My puppy is great! I am in love! The transport company was amazing. I really enjoyed the app where I could track their progress. I have an issue with the breeder, however. I asked multiple times for updated pictures of my puppy and was ignored. Also, she showed up with a rash over her entire stomach and spreading to other parts of her body. My vet said it is a very bad case because it was not treated. Thankfully, it will clear up with antibiotics, but it is so bad that it will take three weeks of treatment.

Getting our puppy from Pawrade was such a smooth experience. They were super professional, efficient and great at communication. They have different contact/conceirege assigned to every step from sales, puppy care and transport. Every contact was always available to answer questions and help out. Kenneth, our sales contact, went out of the way to get us a promo discount even after the sale was completed. Shannon and Brittney were always there to guide us. And the puppy was delivered to us very swiftly. I very highly recommend Pawrade if you are looking to get a new puppy.

Olive arrived around 1am on Sunday. She is perfect and we are totally in love with her. Working with Pawrade was great. The only hard part was waiting for updated pics from the breeder. Highly recommend.

+5 (out of 5) for the pug who arrived safely after being driven through 7 states with 14 other dogs. The delivery people did their jobs and were kind and courteous having driven winter highways for a week. I must also say that trying to buy the pug must have been like trying to apply for the CIA, for it was cumbersome, difficult and invasive. The pug is excellent in all ways. He is worth every penny and we are happy to be part of his pack.

I was a bit disappointed on my SECOND puppy experience. My puppy arrived with no information regarding food and NO RABIES TAG. The first experience the breeder included a folder with so much information, I was impressed and that is why I came back for my second puppy. The transport people the first time were amazing with an app so I could see the route and updates constantly. Very professional , this time it was very different and I was not impressed at all. I received a couple short texts and it was very impersonal. Just a totally different experience:(

My overall experience was wonderful. In the beginning I was hesitant and thinking I might get scammed but when we received Parker, everything was a success and we couldn't be more happier that he's here with us. I would not recommend Pawrade to anyone. Despite the fact that we love our new pug puppy, the entire adoption process is rushed, customer service is essentially absent, and you're better off buying from a puppy mill than this service. We spent almost $5,000 on our puppy including the air fare nanny. The day that our puppy is flying out to us we receive a phone call from Pawrade stating that our pug has a preexisting condition, patella luxation, but that it's not a big issue and that we should ask our vet if we want confirmation. We call our vet who does not recommend proceeding forward with the process since the puppy is likely to have issues. We call Pawrade back and no one answers. We were put in a situation where we felt obligated to pick the puppy up at the airport because we couldn't cancel the sale since the dog was already flying to us in an airplane the same day they notified us that she had a preexisting health condition. Absolute sham and will take your money in a heartbeat.

The luxating patella is grade 1 and is very minimal and will not cause issues in the future. You would have to worry if the puppy had a higher grade luxating patella, grades 3 and higher. Your puppy traveled to you on 9/20, however we attempted to reach you via phone and through our message center on 9/19. After no response to either attempt, we called and sent another response on 9/20 the day of your puppy's travel where we did finally make contact with you and you stated you understood and appreciated us calling to inform you. We do wish you and Petunia a lifetime of happiness and apologize you felt we put your in a difficult situation.

I have purchased two puppies from Pawrade. Everyone I have worked with has been professional and caring. The breeders were great to work with as well. The puppies are beautiful and healthy. I would recommend Pawrade over and over again!

Represent that one might pay in three payments. Not true. Once you have the full Amy for puppy and once one has filler out a zillion forms . Yay! Time to ship puppy. No communication! No return calls for three days.
