Had great communication all the way until we were contacted by the delivery services. Their communications weren’t very clear. They really didn’t introduce themselves as the delivery services and. It’s my husband and I felt the same way about just not understanding and thier communication could have been better.

We received Serenity on time this morning she was a great rider and the driver was great
It has been such a wonderful experience to get my Fancy, through you. We picked her up yesterday and she is the sweetest puppy imaginable. She goes potty outside good and is such fun to watch run around outside. She has already become my sidekick. So happy and blessed to have her.
We love our little Boulder, he is a cute, smart and loving boy. We can't be more happier than this. Thank you so much.

I see some negative comments on the Internet about Pawrade. Undoubtedly, these people had some misunderstandings. My experience was flawless. The dog was delayed in delivery by the puppy's veterinarian because he had some bruising to his face and needed treatment before shipping. Outside of that, he arrived on schedule in great condition. Pawrade and Petpay were both in constant communication with me through each step of the process. Documentation and transfer of ownership were seamless. No one, including the breeder, Pawrade or Petpay, was operating any kind of scam, of which there are so many these days. I highly recommend Pawrade and its associated companies.

Finn is loving his new home and his new big brother. They are getting along great! I have already recommended Pawrade to a friend. I am very happy with the service from Pawrade except for the 2 heartbreaking messages I receive that Finn was no longer available. I was crushed but now things are wonderful! Thank you, Dana
I was very pleased with every aspect of acquiring Alexander. And I was very impressed that Pawrade vetted me thoroughly... it's good to know that Pawrade makes sure pups go to good homes. The delivery service, Wags on Wheels, was outstanding. Communication with Pawrade and with Wags on Wheels was excellent throughout the entire process. Alexander and I are very happy. I would certainly recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a pup. Thank you!

I received my puppy at 4 o’clock in the morning. I was so anxious and she’s everything I want the guys that delivered. Her were very nice. She was clean and she smelt wonderful. Thank you for taking care of her on her way down from Missouri to Florida.

I got a little impatient a couple of times waiting on messages to reach the breeder as it was my first time purchasing from a company like Pawrade. I learned this is just part of the process, and customer service representative, Emily, was always available to take my calls and answer questions. Secure payment site, responsive customer service, and reputable and detail-oriented transport (Legacy Pet Services) to get my pup to me at an airport of my choosing. All-in-all a good experience. 10/10 would use again

Our new addition, Bari ("Webster") the miniature Schnauzer arrived healthy and happy from Ohio. with only a mild ear issue. Puppy Trails Pet Transport kept us informed and arrived exactly when they said they would. Webster is 10 1/2 weeks old and weighed 5.65 lbs. Our local vet gave him a clean bill of health with only a mild ear issue exception. From the first phone call to Pawrade till we had puppy in our arms was 11 days.

I was amazed by the level of care and service provided by Pawrade and its staff. From puppy support, to the travel team, to the customer service liaison and everyone in between, the staff was not only helpful and supportive throughout the process, but also highly knowledgeable. I can’t say enough about the high level of professionalism! The paperwork was handled expeditiously, and I truly appreciated the step by step instruction and all the puppy care information provided. Finally, I’m very thankful for the safe delivery of my puppy. The entire process was remarkable. Words cannot express my gratitude. Thank you for everything!
