveling situation was very poor . Not the drivers but the amount of days were just horrible to think a puppy at that age had fo travel for 4 days. I was told it would be like 5 to 6 dogs which they had a least 13 states to stop with many within states. I would have never agreed to that. The dog is precious and happy with her just wish I had been better informed.

We just lost our beloved toy poodle, Lilly, and were looking for a new companion for our other toy poodle, Milo. OMGOODNESS 🤗talk about excellent customer service 👏🏽 👏🏽👏🏽. These guys are the real deal. I was very reluctant about online shopping for puppies. I was almost scammed twice. Pawrade is the real thing when it comes to buying beautiful healthy puppies. Everyone there assured me that I could trust them and the process. They were very sensitive to my skepticism. I was able to speak with all the different associates in the area of what their particular responsibility was. There is a process that must be followed to the letter. You find the puppy that you're interested in on their website,and they will walk you through the entire process. I bought two puppies from the same litter. I didn't want to separate the sisters. The whole process took about two weeks to complete,and now I have my two beautiful healthy female toy poodles. I would recommend them to anyone who is in the market for buying healthy puppies. 😊 I would like to thank everyone for making this a wonderful experience.

Received a healthy puppy. Transportation had issues with weather and overbooking. On the third attempt flight nanny drove to Chattanooga from Atlanta. Drove back to Atlanta boarded flight to Tampa. Puppy not stressed went smoothly.

The people I worked with were delightful and helpful. After making my purchase I would have appreciated even more hand holding, but I was essentially very pleased. My pup's first Vet visit confirmed that my little guy was in excellent health, and I couldn't be happier.

We are happy with our pup. The communication could have been a little better and not sure why they are not able to tell you flight information until 5 days out. It made our planning more difficult as we have a pretty busy calendar as most do. Took our pup to wellness visit and they were surprised she received 7 deworming already at 17 weeks which they said was a lot. Love our new girl and very happy with her.
