It was an exceedingly easy process to locate my new pup through Pawrade. The selection of available puppies was excellent, the pricing is half what it is locally for a new puppy, and the communication/delivery is consistent, timely, and detailed. Plus, my new puppy is everything I was hoping for in a new little companion.

It was easy to work with the staff. I wish I could have spoken to the breeder and that was never made possible. I also wished I had some say on the delivery of the pet. With my job, it was not the smoothest of deliveries. And I am very happy with them.

Overall, I would probably rate this experience as a 4.8 (if I could have a point vs star system). This was first time to use a third party in purchasing a puppy from a breeder. So the communication was different than I have experienced in the past. Overall, though, I felt a sense of security based on the communication with your team members that I was purchasing a puppy that would be healthy and would be from a reputable breeder. The only thing I would have preferred was the ability to speak to Breeder directly at one point in the purchasing process. Otherwise, your company was direct and timely with responses and provided thorough information re: process. Each member of your team was friendly, informative, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. And I would and have already mentioned your company to those who I have spoken to about how we obtained our new family member. Thank you, so much. We love her already!!

The process was really simple from the payments to the instructions about insurance and the communication while Leo was en route. I set up his vet appointment and gave him his first bath. He was shaking a bit when we first met but now he’s taking a nap in my lap. He is so perfect. I was nervous about buying a dog from an online breeder without seeing him first but I’m very happy I did.

Give me one check list. Too many messages, and so many steps. So just make it easier on us and give us a check list. That we can print off and check off. I was, and continue to be, absolutely overwhelmed with all the steps required to buy a puppy.

I cannot speak highly enough about Pawrade. From our first interaction to the delivery of our puppy, they have been excellent. Pawrade is in communication with us daily giving us specific and critical information leading up to the big day of having our puppy home. They are professional and helpful and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Hi Pawrade, Everything went well until delivery. The paperwork I received at the time of delivery has different names on the paperwork which led to a lot of confusion. Especially with the Micro-chip. I am still not confident that I have my dogs correct micro chip numbers. I did call on this matter, twice. I think the simplest and best solution is that the paperwork from the Breeders contain the same name for the puppies that is on your website. This would solve the problem immediately.

Pawrade was very easy to work with. Kept in constant communication with me and explained each step of the process, with one exception and that was delivery. I believe Pawrade is at the mercy of third party delivery carriers but this is an easy remedy if they would choose a carrier that has an app where the puppy can be tracked for delivery. Other than that, I highly recommend Pawrade! Brigitte

Finnegan was delivered by Levi. Fonn was somewhat subdued for the first few hours, but loosened up and by evening was drinking water and chewing on fingers. He didn’t seem hungry until. Day two when he ate a few bites of his food and regular drinks. Amazon’s delivery of the Nutri-cal will be here Friday (didn’t get the order in early)(I asked Levi if he had any, but he only had a single tube- you might consider having it in the delivery process in case other new owners would have it available from the outset if they have not timely ordered) We have a vet appointment at noon to give him a check, but I don’t expect much to be of concern. Is there a report from the vet that you will want assuming no issues? Finn is adjusting to his new home and the step-dogs Cleo(German shepherd), Charlie (sheepdog) and Fancy (cavapoo- who is more than a bit standoffish). Overall, a positive outcome. Dixon is a DREAM...what a fantastic boy! We love him so much. He has adjusted beautifully. Still having a hard time figuring out that we go potty outside, but everything else is perfect. He is SO happy and loves his forever family. Working with Pawrade was spectacular.
