Pawrade made finding and adoptiong a puppy, that was the perfect fit for our family, an easy and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommended Pawrade! We are so in love with the newest member of our family.

I would not recommend Pawrade to anyone. Despite the fact that we love our new pug puppy, the entire adoption process is rushed, customer service is essentially absent, and you're better off buying from a puppy mill than this service. We spent almost $5,000 on our puppy including the air fare nanny. The day that our puppy is flying out to us we receive a phone call from Pawrade stating that our pug has a preexisting condition, patella luxation, but that it's not a big issue and that we should ask our vet if we want confirmation. We call our vet who does not recommend proceeding forward with the process since the puppy is likely to have issues. We call Pawrade back and no one answers. We were put in a situation where we felt obligated to pick the puppy up at the airport because we couldn't cancel the sale since the dog was already flying to us in an airplane the same day they notified us that she had a preexisting health condition. Absolute sham and will take your money in a heartbeat.
I have purchased two puppies from Pawrade. Everyone I have worked with has been professional and caring. The breeders were great to work with as well. The puppies are beautiful and healthy. I would recommend Pawrade over and over again!
Represent that one might pay in three payments. Not true. Once you have the full Amy for puppy and once one has filler out a zillion forms . Yay! Time to ship puppy. No communication! No return calls for three days.

I've named my sweet pug Frankie. It did not take 1.5-3 weeks for him to arrive as projected - it was 1 month to the day. I was told the delay was because of my location in NJ. They finally found a delivery service, and they picked up Frankie 9 days later than I was told (Aug 11 rather than Aug 2). He traversed the country, and then was delivered to my billing address rather than delivery address. The transport company did not even have my address. He finally arrived after midnight on 8/16. I did a lot of schedule juggling, cancelled travel plans, and stayed up late several nights to await his delivery. Communication was minimal during the whole process. My points of contact kept changing. Customer service is definitely not a priority for Pawrade after the sale.

Everything went smoothly except delivery details that it can happen in the middle of the night.. they charged almost $700 for a white glove delivery that can happen 1:00 o'clock in the morning.. other than that everything was very smooth
Our new 16 week pug puppy arrived at our door last Sunday evening. She is fabulous, beautiful, smart, exceptional! She was clearly well bred and cared for and we couldn't be more pleased. My experience with Pawrade was mixed. It runs like a machine until there is a problem at which point all of my "puppy concierge" contacts went radio silent, absolutely no response. Thankfully, the transporter got in touch with Pawrade higher ups who did communicate with me immediately and ultimately satisfactorily addressed my concerns. It is highly nerve wracking (and expensive!) to buy a puppy this way, and the Pawrade support should be of a higher quality than it was.

My puppy arrived and in the first 12 hours of having him he did not urinate even one time. He was listless and bloated, yet every time he crouched to pee nothing came out. Naturally I was very concerned after such a long time without peeing. I tried to get him to my regular vet but they were booked and told me it was absolutely an emergency and that I should take him to an animal ER hospital. I did that. They found his bladder was completely full and this was causing him pain. They did xrays, ultrasounds and bloodwork but could not diagnose the problem. Finally, to give him relief, they drained his bladder by catheterization. All of this cost me over $500. Within 12 hours of owning my new puppy. I did the right thing by taking him to the hospital. Your company did the wrong thing by not honoring your healthy puppy guarantee. I submitted a claim and have been constantly asked for more information to be provided, despite handing over the complete hospital notes.

The team was responsive and helpful in guiding me through the process of adopting our puppy. The puppy when it arrived via ground transportation seemed very well cared for and full of energy as a puppy should be.

Everybody was amazing and super helpful
Puppy was 6 months but not potty trained. Peeing all over the house and doesn't know what a leash is. I do not know why the owner would have not worked on that on a 6 month dog. Very hard to train now since he is used to pee in the house. The 1.30 am delivery was very unpleasant given that I didn't sleep waiting for him and couldn't sleep after he got there. Could have been timed better given that I was first stop could have left at a different time.
Our family loves the new puppy and he has lots of energy. The process to purchase the puppy was fairly easy. Communication was excellent by the Pawrade team. Direct home delivery was a strong plus. It was all a positive experience.
Awesome service
I have to admit I was a little cautious initially. That said, every step of the way the representatives were friendly, reassuring, and happy to answer most all the questions that I had. It was definitely a new and different experience and we received our puppy Shine (now Maribelle) just before 2 AM in the morning so you do have to prepare yourself for a bit of flexibility. We love our new sassy spunky blue eyed girl and are so happy even if we are a bit sleep deprived.
Customer was great! It was an easy progress! Very pleased.

The process of going through Pawrade to get our new puppy was excellent. I would definitely recommend Pawrade if you're looking to get a new puppy. We love our new pug she is adorable and brings us so much happiness.
I was scared to death to trust you guys but everyone I dealt with was great! The puppies got excellent reviews at the vet. The drivers were wonderful when they got here. The hardest part was waiting for the pups to arrive.
I have waited 22 years for another pug. Leia aka frizzle price was very responsible. I will purchase another pug or animal from you. I even recommend you to someone. Everything was easy to shipping to communication. Yes we were afraid of scams. Because we were being scammed before. Again I am happy and I will purchase from Pawrade again. Thank you and I and so in love with her.
