Everything was greaT. We took Sylvia for wellness today. Vet said she's fine. Transportation to here was good. No problems. Sylvia likes to eat drink pee and poop. She loves belly rubs and loves her whole body rubbed. She's a happy little girl.

Overall the experience was good. I would have like to have had more information about the dog chosen. I was asked to make choices before I really had information as to where they breeder was located, more details about travel choices and the overall process, information as to how soon the dog could be delivered after paying for the puppy. I love the dog and am very happy with her. She has brightened my world tremendously.

What a sweet boy, we've named him Dango (Japanese dessert) because he's sweet. It would have been nice to hear if he'd had any training (he is House trained). He's very sweet, a picture of the bag of food would have been helpful so that we could purchase the same brand, the name brought up many results. He's a healthy boy and a super cuddler

We nearly got involved with a company that ended up being a puppy scam. After looking at the other reviews from other customer, we also spoke to people within this service, it was a no brainer to move forward with PAWRADE. I appreciated that the breeders are screened by Pawrade, and that the transaction happens through PetPay and it is safe and secure. Also the communication back and forth with the puppy concierges, they were friendly and helpful. The puppy is wonderful and exactly what I expected. What could use improvement: having to provide pictures of the drivers license is NOT safe and secure - we are asked to provide it when we pay for the puppy, which has an alternative - notarized paperwork. BUT when the puppy is delivered, there is no alternative to allowing the person to take a picture of your ID - that is absurd. I understand they have to check the ID, but not that they must take a picture of it. There should be a better way to handle. But my main complaint is that I felt deceived. My first question before purchasing was if the puppy could be delivered to me by a certain date, 12 days later. I was assured that if I paid that day, it would, and I didn't get her until MUCH later, one month after

We received Marty as promised on 20 November. We appreciate the personal care and delivery of Marty, and the excellent adoption services and information provided by Pawrade and the breeders. The only problem of note was upon arrival we noticed Marty was scratching his head a lot. We took him to the veterinarian the next day where we found out he has an ear infection in both his ears which he's currently being treated for. When he goes back on 28 November for his last Parvovirus vaccine they will do a recheck on his ears. Otherwise Marty is in great shape and is a very active and very inquisitive pup! Overall the transaction process with Pawrade and Marty's breeders was handled in a very professional manner, and resulted in an enjoyable and stress free experience for us. Thank you!

We are amazed at how wonderful this experience has been to get our new baby to join our Family. Tara, Destiny, Jade and Tyler with fury Freight have been simply awesome. Keeping us informed the entire journey. We Highly recommend and already have to our family members wanting to add a new baby. We are extremely impressed at every detail and instructions on what we needed to do and what to expect. Thank you all so much!!!

From the beginning when we chose out puppy until the puppy was delivered to us, the whole customer service was amazing. I was very skeptical of this process and nearly backed out on a couple occasions. I can assure you, they are legitimate and I can certainly see the benefit of using this service to buy or sell a puppy. I am definitely the person who wants to talk to the breeder and while that was odd for me not to be able to, we got through it and have a beautiful little girl!

Best experience ever!! Everyone was so nice and responsive and we could tell that every single person involved loved animals as much as we did. Your company provides excellent service to help me find a wonderful puppy. However, the paper work is not cleared enough for a new owner. 1. The AKC registration application can be for any dog. I can't verify if it is for my puppy. (My paper even with different day of birth) 2. I assume all your puppies have update vaccination shots before your release him; however. My puppy is 10 weeks old but has no vaccination record. I do appreciate your staffs. They are very helpful and giving fast response to my questions.
