Everything about the process was flawless. I found a pup that I fell in love with, paid Pawrade and had her sleeping soundly in my lap just a few days later. Happy and healthy. Perfect.

We are thrilled with our new puppy. That said, the puppy we received was not the one we chose and we should have been informed of that in advance of receiving her. I would still use Pawrade again and is the only reason that I did not give 5 stars.

Pawrade was everything we would have wanted in a puppy adoption and then some. The photos and description were precise and allowed us to imagine life with our new little love before he arrived. All of our questions were answered promptly and the delivery was super easy… it was clear that our puppy had been given lots of love!!! Thank you Pawrade for making this big life decision an easy one for our family and for providing us with such a special little puppy.

I'm very excited to receive my puppy last night. The driver who delivered my pup was very professional and took great care of him almost like royalty. Very professional, friendly, and kind from Pawrade customer service and the driver. Excellent communication from both parties. Highly recommend for anyone looking to adopt a puppy!!
This process was so smooth and worth it! Pawrade was quick to respond to any questions I had from beginning to end. The transport was effortless. Pawrade and Williams Transport was very thorough in every part of the process. I would absolutely do this again. Thank you!

I liked the service but I am very disappointed that Pansy has not been vaccinated prior to delivery. Before purchasing I was told that the owner will take Pansy to the vet for all the shots, before releasing her for her trip. I received 2 month old Pansy on November 9, 2021. Paying over $2000.00 for the pet purchase, plus $699.00 for delivery from Missouri to Houston, TX that is alot of money. Now I have to pay several $100.00 for her shots is not agreeable. You should keep puppies until they are 16 weeks old and provide a certificate that the pet has been vaccinated.

Entire process was pretty easy. A lot of communication. Very happy with our sweet addition to the family. Puppy birthday was different than advertised-by 5 weeks-but was not a big deal to us. Looking back I should have had pawrade confirm all details with the puppy breeder to ensure everything was as advertised. I did find it really hard to find a vet to see the dog after 72 hours of getting it-called/emailed over 25 different vet offices as soon as adoption was confirmed-ended up going to a walk in vet. Would do everything again.
I got two pugs I can't express enough how lovey this company is!!!! We had a previous encounter with a thief I was concerned but after the reviews I had hope!!! My sweet stinkers are here as promised dates etc the driver was a sweetheart the whole staff was amazing

Really appreciated the ability to find someone who could transportnour Pug Sadie. They cant fly on airplanes. Also appreciated how she came earlier after all was done as she was my birthday present to myself. She is adorable and sweet. Tolerates our rescue puppy we got a few days before her arrival. They balance each other well. A chiweenie rat terrier mix and a Pug. The limo drivers even gave Sadie a bath before delivering her at 430 am. Will recommend Pawrade to anyone seeking a good puppy.

Kayce was responsive when we called with a few issues. She called the breeder about changing our puppy's food, and they were willing to work with us. Our baby arrived in beautiful condition, and we couldn't be happier!

Perfect! Perfect perfect little pug puppy. She loves to zomie! She loves her new toys! She actually knows what a potty pad is and has only had 1 accident - amazing for such a little girl! She does know what "no" means, but has chosen to pretend she doesn't So cute. ! She sees herself in the fireplace window and thinks it's another dog, so she visits!!! Her markings and color are perfect! I would recommend this for anyone who is searching for a sweet and loving new friend. Thank you to T.J, Renee, and especially to Melissa who was caring and communicated the whole trip!

Get job from salesman B.J to my consultant Shannon answered all my Questions helped make getting my little Dixie injoyable. The delivery service they provide to transport your puppy was great received a healthy happy puppy. Thanks for a great job would definitely recommend there service.

The process was very easy. I chose to pick my sweet boy up directly from the breeder and made the drive to Missouri to get him. The breeder was kind and truly cared for the puppy. The only issue was trying to find a vet who was able to see him within 3 days of picking him up. I was not able to make that happen. My puppy is doing fine. He is active and seems healthy.
