Hi Pawrade, Everything went well until delivery. The paperwork I received at the time of delivery has different names on the paperwork which led to a lot of confusion. Especially with the Micro-chip. I am still not confident that I have my dogs correct micro chip numbers. I did call on this matter, twice. I think the simplest and best solution is that the paperwork from the Breeders contain the same name for the puppies that is on your website. This would solve the problem immediately.

Pawrade was very easy to work with. Kept in constant communication with me and explained each step of the process, with one exception and that was delivery. I believe Pawrade is at the mercy of third party delivery carriers but this is an easy remedy if they would choose a carrier that has an app where the puppy can be tracked for delivery. Other than that, I highly recommend Pawrade! Brigitte

Finnegan was delivered by Levi. Fonn was somewhat subdued for the first few hours, but loosened up and by evening was drinking water and chewing on fingers. He didn’t seem hungry until. Day two when he ate a few bites of his food and regular drinks. Amazon’s delivery of the Nutri-cal will be here Friday (didn’t get the order in early)(I asked Levi if he had any, but he only had a single tube- you might consider having it in the delivery process in case other new owners would have it available from the outset if they have not timely ordered) We have a vet appointment at noon to give him a check, but I don’t expect much to be of concern. Is there a report from the vet that you will want assuming no issues? Finn is adjusting to his new home and the step-dogs Cleo(German shepherd), Charlie (sheepdog) and Fancy (cavapoo- who is more than a bit standoffish). Overall, a positive outcome. Pawrade was in constant contact from the time I reserved my puppy. My puppy arrived safe and sound. The one thing that I would say is, maybe limit sending the exact same email so many times. I felt a little overwhelmed thinking I had so many emails to read. Otherwise, everything went smoothly and my Mini Schnauzer, Ollie is happy and healthy.
